My daughter wanted to go because she won student of the month & included was a free kids meal. We get there, 12:15 noon it was empty. We are seated, order is placed for both food & drinks. 30 mins passes by and zero. The waiter never came back only he would pass by our booth. I decided to leave. I told the male host what had occurred, no apologies zero. I called a few minutes later and spoke to Carlos who claimed to be a manager. He asked for my name & # and said he would get back to me. If I could give it no stars I would. Buckle up, because I'm gonna be one of those people. got there early, was told it would be a 30-45 mins wait to get a table. Cool, no biggie. Was down from out of town to visit friends and family. So the wait would be no problem. After waiting, we got seated, first concern, no menus were given. But we thought okay, no problem. They will bring them in and proceeded to wait....20 mins in still no server and no menus. Cue a random fight breaking out in the restaurant by some random people, someone freaking out and saying there was a weapon and mayhem proceeded. after the incident was resolved and cops were involved. Still no server, still no menu. By now we are almost an hour in just sitting.... Waiting. Finally someone comes and asks if we need anything. We asks for drinks..... another 20 mins go by and still no drinks or server, or menu. Finally we get the server showing up and she brings us menus.... We order (again) and proceed to repeat it once more. Not even our cups of water were given. After an hour and a half of waiting, I go speak to the manager..... and out water is provided 25 mins later. By then other tables that have just arrived have already gotten their orders and even their waters! we left after almost reaching two hour.... and all we got was just our waters. so much for catching up with friends... we went down to whataburger to get food instead. read more

We were in town for a show and decided to stop by for food before we head back to SA. Worst decision ever! We got in at around 10 pm last night. I got a French onion soup which was mediocre but that wasn't why they received one star from me. It's because it took them almost two hours to bring our food out. I usually don't write reviews unless the experience was really good or bad . In this case the experience wasn't the best . First of all once we got seated it took them 20 minutes to assist us . It was a Friday night so I understand it might take a little longer but 20 minutes was a little too much in my opinion . The restroom was horrible . No toilet paper and piss all over the seat . You know what they say you can tell a lot about the kitchen by looking at the restroom. We got our appetizer and not even 2 minutes later got our main dish . We didn't even enjoy the appetizer . The only reason I'm not given this place 1 star is due to the fact that our waiter Christian apologized for the experience . He was great. Poor guy was working 10 tablets all by himself. The manager Carlos Lopez was holding an empty, clean table for four girls who were outside smoking. The bar area was completely packed with no seating in the entire restaurant yet this six-top was absolutely empty and the manager was holding the table for these girls. Anyone who goes to a bar knows the common courtesy is to leave at least one person holding the table, but no, this manager was actually holding the table for them. I want to know if I have to "date" *wink wink* the manager in order to get a table at this place. Absolutely unprofessional behavior. My party of five decided to take our money elsewhere. Absolute worst service of any restaurant I've ever been to. I've gone multiple time to see if it has improved. No improvement! Employees are always in the back. You can never get your server. I've had my plate for 20 minutes and still silverware. I ever had three different appetizers and had no silverware. I ask for the steak salad with no ranch, no cheese, and with pick de gallo and cilantro (as in the plant) they brought it out and it was slimed with ranch and cheese and the dimwitted waitress said "that's cilantro," no dummy, that's ranch! If you think cilantro automatically means dressing, you flunked school, lady! Plus they got mom's order wrong to, my mom asked for cheddar on her burger but it came with American cheese and she was too dumb to say okay and then take it back, she just insisted that there was no difference! Worst service ever and not just from the waitress (who was stoned) but from the manager as well! Took 20-30 min. to even get a waitress, had to ask the hostess to go grab somebody. Waitress got all of our food AND drink orders wrong which took like 40 min. to even come out and she would barley even come over to our table to check up on us. When I complained to the manager he acted like he didnt even know how to handle the situation. After all that we waited another 20 min. to bring out my bf's correct meal and there was a damn hair in it!! Then we were given $5 off $25 coupons for our next visit!!!
