Me and my family when out for some dinner after swimming all day. I figured this was a good place because I eat it all the time in Omaha, Nebraska. But On 07-28-2026 at 10:47 my little brother, was eating his food and noticed that there was a bug in it at that point we all stopped eating and called the manager over and they would not comp our mail due to their policies. We were seated quickly. Our server, Amber, was an absolute delight! She remembered us from our visit last year! The "2 for" meal prices can't be beat. We had the bourbon chicken and shrimp and the 8 oz sirloin. Both were as tasty as can be. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE While visiting from Washington my son and his girlfriend met myself and my wife here for a couple drinks and some food as they were staying at a hotel close by. My wife and I had 2 drinks and left. After leaving my son ordered another drink and wanted to order some more food but instead they told him he had to leave because he over drank (he had 2 1/2 beers. They asked him if he was driving and he told them no that he was staying close by. As they were walking away he noticed a cop sitting across the street. I learned of this the next day and we both believe that the cops were called by employees at Applebees to try to get him for driving after having a couple beers. Before you think that my son was drunk and rowdy remember he only had 2 1/2 beers and my wife and I had 2 drinks. This review is for the food only, service and cleanliness of this Applebees was good, I ordered the all you can eat Riblets , shrimp, chicken tenders for 15.95, and the Riblets had more sauce than meat, the shrimp was small, the tenders look more like chicken fries, the portions size was small compared to the large portion of fries I got with each plate. Got to the restaurant the parking lot was kinda small it wrapped around building so it took a minute to find a parking spot, the place was alittle crowded and seemed to be alittle short staffed, waited for a table for about 10 mins.. got to the table was looking at the menu finally after a few minutes Jamel S, our waiter kindly came and greeted us he was extremely nice and got down to our level at the table which was nice to talk to his face insted of the air. Ordered food had wonton chicken tacos and a mushroom Swiss burger, my husband ordered a pretzel sticks and a Whiskey burger. The food was AMAZING. I haven't had that good of food just Applebees before, The only thing that only made it a 4 star was the service I totally understand being short handed. And it took a while to get our food and pay our bill but other than that the staff were running their butts off but they did a great job!! Our waiter Jamel was awesome I asked him for a special bowl of ranch and he made it come Thur because I'm a huge ranch eater.. So that was really awesome of him to do that.. Walked-in by 21:45 (restaurant close by 23:00) Mashed potato was crispy and dry, salmon was half of size (from previous experience) -- returned by 22:40 (20 mins before closing). No Philly steak (for sandwiches), no onion rings, if you out if items, correct your menu before your customers making their mind and waiting for 15 mins. waiter told me: "our salmon going by weight, not by size", Manager told me: "salmon going by each, it is delivered as a bag with portion", waiter never offer even a water, refill or anything like that, so we got two drinks after 15 mins and nothing else, so I just did take my water from my car. read more

I've not always been a fan of Applebee's, but between the manager Mr. Levi and our preferred waitress Corene. It has improved greatly. Food comes out fast and they make sure the table is attended to even when the sporting events are in town. read more

My son had his senior prom tonight and wanted to go to Applebees for dinner. We arrived just before 5 pm with two small groups, 2 and 4, ahead of us. They were seated within 3 min of my party of 4 walking in. Then, as we were about to be seated, someone came up and said something to the host. All of the sudden there is a 20 min wait. I looked around and there were two booths, three tables, and 2 high-top tables open. They would not seat us and said there is a 20 min wait. We could not wait 20 min as my son was meeting with friends at 6. We ended up having to get fast food for my son's prom dinner. Shame on you Applebees for blowing our dinner. I believe this particular restaurant deserves a one star rating. The service was awful. After we were seated, we waited for 5 min and still weren't offered anything to drink. Not sure if the floor supervisors wear red shirts or not but she passed by and showed no attention at all. Two servers were just standing near the bar over looking the tables. After calling Applebees, they said they don't have the order information and that was Door Dash's responsibility (even though all this was through Applebee's website) and to call them. So I called Door Dash and was given the runaround for a good hour, finally getting a promise from CSR that she would fill out a form and email it to me, as well as call back for future steps. I never received an email or call. So, I was ripped off. I physically went in to the store the next day and the manager said he'd give me a free entree and a drink on him, so I said fine. So a few days later, I went with a friend to claim my food. After being seated in a filthy booth and then being ignored for 15 minutes with no food or drink, my friend and I walked out, unnoticed. This was our 3rd time at this Applebee's and still not good. Service was slow, and you could hear the staff yelling and swearing. They seemed to be short staffed and busing tables was a slow process. The manager was present, helping where needed, but did not speak. The chicken fingers in our meals were over cooked, hard, dry and as semi warm. It seemed to be very chaotic, as in no structure or organization. Was not pleased and most likely will never return. read more

