Service was slow and the restaurant had a funny smell. The table and seat were wet, so I had to wipe it down with some napkins. The facilities like the restroom were in poor condition and almost unhygienic for a food establishment. We saw our waiter maybe two or three times the entire meal, when the restaurant looked pretty empty. Menu items & quality of food seems to be on par as other Apple Bees I've been to. I am no fan of Applebee's but this one is much, much cleaner and more up to date compared to the one near where I live. I wasn't hungry but he wanted to get an appetizer. I said I will go and drink. I drank some new Busch beer. It was my first time trying it and well....it was ok. (They have a limited beer selection) He got a quesadilla and I did not want to try it. Not sure why, but quesadillas are not my thing. Plus, I was real full. Well, my Dad ate the whole thing so I guess he liked it. Our server was super cool. He had a unique name that started with a D, and I can't remember now. Anyway, there was actually a 30 minute wait when we got there but I think we got sat faster. We decided to go there yesterday (11/11/2022) for dinner, because one of us was a Veteran. This Applebees restaurant was honoring the Veterans, with a free entree meal from a special selection. We had no issues with parking because they have a large parking lot. Upon entering we noticed that they had "A Fallen Soldier's Table" and you could that they definitely support the military services. We was quickly greeted by a friendly staff, and if you were a Veteran with identification than you were given a special menu, $5 gift card, and raffle ticket.  Applebee's menu has many options for steaks, chicken, pasta, seafood, salads, and a wide drink selection. We decided to sit at the bar for faster seating,  and our bartender was very attentive and very friendly. We had to pay for the extra stuff we order, such as drinks, appetizer, and one entree. The drinks were very affordable and definitely top shelf and not water down. We had an issue with one of our meals, but our bartender resolved this issue and removed it from the bill. So the customer service was very professional and drama FREE. We don't usually usually review chain franchise restaurants, but because we received exceptional customer service I really wanted to share our experience. I'm positive that we will be back in near future, and I would highly recommend this Applebees restaurant location!!! read more

I got some dish that was Alfredo with hot peppper honey chicken or something of that sort and it was AMAZING!

Haven't been here in a few years decided to check it out again. The last time I have been here it was not good at all . They have gotten better since then it wasn't very crowded at all I went here on a Saturday evening . I had the. Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp. It was on the 2 for 30 menu it also included one appetizer to share or two side salads. I had the side salad which was good. The main meal The Bourbon Street chicken was good as well just seem to be fairly small for what I was expecting for a 2 for 30 meal. They also included in on the regular menu for $14.49 just for the meal not any appetizers or side salad. They also have other specials on the menu in categories of three things which includes two for $25 or two for $27. The waitress that we had was very pleasant and attentive to the table the meal took a little bit longer than expected but it was all good. The place was clean and organized. I'm not sure what my family was thinking when we decided to go to Applebee's, but whatever it was we won't be thinking it again. This Wednesday night we went against our better judgement and decided to give it a go. We arrived to a pretty full parking lot and expected there to be a bit of a wait, but to our surprise the restauraunt wasn't even half full. We were seated quickly and greeted by our server promptly. Our server took our drinks (3 teas and a milk) and gave us some time to look over the menu. He quickly brought our teas, but the milk took quite some time. We're teaching my five year old patience, but even I was getting a bit impatient with the wait for the milk. His milk ended up arriving just before the food, at least ten minutes after everyone else's drinks came. We ordered our food and it seemed to take quite a while to arrive. My husband and I both ordered entrees and added a side salad. In the past, our side salads came out before the entrees but this time they did not. I'm not sure if this was the fault of the server or the kitchen, or if there was just a misunderstanding. Our server brought out entrees for my husband and I (chicken for me, chicken wrap for him) and said that he would be back with the other two entrees (a steak and a kid's meal). When he came back, we let him know that we had no silverware and that both my husband and I were missing all of our sides. Our server acknowledged us and said that he would go get them. After about ten minutes, he came back with our sides and said that he was going to get our silverware. At this point everyone's entrees were cold since we couldn't eat them without silverware. My husband took a bite of his wrap and said that it seemed like just vegetables, so I had him open it up and sure enough, they forgot the chicken in the chicken wrap. He opened the wrap and showed it to the server. The server took it back and let a manager know. To their credit, the manager did offer to take some items off of our bill for the issues. We paid for the items we ate (2 entrees and a kid's meal) but he did remove the chicken-less chicken wrap. While at the restaurant, we noticed the table behind us complained to the manager about the breadstick appetizer (manager removed it from the bill) and the table to the left of us complained about a pasta entree (manager removed it from the bill). A table that was seated after us got up and left without getting their food out of frusration. At this rate, I don't know how they're staying open with so many complaints. We won't be back, but I did think that the server and manager were kind and they seemed to hear our complaints so I'm giving them a couple of stars out of pity. read more

