Haley received my order and was sweet. Redeemed my free order of Birthday wings and made them perfectly. She added an atmosphere that makes you want to return. Very pleased with my visit. Will definitely have to come back and say thanks for her amazing service. I must admit that I haven't been a regular but the last few times have been impressive. I!ll be back lol . Came here for the 3.99 wings on 4/1. I haven't been to hooters in years. Our server was Victoria, she was so pleasant and provided excellent service. I ordered the naked hot bone in wings with cheese fries and a sweet tea. Everything was so good. Highly recommend read more

I was killing time and stopped in to Hooters Trussville for a beer. I arrived around 6pm and was blown away by the lack of people in this location. They appeared to be more employees than customers. Everyone was nice, the beer here is really cold. Let's hope this location makes it work. read more

Been a while since we patroned here. Surprisingly good food. Had original wings buffalo hot, wife had original wings Buffalo mild. Shared Lots A Tots as our side. Wings perfectly cooked! Tots crispy even with all the loaded cheese, sour cream, and bacon crumbles. Matched perfectly with the wings. Atmosphere: if you been to a Hooters, you know the atmosphere. Taty was a great server that made sure we were taken care of. Will definitely come back. Sorry guys, was smellin too good to take Pic before we grubbed down! read more

Blantant racist waitresses!!!! We were told when we entered the door by the Caucasian waitress that they were about to shut the floor down and we would have to order at the bar, and like 5 minutes later a Caucasian couple comes in and is seated on the floor - that we were refused to be seated. The Caucasian waitress at the door seemingly pushes all the traffic to the bar to the black waitress. We set next to a regular that says this is the norm!!!! Food was not great and very bland!!! read more

Wings are good. They are a little pricey. $13 dollars for 5 wing parts. Service is good for men. As a female waiting for a togo order is exhausting. They prepared everyone order inside even if they came after i placed my order. The bartender stayed or her phone with one leg resting on the beer case. One of the regular customer said it would be nice if the put some clorox in this thing where the gnats keep flying out of on the bar. read more

If I could rate just the food, it would be a negative 5. The Twisted Texas melt wasn't a melt. It was a burger with NO seasoning. Barely any cheese. No caramelized onions. Two small pieces of bacon. It was one of the most disappointing burgers I've had in awhile. My curly fries were the highlight of my meal even though they weren't even salted. Just sad. Our waitress was great! Very attentive and i would give her 5 stars by herself. Thanks Carlee! read more

This was my first time at Hooters. Came tonight following Michael Scott advise. Overal a nice experience, the girls do what they are paid to do. Probably could wait more than 5 minutes every time they come to ask if we want another beer. My lemonade was good, buddies beers were good. The food on the other hand was really random. My burger was overcooked and very small. Chickens wings very small too. Fajitas... average. Didn't make us want to try for a dessert, even the lime pie seem appealing. read more

I called this location on Tuesday and asked them specifically what time they close on Friday nights. They told me closing was at 1am on Fridays. We get there at 11:15pm Friday night, and we were told hours had just changed. The kitchen was closed, they just announced last call, and they close at midnight. It's very poor service to turn away customers 45 minutes before closing. You should just say you close at 11pm if you want to start locking up at midnight. read more

I will never go back to this location!!!!! Wings were so small. The 15 we got had 2 drums. The rest were flats. Not anywhere close to as good as I have had at other Hooters. We ordered cheese curds but could not respond how they tasted because we never received. And we asked the person that brought to our table. The waitress was horrible!!!!!!!! It took forever for her to come to table. Took forever for drinks. And never came back to our table except when we flagged her down to ask for check. No refills nothing. Her phone was ringing when she first came to table and then again when she brought drinks. And she was on her cell phone when we saw her again. We looked for a manager but never saw him/her. I will be contacting corporate. The other waitresses were constantly at their tables and very nice!!!! read more

We left another location to eat here due to a lack of service. First of all, this location is clean and everyone is happy to see you. Our server Chastity is absolutely amazing! She was very attentive but not to the point of being a nuisance. The hot and naked wings were very good and everything was piping hot and cooked to order. This will be my new location for wings every time I'm here for a job in the future. read more

Stopped in for a spur of the moment drink and meal. Arrived around 6:30 & was seated quickly, order taken within about 12 minutes. party of 2. The waitress began taking our order and when we began ordering drinks she stated let me check because we redid our bar "THIS MORNING" so let me see if she can make alcoholic drinks. The sign on the door read no beer on tap--which means only bottle beer, nothing mentioned about drinks. Eventually she returns and says yes she can make your drinks we ordered whiskey Long Island & Lemonade coattail can't remember the name these came out separately about 15 minutes apart, he ordered another long Island about 45 minutes later.. We ordered the fish sandwich with fries and a garden salad, at about 8:35 we still hadn't received our food. We cancelled the food, paid for our drinks, the waitress then claimed the food was ready, but it was a wrap. Hooters has really gone down, his drink, both, were very good he said, mine was jut OK. read more

Cira was our server and she was great ! The came out hot and she was on top of things ! I will be back just for her !