This is my second time here and my first time was actually less memorable. And that was actually a good thing. The family and I were seated quickly and had quite good service even though they were packed. But the issues began when the food came. Talk about under seasoned...I mean, I want to taste a salt mine when I eat everything I order. From tortilla chips to fries to pretzels.... If I can still taste food, it hasn't been salted enough. Everything we ordered was only salted to just barely edible....merely artery hardening. Wewanted the salt flats in Utah mixed with the Pacific, but only got Morton's. I hope you catch my sarcasm here... Seriously, the food was almost inedible due to the ridiculous amounts of salt. I guess the pirate clientele rules here. On top of that, the fish and chips were the worst in town...clearly Gordon's fisherman brand. On the only positive food note, the iced tea actually tastes like tea instead of syrup. I really suggest you work on making your kitchen more allergy friendly. many people like me have seafood allergies and can't have contaminants. designate a second cooking space for the seafood so that there is no contamination. The wife and I decided to order take out from here on a Saturday evening (Sept 25). We used an Uber eats gift card to pay for our 38 dollar meal. When my wife showed up to pick up our food (curb side pick up), the staff gave her shit for being an uber eats and utilizing the curb side pick up. She explained to them that she doesn't work for Uber, she simply used a gift card to pay for the meal. After explaining this to them they continued to give her shit and hassle her in an unprofessional manner. After waiting for 30 minutes for our food 2 managers came out and said they gave our food to an actual uber eats driver and that they weren't willing to refund us our money or the food. The gift card/web site we ordered off of specifically stated that the order was for customer pick up in store only and that uber would not be delivering it. The on duty managers failed to understand this and still would not refund us our money or give us our food. YOU GAVE OUR DAMN FOOD TO SOMEONE ELSE! HOW IS THIS OUR FAULT? After wasting about 2 hours of our time, we come to find out from uber that our food was delivered to a completely different address because Applebees gave it away to someone who didnt order it! Applebees managers still would not admit wrong doing when confronted with this information. Both on duty managers were extremely rude, not professional and were unwilling to remedy the situation. So we are out damn near 40 bucks and a meal because you all gave our food to someone who didn't order it. HOW IS THIS HAPPENING? HOW ARE MY WIFE AND I AT FAULT HERE? We will not be using this establishment until/if/when they remedy this situation and refund us our money. Very unprofessional, not knowledgeable, rude, and just plain mean mean staff. We were seconds away from walking out waiting for a waitress to even grace us with her presence, and unfortunately we stayed. My husband ordered a beer, and when the waitress came back with the other drinks, she said she saw the beer was being poured right then. My husband stared at the beer halfway across the restaurant getting flat for ten minutes before she bothered to bring it over. We had to repeatedly ask other waitresses and a busboy for service cause our waitress was MIA. Oh and the food was lukewarm, bland, and overpriced. So I have Been going to Applebee's atleast once every two weeks if not more and lately I dnt care to ever go back half the servers dnt even know what there doing and the other half seem to be all drugged out. Out of all the servers there one or two are good. for example the other night when I was in there eating the lady across from me waited 20 minutes to get her soda the server ask what she wanted to drink and never showed back up the hostess ask the lady if she would like a drink and mended up get her drink becouse evidently the server couldn't even do her job and saying they where busy at that time would be a lie becouse weren't busy. I personal got one drink and was never asked once for a refill. The team leaders and managers that run this place all need to go through a training program and need to get after there employees the manager skills of this place have definitely went down hill with everything else. The fiance and I ordered dinner from here last night. I got the Bourbon Steaks and he got a burger. It took a while to get our salads and when we did they didn't have dressing and we had to ask the waitress for some. The steaks (two small measly 4 oz steaks not cooked to order) took forever to come out. We had shown up around 9:15 and didn't get our meal until 9:45. Not the best meal, the flavor was off and the vegetables were soggy. I do not recommend. read more
