Dishonest and abusive. They wanted $850 for a 19 year old fridge. Initially I liked the fridge. I asked how old it was and they said they didn't know. I googled it and found out it 19 years old. I said I though $850 was too high for a 19 year old fridge. They guy got really angry, opened fridge door, pointed to the label that read Mfg. Date 05-12 and insisted it was a 2012. I opened the door of the fridge next to it (same manufacturer) and the label read Mfg Date 14-42. I was confused by these labels and asked him to explain. The guy started yelling, refused to look at the second label, then started yelling for me to get out. read more

I would honestly give them a negative review if it were possible, but sadly, it's not. This guy named James sold me a dryer and a washer, calling me his favorite customer and telling me he was going to give me the best washer-dryer combo in the store with the best deal. Let's just say if James calls you his favorite customer, rush out of the store, go home, lock your doors because you're about to get scammed. When I received the dryer, I thought an 8.4-magnitude earthquake was shaking my house. The dryer shook my home, and it felt like someone was drilling through my walls. If that wasn't bad enough, the dryer wasn't even working; it turned off every three minutes and never dried my clothes, and don't get me started on the washer. I would be lucky if the clothes came just as clean as I put them initially. I went to the store and asked for a refund, explaining to them how they gave me a broken product. They proceeded to give me $250 less than the original amount, saying that they won't refund the delivery even though neither of the products they gave me were working. read more

I have purchased a few refurbished appliances here, the appliances are good, but I sort of dread dealing with the receptionist. She can be rude and "push buttons". I asked questions and she was confrontational and hard to deal with. It's almost as if the onus is put on the customer that something is wrong/your fault before any explanation or answer to the question is provided. Also, the refurbished appliance I bought now randomly stops working, but it's past the 30 day guarantee (it's been 4 months). read more

I booked a dryer repair with this company. Firstly, we were told they would come Thursday morning. When no one came, we called and they said no one would come until 1-3. Luckily the actual repair man called and was able to come at 12:00, his name was Andrew and he is the only person I've dealt with in this company who has been helpful. Anyways, Andrew came, replaced the heating element, said the dryer was fixed and I paid him and was happy to have my dryer fixed. I would have given a 4 star review at this point. We noticed that the dryer still wasn't fixed later on and called the company. This was on Saturday. No one was able to come for another service call until Monday morning, when they would be calling us. When no one called, we called and they changed the time again to 3:00pm. Very frustrating. I explained that this wouldn't work and we needed someone this morning. The manager was VERY rude. I asked if they'd be willing to give me a refund so I could call a 24 hour repair company as i needed it fixed STAT. The manager yelled "ABSOLUTELY NOT," and then threatened to have no one come at all, even though I already paid for the service. I was forced to accommodate their schedule after I'd already booked 2 appointments. I was forced to wait, and Andrew came back. He said that the dryer was fine and that I must need my vents cleaned out. I paid for my vents to be cleaned out by another company and they said there was absolutely nothing in my vents, nothing to be cleaned out. COMPLETE WASTE of another $100. I called the company back again and explained this to them. I asked to speak to a manager or leave a voicemail or send an e-mail and the lady who i spoke with refused to give me any information that would allow me to do this. She said she would have Andrew call me and when I asked when the appointment would be she said she had no idea and she said, "maybe if you get off the phone the repair man will call you and you'll find out." I just wanted a rough estimate, would it be the same day? Tomorrow? Andrew called and was able to come the same day. I found out that the lady I spoke to at the office told him I was threatening her... even Andrew agreed that this didn't make sense and all I wanted was for them to fix my dryer... a service i already paid for, and paid to have my vents cleans un necessarily. Liability? telling me the whole fridge needs to be taken to the shop? I think not. I don't know why these guys are getting so many bad reviews. They have come out to my place in the past to not only fix my existing appliances, but to also deliver a washer and dryer set when I got ripped off on Kijiji and wound up with a lemon for a washing machine(FYI, NEVER purchase electrical stuff off kijiji lol). ANYWAY.....they made sure I had a great washer and dryer pair and the only reason those are gone now is because my mom gave me her set when she upgraded. I'm now preparing to get both a new fridge and a new stove, and these guys will be my go-to. They deliver what they say they will, and they stand by their products, I've personally never had a problem. Staff on the phone, the delivery guys, and the repair guys were all always very polite and helpful. Keep up the great work guys! Hopefully see you soon for some appliances. :) read more

We bought a refurbished dryer at their Edmonton location in November 2013 . We were under the understanding that there was a warranty on the appliance for three months. Less than a month later the dryer broke down. We called All Service to have them honour their warranty. We were assured by both the receptionist and the technician who repaired the dryer that the repairs were at no cost to us; the dryer was under warranty. The technician came, replaced a part on the dryer, and left us an invoice stating that we owed them nothing. We didn't hear anything from the company for three months. Not a phone call. Not a letter. Nothing. Just yesterday we get a call from a collections agency claiming to represent All Service stating we owed the company for the repairs to our dryer. Our credit will probably be affected and now we have to spend our time and money having this issue resolved when we had every reason to believe our business with the company had been resolved in December. This is the most unorganized company when it comes to the paper work and telephone customer service. I bought a washer and dryer for my rental place in Edmonton, thought it was a good idea.....WRONG. We bought this back in November 2014 My renters picked up the washer and dryer as I paid for them by credit card, asked them to mail the receipt to me. It is February 2015 I"M STILL WAITING!!!!!!! I have approached this unorganized outfit several times; left my name my number and they can not for the life of them get back to me. Well today was the day I LOST it with them. After speaking to the OWNER/MANAGER if that is what he calls him self. I know now why they have the attitude they have the friggin owner/manager has it him self. NEVER NEVER AGAIN. We bought a house a couple of years ago and since then have watched all of the appliances die very quickly. I found these guys online and since money was tight with all the other house repairs, decided to risk it and buy a used dryer from them (the first appliance to go). The dryer looked new and worked amazingly and is still amazing! We were so happy. When the dishwasher went, we went back and got a beautiful Bosch dishwasher for an amazing price. My folks are house flippers and they both agree that they've never had a dishwasher run so well, including the ones they bought new. It is silent and can handle the loads that 9 people make! When our stove and fridge both went, we checked here and they didn't have any stainless steel at the time. Rather than waiting, we went with someone else and completely regretted it. The other place we went to was garbage, both the fridge and stove have broken down multiple times. We replaced the stove two months ago, going back to Appliance All Service and have been so happy yet again. The fridge is next and I won't go anywhere else. Been using them for years, personally and for my revenue properties, and have been referring them to clients. Had a repair fail days after their on site work, after 2 visits out. Their position was "what's your question". I hired another company to do the repair, and that operation showed up and did the work, commenting on the half-baked previous repair. Tried to resolve the issue with the owner, who was dismissive and condescending, adding that it's a good thing for them that they are busy, but bad for me. They were happy that I got it fixed, but had no interest in apologizing, offering a solution, listening to me, or even inquiring what the problem was that had to be re-repaired. I called them as a courtesy to let them know, as I thought that they would care. They thanked me for my money, and I assured them that they would never get any more of it again. They said, thanks for the call. Worst customer service call that I have had in years, and was a simple thing for them to remedy.
