I appreciate the flexibility of service and patience here with my Dads order. Trying something new, he couldn't eat the original order and they quickly replaced it with something that he could. The lighting, noise level seating was very accommodating for a quick lunch out. Thanks again! The bartender was great and took really good care of us. Until the next one, Bye-Bye! read more

My experience here was absolutely horrible. I was seated and it was nearly 20 minutes before I was ever greeted by a server. The waitress I had was sweet and overwhelmed. Once I placed my order it was another 45 minutes before we received our food which was hard and inedible and even the dips had a hard film over them .. they'd clearly been under the heat lamp. On top of that the manager was going off on her serving and kitchen staff all night.. it was Applebees you don't expect a 5 star experience. But this location was horrible.. go somewhere else. read more

Well we thought we lucked out going on a Saturday night and it was dead inside but nope. They sat us next to the speaker and the music was so loud the waitress got the order wrong from not being able to hear all that good ( the service sucked by the way) my wife and her best friend ordered the shark bite adult drink and it was just a blue slush , did not have anything else in it , no rum , no gummies , nothing but the blue slush part , the food was subpar at best and lacked flavor on some things, the appetizers we purchase were the only good things and the fish I got was a little overcooked but it was still pretty good. Spent well over $100 at this place and the table when we sat down had stuff all over it, One of the supply vents for the HVAC system was falling out of the ceiling, there was stuff all over the floors, and did I mention the service actually sucked. It was so bad I wanted to get up and walk out the first 20 minutes I was there. They brought mine and my wife's food out and our friend had to wait another 20 minutes on hers when we all ordered at the same time. I do not recommend this establishment. We had to wait forever just to get silverware because they forgot to bring it out in the beginning. PS don't bother ordering anything to go on their app and driving up there and picking it up because it's all going to be lackluster, this place has gone so far downhill it's not even funny and I can see why over half of their locations have closed their doors if this is the way they are going to be read more

Supppperrr nice and funny employees even ltho they were closing. Thank you guysssssss

The food was good, to be honest. However, the service took a long time; in their defense, they only have 3 people on line cook. The ambiance is decent, but not my music style. The order I was given was wrong, which made me upset, giving that I was given barbecue chicken instead of mozzarella sticks. I might come back to try again, but as far as of now, I was not very satisfied with the place. read more

Terrible service took alone 1 hour and or more just to get sitted and almost a hour just to eat and the food, oh the horror the food wasn't even that good, chicken tender mid, the pasta was mostly water and the mood was also mid, just overall 0/5 stars would not come again would go to chili'a instead next time. read more

This is a tough one to review for me. We came on Thanksgiving evening. I appreciate any restaurant that is open and definitely appreciate any employee working on Thanksgiving. Every person we encountered was very friendly. Our server - God love her - she was not too good. Communication with her was difficult. She spoke quietly. She enunciated words in such a way as to give us a fun challenge. She didn't answer questions. She refused to listen to the way we wanted our steaks prepared. We had to ask for things like napkins and refills. Honestly, at the start of the meal, I was picturing a 1 or 2 star review. But, gosh darn it! She tried!!! She was friendly. And the meal? Not bad! My steak was actually pretty tasty! The mashed potatoes were decent. The broccoli was meh, bland. All in all, I'm giving stars for - albeit not great - service. You know the saying A for effort. Well this is 4 stars for effort. read more

My wife and I have eaten here since about 1993 off and on. A lot of the chains have either gone out of business or have horrible service. They have totally revamped this place, we always sit at the bar and the bartenders are great! New menu is great. read more

The service is great and the atmosphere is amazin, I'm really impressed with food and the prices , really reasonable. i will be back!

Customer service is terrible!! Went in and employees made eye contact & never came. Didn't feel welcomed at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Let me start by saying I love Applebee's. But this is the absolute worst one I have ever been to. The service was just fine. But the food, for my wife, my son and I, was not good at all. I will continue to, for now, to be an Applebee's regular. Just not this one. read more

Arrived at restaurant at peak time took only 15 minutes to be seated. Took 2-Minutes for the server to take our drink order and ask if we had any menu questions. She brought our drinks back within 6-a minutes or so... Took our order when she dropped drinks off. Salads dropped separately by server and manager. No silverware and manager brought back immediately. Five minutes later entrees brought out, cool potatoes but both entrees were piping hot. However it looked as if they only had three AMAZING hard working young women as hostess/servers/bussers. Merinda was our server. She did a great job!!! I am sure they are looking for staff. I will be a little less critical of restaurant staffs as they get through low staffs (front and back of house) and what we as a Country are going through. Surprise a server today, instead of 20% why not 40% gratuity they as we know have families to manage. You never know what it will do for someone's life!!. Worst service!! Came in with 4 people total. Took so long for Crystal to even greet us with an almost empty restaurant. She was then very rude to us, took so long to get refills, talked shit on the girl she was training in front of us, and laughed at us when we asked about a veteran's discount. We spoke to a manager and he seemed like he had heard it a million times and did not care. I am a serve and always leave a tip because I know how it is but this was the first time I left and didn't leave a penny. Absolutely the worst! read more

