Service: Prompt and friendly right from the start. Our server greeted us within 2 minutes of sitting down, kept the drinks refilled, and checked on us without being intrusive. Food Quality: Everything ordered came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The meal was a 10/10 and cooked perfectly. Cleanliness: A major highlight was the bathroom. It was 100% clean, fully stocked, and clearly maintained with regular attention. read more

The steak was surprisingly juicy and delicious. I personally ordered the grilled cheese burger and the bread was perfect. The service was meh but it was quiet in the middle of the day on a Tuesday and I don't really have any complaints. I'd come back again, even without a gift card. read more

came in for happy hour. ordered 2 long islands. was charged $10.50 a piece when the happy hour drinks long islands are $4. asked about it on our bill when we were charged to our surprise 3x the price and was told they were top shelf. NOTHING was specified from our server and we were under the impression it was HAPPY HOUR. manager said they couldn't do anything cause "we already drank them" like i was supposed to know it's top shelf. didn't even catch a buzz for almost 3x the price of a happy hour drink!! bad location 0 acceptability read more

My go to Applebee's due the convenience. The food varies. I'm unsure about how I feel about this location. Sometimes the tables are sticky. Sometimes utensils are sticky. Sometimes even the clean napkins they give us are sticky. I only visit during half off appetizers and I always order chicken wonton tacos. Sometimes they are a little stale. Sometimes it's good. Sometimes I'm unsure about how I feel about it. But I'll still eat my favorite chicken wonton tacos. The service isn't bad. Once I was charged full price during half off appetizers and I was refunded half the bill. Despite everything I'll keep visiting just because I love my wonton tacos lol. Or at least until I learn how to make them. read more

Aari was wonderful server very helpful and a Beautiful smile. You need more people like her. Also extremely knowledgeable.

Great business. Service was to be applauded. Very clean. The drinks were the drinks, but the food was hot and fresh. Will return.

Stopped in to get a quick bite, was around the 202 area, made it just in time for their late night happy hour. Love their half price apps. We sat at the bar and Chelsea R was our bartender. She was great and super tentative! We normally don't stop into Applebees but she recommended very good apps. Would go back again if ever in the area again. read more

I've been here a few times. The waitresses are really slow. I've complained about this a few times to the managers. Today I came in for happy hour to get some half apps and house wine. I waited over 15 mins for the waitress and eventually a few mins before happy hour ended went up to the manager to get in another drink. He was very nice. Our waitress was nice to but barely checked in on us. I've been to over a dozen Applebees and this is one of the slower locations with very slow waitresses. I still come due to the good happy hour options but the customer service is not the best. read more

I brought my son and grand daughter in for their first time eating at Applebees our waiter was Ryan and he made us have an amazing experience and the food was amazing read more

The food was OK but the service was dismal. Waiter spilled my drink so that took my napkin. He never once came back to check on our meals or drinks so I could get a new napkin. I paid on the wireless pad on the table when we were done and with a minimal tip and comments about poor service. Had to get up and get my own box to take home what was left. Best if you insist on a table on the more popular side -- we were put off to side with no other diners around -- maybe training ground for new staff? read more

To start positive the food came out hot and the taste was what it should be. The service was absolutely terrible. We went in around lunch time, it was decently empty so we expected to be served with decent timing. It took almost over an hour to get some quesadillas and wings. The waitress saw that I needed a refill on my soda and asked me, I told her yes I'd like another one and she never came back with one. She didn't come back to ask if we needed anything either. I will definitely not be visiting this Applebee's in this area again. read more

This place is disgusting. I think my husband and I got food poisoning from staff not washing fecal matter off their hands. When we went to the hospital the doctor told us that and he told us the incubation period was 6 hours which made sense because 6 hours before we dined there and SHARED the chicken fingers- never again. My stomach now turns every time I see the joint!!!! Never again. read more

