I had to get rooms for 3 if my staff and she made it easy for me to pay for the rooms as well as the deposit so they could check in hassle free. That what was confirmed and paid in advance. Arrived and attendant stated they over booked handicap room not available. Placed in much smaller non handicap room or shower. Promise room change next day room still not available. Promised room rate ajustment at check out attendant stated no adjustment third party reservation which remove all room guarantees. Wife and myself travel often and have never experienced handicap decriminalization at this level. Wife was unable to shower for two days We were charged $200.00 a day for this mistreatment and abuse.
