If I could give zero stars I would. Overall, my waitress Jaylen was terrible. She was not attentive, forgetful, and didn't check in on us. She didn't even bring us everything we asked for, and half the time we couldn't find her. I would not recommend this apple bees and Jaylen needs to put forth more effort. After eating a late lunch at a nearby Mexican restaurant, we came here because we wanted something sweet. Applebee's in the past has featured a warm skillet chocolate chip cookie with ice cream that's really tasty and yummo! Unfortunately, they didn't have it , although it was printed on their menu. Disappointed! We ended up ordering the triple chocolate meltdown. It put me in the mind of a lava cake. The dessert was decent but the warm chocolate chip cookie would have been way better! In addition to the dessert, I ordered a class of cab (red wine) and after it took forever to get it , they served me white wine. Sent it back .... another long wait. I was patient. It was a lower tier wine and only $5 , so no more real complaints there. Our server, Rheagan was a sweet girl. She was attentive and had a nice demeanor. Overall the staff was ok. I didn't really care for the atmosphere. It felt "clubbish." We did enjoy some of the music they were playing. Applebee's has happy hour drink and food specials . The prices are cheap. It's just not a place I care to frequent. Masks were required and all of the staff were within the covid protocol. Social distancing was in place as well. read more

I wish I could give no stars. HORRIBLE service, especially from the manager!! On top of being outside blast music smoking in front of the store, she was rude and had the worst attitude. She lied saying we didn't wait over 45mins for our food and complained that they closed at 10pm even though the website and door says 11pm!! Recently visited this location on Fri after work. First of all service was very slow with only 3 or 4 tables filled. Ordered drinks first, with bartender at bar but didnt receive drinks for about 20 minutes. I had the chicken and shrimp entree with loaded mashed. this would have been ok but it was very very salty. Now my husband had the rib eye that he may have eaten 3 bites of. He ordered it medium but it came overcooked. He kept saying it wasnt a real steak, which was so funny, but definitely not good. His potatoes and broccoli he did eat more of and said it was ok. Definitely worth the $1. For food, we went for the 2 for menu (1 starter or 2 side salads and 2 entrees). We couldn't decide on 2/$20 or 2/$25 so the waitress allowed us to do 2/$22.50. Problem averted lol. I ordered the House side salad with bacon to beginning with. It was good for what it was. I then ordered the Baby back ribs with a side of loaded mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese with bacon (I'm going to pay for the two starches later!). The food was okay. It would have been better if it were hotter. The loaded potatoes also had two much sour cream. My s/o ordered the shrimp and chicken. He enjoyed it, as his food came out sizzling. The restaurant appeared to be decently clean, but it bothered me when I saw one of the hostess cleaning out a booth and using the same towel for the tables and seats. The restroom was clean. TERRIBLE. I went here to pick up some food for my daughter. On the app in which you order they give you a designated time that you're supposed to arrive. My order said I was supposed to arrive at 7:15. I waited outside expecting somebody to bring my food out to me (hence the name curbside pickup) and a FULL HOUR had passed and there was ABSOLUTELY NOBODY who came out to even CHECK if there was anybody outside. On Saturday I ordered a riblet catering order. Which should feed 6-8 people. I received about 10 riblets, 1 small foam container of coleslaw, and 5 boxes of fries. I informed the manager Derrick Ragler that it did not look like a catering order for 6-8 people. He started telling me that they weighed the riblets, and I got more than I was suppose to get. So I just told him I wanted my my back. He told me he could not take the food back. To keep from causing an even bigger scene I left. I contacted their customer service today. So as our server by force shows up, she actually was pretty nice but she had been walking around us the entire time. The brunch burger for my dinner mate had issues with an overcooked fried egg but mine, Bourbon St chicken and Shrimp was excellent. First off, I have to say that I adore Applebee's. They have great food, great bar specials, and it's usually an awesome experience. This particular location...lacked. Our waitress didn't know the appetizer or drink specials. I asked for a pinot grigio and she asked, "what is that?" I said, "white wine." She came back with a glass of white zinfandel, which I sent back. I said, "white wine...pinot grigio, sav blanc, chardonnay," and she said, "Aww...we don't have them fancy wines." Seriously? The manager ended up coming over, apologizing, and getting me a chardonnay. Okay, fine. I understand confusion like that. Then, we ordered appetizers off the special. It took forever to get served. Forever. And there were hardly any people there. The food was good when we finally got it, but we never got asked for refills on our drink, so we just left. Sad...but there are some bad examples of a good restaurant chain. Advice to the bartender and wait staff....LEARN your products! Your tips will be better. = ) read more

Wasn't going to complain until a long hair was discovered in an entree at which point an incredulous manager came out and tried to reason why our observations were invalid.