Went there yesterday, a Wednesday, and sat at the bar. The bartender Chelsea was so attentive and kind. Not only did she make a mean Long Island, but she was running around helping the waiters bring out food and clean up tables. It looked like they were understaffed. read more

I've never before been to Applebee's, and from my experience with this location, I don't plan to return. We sat down at the bar, and next to us was a prior customer's plate of food that sat there during our entire 15 min stay. It took the server 10 mins to take our order while only 3 people were sitting at the bar; it was not busy. The server was just sitting around texting on their phone. There were other employees also standing around doing nothing but watching. It was so strange. When the server finally took our order, they came over and slouched over the bar and could barely comprehend what we were saying. The server also never gave us a menu, nor knew how to make a basic cocktail. The manager came over to ask whether the cocktail (Moscow mule) was a beer. When I asked for a beer, they said all of the beer tap machines were broken. After we placed our order, it took the server another 5 mins before they even PUT IT IN to the chef. There was absolutely no sense of urgency by anyone at that establishment. We got up and left. It was by far the worst and funniest experience I've had at a restaurant. It was so awful you just have to laugh. read more

Absolutely horrible... With as many restaurant options as there are around here, I will be amazed if this Applebees doesn't close down within a few months if nothing changes. The service was absolutely horrible; at one point, I thought the waitress quit because we did not see her for so long. I ordered the steak, I'm not sure how they cook it but I think I could have done a better job on a George Forman grill. It came out gray and looked disgusting. I will definitely not be back, and by judging the other reviews, I am not the only one. read more

First, the food we ordered was excellent! We had 2 different salads; a chicken Caesar and a strawberry with grilled chicken, almond slivers etc with a lemon balsamic vinaigrette... we both agreed the chicken is excellent! We were very happy with our meals, the atmosphere, and the staff. Service was amazing and our server Tiffany was the best! So sweet and so beautiful! She made our visit so special! Thank you Tiffany! Will definitely be back if visiting the area again! read more

I ordered the chicken fettuccine alfredo with brocolli and it was very oilly. The chicken tasted slimey and it didnt taste fully cooked. There was a penne pasta piece in this dish which threw me off. We ordered the app combo and the chicken was over cooked and the only thing that was good was the chips and the mozz stix. My friend ordered the cheeseburger quesadilla and he was disappointed with how small the burger was. We ordered strawberry daiquiris and mine had too much strawberry in it. The service was great but thats the only reason for the second star. read more

Absolutely terrible service. I have never had such an awful and slow dining experience. Our server was clueless and the food took almost an hour to come out with no explanation. I will never go back to this location. read more

Unsure why but we were provided with plastic ware. Otherwise I rather enjoyed the food and hospitality our waitress showed.

So, I was hesitant to come here based on the reviews. But it was kind of late and because of the end of corona a lot of stuff is not open. So here we are at Applebee's and I think they are getting a bad rap. I am quite particular. And let me tell you the service was wonderful. David was great. He was attentive and considerate. And the food was pretty good. I would definitely come back. Thanks for a great time y'all! read more

Just there at the bar. Place not busy. Get a drink no issue alone at bar. Order another, waitress said ok. Doesn't get it. Another couple comes in to the bar, serves them. Ok maybe after them fine no big deal. Still doesnt get my drink. Then goes and looks like serving someone else at a table. Walked out. Will not come back. read more

I really wish this was a louder Applebee's. It's right near a mall so you would think it would be more flashing lights and a little less boring. But no. I've been here a hundred times and still no glamour, no allure. Just another loveless Applebee's. read more

The gentleman who brought us to our table was so miserable when I asked to sit at another booth. Made me feel completely uncomfortable. I also watched him with another Patron who wanted to sit somewhere else and he was so miserable to them as well The waitress looked like a tweaker. Stopped in for one of their lunch specials which turned out to not be that special... My daughter and I each ordered the Pick and Pair combo for $7.99 which came with a cup of soup, a breadstick, and a small salad (or a half sandwich). I seem to recall that not too long ago, you could get refills with the lunch combo but not anymore. For what you get, I will stick with other restaurants (i.e. Chili's) from now on. read more

this place is horrible! on one Occasion a waitress yelled at me and belittled me while waiting for my takeout. another occasion they charged my card twice a total of $80. & justtoday i got food poisoning and my stomach was in huge pajn all day! i will never go to this apple bees again read more

