She immediately start correcting my verbiage when she knew what I was talking about. I told her that I would come to review some of the facets that were available. She told me that I had to have an appointment to visit there show room. Which she said was not open. She also told me that I had to work through a plumber to visit and purchase items. I told here that I was a license plumber and thanked her for her candor. She hurried off the phone. I guess with an area code of 630 she assumed that I was not a plumber. Or that my articulation with words was not welcomed by her. I was left with the feeling that this southern Illinois plumbing establishment is not people friendly.

They are not as cheap as the big boxes, but you pay for selection, expertise, and quality. Since they supply plumbers, they typically have better quality items. My only gripe on toilets and sinks is that they solely carry Kohler. Kohler is a great brand, but having more to choose from is good. They have a showroom for fixtures or go to the other door on the right to buy fittings and pipe at the counter.
