    I can't tell you how many times I've been to this Home Depot in the past week. It's a better choice…read morethan Lowe's, that's for sure. We've needed so much for our new house. They are making a killing off of us right now! For the most part, their staff is helpful and friendly. I've gone during the day so I've never had to wait for a register since there aren't many other people there. The layout is a little funky. The Home Depots we had in California had a more efficient setup, in my opinion. The garden department definitely needs some work. There is a much better selection at the HD in Collinsville than here. I was very disappointed to see that each time I went, their trees out front were fallen over on their sides and a lot of plants needed watering. Who wants to buy anything when they look like that?? With such limited choices for home supplies in the area, hopefully HD will step up in this department. I do have to give a big thumbs up to the lady in the windows and blinds department who cut our blinds and had them ready within an hour. That totally rocked!

I had to call to find out if they knew I was here (20 minutes into waiting) . Lady acted like she didn't know. I finally went in, and that's when another lady, I guess went to the back to get my order. WTH! I don't know how they will send an email that the order is ready and then it's not. 40 minutes later, I'm the one loading my order.

I ordered a phone on line and picked it up today. Drake was quick to greet me, helped me find the barcode (patience is a virtue), and quickly located my item. I asked about screen protectors and he offered to go get one for me and put in on! He brought three options and explained the difference, as well as the warranties, and then he neatly put on the screen. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and a good salesman! Another person (Kit perhaps?) was also working in the area, and she was also delightful. I don't think I've had such great service anywhere in at least a year! Keep Drake, promote Drake, have Drake train your staff.

Each time the sales associates were helpful and knowledgeable. If you're not a TotalTech member, I recommend that you join. It will make your life so much easier. The Geek Squad has come and hooked up my printer and second TV. I am somewhat tech savvy, but usually have trouble hooking things up. Having the Geek Squad do it, makes life easier. When I was buying my second TV, I was going in one direction and the sales associate asked me what I really needed and what I was looking for. Once he understood my needs, he showed me different options and actually found me a better choice. So that is why, I will continue to give the BB 5 Stars.