I'm writing 3 Stars because the food was good. I try to look at the good in things... But if you want to be treated like crap by your chubby female server with hair on her arms and then attempted to be strong armed after being treated that way into a Tip... This is the place to be. read more

Out waitress was blatantly racist to other patrons and wouldn't honor their own promotion. Awful! They advertised 1/2 price appetizers after 9pm. We ordered 5 apps between 2 people and water. She told us to take advantage of the special we couldn't order water, even though that wasn't written anywhere. I own a small business, and I am a big believer in running promotions with integrity. If you have a sale, have a sale, don't put silly stipulations on it. And if you do, put it in writing! Nowhere on the flyer did it say that. But, we ordered drinks we didn't even want anyway. Then we place our order, and the waitress tells us that 2 of the 5 apps we ordered "didn't count" for the half off special. Exceptions were not printed anywhere. The ad said "half price apps after 9pm", period. It's the old bait and switch routine. So we ordered something else. When she brought us the check, the waitress apologized for all the confusion, and then said if she didn't do it this way, people wouldn't tip her well. I thought this was incredibly inappropriate to say, to bring up tips to a customer, while also admitting she drove the price of our order up so she could get more tips. HERE'S THE WORST PART: After she said people wouldn't tip her well, she said, "well not you people, but you know, other... people" while deliberately pointing with her head to the two tables on either side of us which had black families. We could not believe it! read more

I am writing this review as I am waiting for someone to ask us for water.. its been over 15 minutes. Everyone is trying to not make eye contact, as we are actively trying to find someone to acknowledge us.. They are not even busy (sunday at 2:00 pm) and employees are just hanging around in the bar area. Even if they are busy they should atleast let us know that they are serving ghosts or beings that I cannot see with my eyes. Never coming here ever again.. read more

I agree with the other 2 reviews about this place. Very poor service and treatment from this place. Went in with a group of friends and management told us that we couldnt order the 1/2 price appetizers and water. We had to order drinks. No where is that written on the menu or any signs showing that drinks had to be ordered with 1/2 price apps. After a complaints to the "manager" he made an "exception" to the rule this time. Really! He did us a favor by allowing us to order this way lol. Place wasnt clean, tables not cleaned off in a timely manner and floors where quite dirty. Happy eatings! Not here though! read more

Absolute shit service. Christopher, find a new job bro cause you are terrible. Took a minute to get greeted, mind you I was late joining the party. Ordered a soda delivered with no straw. Had to ask for silverware. One of my companions got a draft beer with about three inches of head. When we pointed it out to Christopher he seemed annoyed even though he delivered it like that. No one checked up on us after food was delivered. We had to physically wave people down if we needed something. Christopher we are all in the hospitality business and you screwed yourself out of a nice tip with your shit attitude. Also, when a guest pays their bill with cash you don't just assume the change is yours. Again absolute shit service. Luckily the food is good. read more

I keep saying I'm never returning and keep doing it. Why? Absolutely never again. The waitress completely hated her job and the place was all but empty. Three tables to take care of and still couldn't handle it. I only went there for Halloween $1 zombie drink I saw advertised. I actually had to show the waitress a picture of it because it wasn't pictured anywhere. She never mentioned the happy hour specials or the other halloween drinks that were available. Zombie drink was so watered down, but you get what you pay for. My husband's steak was tough and chewy. I had 2 appetizers that were ok but nothing to write home about. Never saw the manager even once come out and check on tables. So many better restaurants in this area I will not be back. read more

This Applebee's is completely unprofessional. I called to make an order over the phone and since the minute they answered they were laughing.