Alot of short, kind of rude staff, but there are a few gems here in terms of customer service however I have always have to wait at the very least 30 minutes to get my food after getting to the restaurant when I already had a mobile order. And this last time took me literally an hour for a chicken quesadilla and I had already place it 20 minutes prior. I get this after school and have work in the morning, I will never come back. read more

Applebee's sucks now! Was there on yesterday 11/7/22 Food was absolutely nasty Omg I had the riblet platter, loaded garlic mashed potatoes, and overcooked Onion rings fiancé didn't like his classic bacon cheeseburger. My frozen daiquiri was ok. Manager came and gave me my carry out trays. My food hadn't been touched. I told him the food wasn't good, and he just looked at me. I won't be coming back.. just left this Applebees we had hair food in the water hair in one of the plates of food and dirty silverware. Asked for the manager Tito and the server Crystal said I brought her another plate. I went here with my best friend since she enjoys the boneless chicken wings they offer as an appetizer. When we arrived the building was empty and service was slow but nice. I ordered an appetizer and the monthly drink special which was horrible. I'm not necessarily saying it's a bad thing since it's only $5 or $10 I believe- but I would not buy it again. I tried her wings and they were good but can be bought from anywhere for cheaper. read more

It's 9:19. We've been waiting ten minutes. No one greeted us. No one answered the phone when I called while I was waiting. There were only three tables with people. Two waitresses were talking to each other. Then when I walked to the register by the bar, I was accused of having an attitude for asking if they were closed. All I asked was were they still open. This was after she was on her phone talking. I asked for a manager and she said sure wait. I'm still waiting. No wonder the other people walked out. This is simply unprofessional. I will never ever come back to this location. Of course the manager never came. The waitress had burgundy braids. The other worker was a black man with green fade. He was so busy singing buy me a drink by T. Pain that he never acknowledged me. read more

Took 10 mins when we walked in the door for anyone to acknowledge us by someone yelling across the restaurant that someone would be with us soon, taking into the count the restaurant was not busy at all. That should have been the first clue for us to leave. Took a waitress another 10 mins just to come greet us and get drink orders. We did go ahead and order food at the same time we ordered drinks. After waiting more than 30 minutes for someone to come back to us for drink refills or update on our food we left. Another couple walked out also. I would not recommend this location to anyone. read more

We went to the Horn Lake Applebee's last Sunday. The food was outstanding and so were the staff! Every need we had was met and then some. They're not overly crowded like the one in Olive Branch. We had a wonderful waiter and we met the new Manager in training. I cant wait to go again!! read more

Restaurant was disgusting, bathrooms grosser than you want to imagine, underneath my table filled with scraps of other patrons, and my booth with the desserts of the last guest. Out of French onion soup, out of milk, and I overheard others being told their were out of some mixes for drinks. Trash on the floor, my salmon undercooked and the food took far too long to get there, I spent 1:45 in the restaurant, and we ordered immediately when asked for our drink order. Bring this to the attention of the manager? Nothing was done. I wasn't looking for a handout, but no offer to make anything better, not even an apology. Better yet, he didn't even have the bathroom cleaned when I took my son to use it before we left I wouldn't let him use it because of how much dirtier it had become. read more

One of the servers were being rude and purposely not serving us because we were "joking around too much" when in reality she started joking with us first. Two customers came in around 20-30 minutes after us and were served quick and were able to enjoy their meal and leave quickly. A host had to come and serve us because the server didn't want to do it and even then we didn't get our food until like 30 minutes after. One of us didn't get a drink at all and another one of us did get the fries we ordered. The server who was supposed to have served us was being VERY unprofessional and cursing out loud. And we didn't leave until like 2 and a half hours later because of the service we were given. Overall I had a very bad experience at this location in Horn Lake and I most likely won't be returning again. read more

Just back from our meal at Applebee's and am very disappointed. It's a fine dining establishment with PLASTIC cutlery. Ordered a med rare steak and got a piece of overcooked over salted shoe leather (have you ever tried to cut shoe leather with a PLASTIC knife?). My husband picked up lunch today at 12:46. I didn't get home until late to find the chicken Alfredo and add on shrimp had no Alfredo sauce and the add on shrimp was in a cocktail sauce container $3.99. I called the restaurant and went through two very nice employees before the manager Terrance got on the phone who practically laughed his way through the conversation and then went on to explain how they ration out the Alfredo sauce and extra would be $.59. Now mind you that's nowhere on the website. He went on to say he wasn't there at the time and assumed no responsibility. He did tell me to bring the product back to the restaurant which I have put in the freezer to take back when we're in the area. I will stop here because there's so much to be said. We work hard for our money and deserve to receive what we order and pay for. This manager disagrees. Make sure you ask how they ration out the sauce on your next order so you will know to ask for extra. read more