Management is everything to a place. This is no exception. I believe his name was Jim. Grey short hair and well groomed face. Super outgoing and just as nice a person/manager as you'll find. Good cold beer and the Chicken Alfredo with Broccoli is fantastic. I'm not joking. Ask for it soupy(trust me)with a complimentary breadstick. If something is wrong,don't hesitate to ask them to make it right. About the only place around to get a cocktail or a beer or 2. After a fun day of shopping for a wedding dress my family decided to go and enjoy a lovely meal at Applebee's like we used to. We were extremely disappointed. We waited ten minutes to be served finally got a table and we sat for another ten minutes my mother was dying of thirst and we didn't even get menus yet finally got a waitress and she said what can I get you and I said we don't have a menu yet can I get her a water and. Can I have a cup of coffee and she brings me back a black and I mean black cup of cold coffee my mother said you've got to be joking me. I said forget it I need coffee and started drinking it it was probably eight hours old my mom says that's it we're gone. We started walking out and literally every table on the way out the door said we don't blame you. There was no waitresses on the floor but that one waitress it was very quiet and I noticed most people looking around for a waitress with no drinks or food. We have not been to Applebees in a long time and remembered why when we went. The place was practically empty and when I ordered a beer the bartender gave it to me in a small glass and said sorry we are out of glasses, I will refill it when you get half way through - which of course did not happen. Went there with a few friends, and the waitress we had (I don't remember her name, but it started with a "D") wrote in an extra tip for herself after I wrote "0.00" on the tip line, and the total on the total line. I tipped 20% in cash and she added on an extra 10$ on the check. Manager was understanding and refunded me, however I would just be careful. Not only did she give herself an almost 50% tip, she was rude, slow, and rolling her eyes at us the entire time. I hope she is fired. read more

Bennett R was our server and I cannot say enough good things about him!! We came in at 10 pm for half price apps and the service was impeccable. He consistently checked in on us and got us anything we needed very quickly. Mind you he had multiple tables coming and going and none of them were neglected! Wow. I found the worst place in the world to eat. We needed a quick and easy spot one night. We should have opted to jump in the trash bin out back. Service - non existent. I would not expect great service but beside getting our order and food 76 minutes later, nada. Food - We had the full rainbow. Over cooker. Under cooked. Missing items. Wrong order. Hot mess. A good restaurant which my dad and I stopped at on our way back from Florida to Toronto. We stopped in Lexington, S.C. and found this gem of a restaurant right by our hotel. The steak and potatoes were a great dinner after a long day on the open road. Afterwards I was treated to their excellent dessert which was a triple chocolate meltdown brownie. So I was really hopeful that the reviews were just one time accidents or isolated incidents but unfortunately I didn't have the best experience. Our waiter Jeff was so awesome though! Jeff went above and beyond checking in on us to make sure we were happy! Service was great but the food... bleh. My husbands neighborhood nachos were the only thing I enjoyed. My mango lemonade was was too sweet! I had to drown it in water. I ordered My brunch burger with NO PINK. It came out with way too much pink. My husband had to eat it. I don't eat uncooked meat. It upsets my stomach horribly (which it did that night). The ranch was way too thick and my fries had no flavor. Also, my husbands Caesar salad was DROWNING in Caesar sauce which was gross because that pretty much defeats the point of the salad. Will not be coming back to this location. read more

Half of one order, half of another. 2 half make a whole??? Also, there were no drinks. I'm not sure where the disconnect was, but the system is not working. When the correct order was finally brought out, there was no dressing for the salad, so they had to return for a 3rd attempt to make things right. Not our best night out. Friends wanted to meet for the endless ribs, so we did. Our server was a bit abrupt to the point of being rude at the beginning. After 3 pretty young girls were seated near us, his attitude improved. The rib pieces were cut in an unusual manner. They didn't have one long bone but several small round pieces of bone in the rib. I didn't care for the flavor of the sauce. The French fries were good as was the coleslaw. I really don't feel the need to return though. read more

The food is great and the staff is friendly. The store has a good atmosphere and seem like the guest are having fun.

If there was lower than one star this would the one. Four of us went to dinner. We had the Neighborhood Nachos; the meat was really dry with minimal flavor. We also had wings and riblets which were tough and over cooked. We didn't complain. We got our check and paid it. We were sitting and chatting for a few, before I jumped out of my seat. There were baby ROACHES crawling from the side of the table. Not one or two. They multiplied like something from a horror movie. I told the waitress and she seemed disgusted. I saw the manager at the bar and he came over to us as we were approaching the exit. He said: "I apologize. I will have to EMAIL my exterminator tomorrow." Before we left I stopped to look around and the place was filthy. I guess they were busier when we came in and I didn't ere was food on the floor, windows were dirty, and something looked cruddy around one of the high tops... We have learned not to expect much from Applebee's, because their food is mostly cooked in a microwave, but cockroaches is disgusting The abundance of baby ones usually indicates an infestation. DO NOT waste your time or money here. Last night 01/26/2023 my wife and I went for an appetizer only and drinks. Restaurant 1/3 occupied and seated right away. I ordered a Pepsi and my wife a Pina Colada. First question I have ever had from a server was "what kind of alcohol do you want in it" ARE YOU KIDDING ME... And we ordered the neighborhood nachos with beef. The drinks came after about 10 min. There was no alcohol in the Pina Colada, OMG, and 40 min. after we showed up the appraiser came out, meat and cheese only on the nachos, so it was missing the pico, jalapeño, guacamole and sour cream. The server said she was sorry and started to leave. I sent it back with her and asked her to fix it. 20 min. later the second order of nachos came out. This time they had chicken, cheese and pico on them. How do you screw this up twice. So after we had been there an hour and 15 min. the manager comes out says he has no excuses and he guesses he won't charge us. YA THINK... So we left and after an hour and 15 min. we had a Pepsi and a vergin Pina Colada. read more

Ugh. Applebee's has gone down hill. I got the ribs. Huge mistake. They were dry, reheated and tasted old. My boyfriend asked for a drink from the bar and it took over 20 minutes for the server to bring it to us. He only had 3 tables and was really awkward. When he asked us if we needed anything else, it appeared that he didn't really want to help us with anything else. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, probably because it was Father's Day, but seriously. Everything took forever, and my food was gross. If I could give no stars I would. There is no way especially during COVID with limited seating you should have a roach infestation. Please be on the lookout for critters because they may just try to hitch a ride back to your house.