So disappointed in Rachel. Ordered food with an estimate of 30 minutes for wait. We called to inquire about our order twice being told by Rachel 1st time-she could answer if our order was ready, 2nd it wasn't ready. We go inside food sitting on counter. We waited to see if service or acknowledgement would happen. I asked to speak with someone and if she was the person answering the phone. I then inquired about my order, after checking it and realizing it was cold/room temp. Let's just say she got smart with me and totally disregarded my experience and complaint. Plus there were others waiting too, I am so bothered by the lack of interest and attention to a customer telling you they aren't satisfied. Thanks Rachel for being so rude. read more

It's been a year since I've been to a hooters location. We moved out of state and decided to try one that was, new to us, for the mothers day special. We arrived around 12:15 on a Sunday and they already had several customers dining, but not yet busy. We asked for a booth, but they had closed off the back section of the restaurant for no reason and the 3 Booths up front had guests seated so we were seated at a high top near the bar. Our server was very friendly, she informed us that they changed the fries from big dipper to waffle fries, big bummer. We ordered 3 sets of 10 wings and 3 kids meals. One of the sets of 10 wings was missing 1 so the server talked to the kitchen and got us an additional wing. The wings also weren't labeled when they came out. The server only came back towards the end offering to refill our drinks. To summarize our experience, I would say the food was decent, but there are lots of options on this area so mediocre food and service probably won't entice us to come back. read more

Well it's a busy Friday afternoon, I'm halfway through a work day and I've got to get me some wings and a beer. My gorgeous waitress Mya, is kind, attentive and has a smile that's contagious and got more beautiful each time she came to check on me. Was just there to eat, drove 30 miles on way to get there! Waitress ok, but after order 20 minutes later had to go find her to ask her how much longer?! I had wings & fries, he had sliders & fries! Another 10 minutes before we get food!!! It was ok at best!! Had to send smoke signals after food delivered for more drink and dressing! Then smoke signals to get ticket!!!! Worst food ever!!!! Will not go back! There were basically no one in restaurant when we arrived, maybe 4 tables and best I saw 4 men at bar!!!! PITIFUL!!! No one should take 30 minutes to send out sliders and wings!!!! Someone needs to do something here!! I used to wait tables!!! When I went to see about order after 20 minutes there were 3 young ladies siting in corner all on their phones!!!!! Not caring to see about anything but their phones!!!!! Will tell everyone to stay away from this place!!!!! read more

Hooters was once known as one of the best restaurants when it came to customer service but tonight was not the case at all. Me and a friend of mine decided to come here since we haven't been here in a while and I gotta say that customer service was absolutely terrible. The waitress that we had came across as if she did not wanna be bothered with us. She never checked on us to see if we were ok, and if we needed anything I ended up having to ask her how long it will be before our food was ready. We were not ready to order when we first sat down, and our waitress that we had previously did not want to wait on us, I will not be coming back to this location ever again read more

My experience here was not very good at all and I will never come back again our Savannah our waitress was absolutely terrible, and I just thought that she didn't do a good job at all. She barely came back to check to see how we were doing, and I also noticed that the table behind us experienced much better customer service than me, and my friend did. We also ended up waiting for our food to come as well. I got chips, and cheese dip for my appetizer and it was not very good at all the chips were not fresh, and the cheese dip not good as well. I never did get my to go order of chicken tenders, and fries this will definitely be my last time coming here. read more

This was my very first time here so I had to know what the hype was about this place and to be honest I was not that greatly impressed. The only reason why this place is getting 4 stars is because my drink was good, the fajitas style quesadillas, and our waitress. Where do I start first. I was hoping the wings were going to be super good because that is what this place is known for is wings. Well when I wings got to us the flavor was good but it seemed like they were over cooked. Oh and we ordered fries and by the time they got to us they were cold and not good nor had any season on it. The fajitas styled quesadillas were the only meal that we enjoyed. It was hot and flavorful. Needless to stay we will be going back but only for the drinks and the quesadillas. read more

So it's Hooters, and anyone that's familiar with Hooters knows that it's the girls that get guys in, and the food, girls and sports that keep 'em comin' back. With that said, there's not much more I can say about this location to make it unique to any other locations: it's basically hit or miss regarding the service you'll find at the Trussville location. The girls are generally either reasonably attentive to their customers, or as vapid as you might expect when they're not so much in the mood to work. The food is more consistently good than the service, but even the food service is at the mercy of the waitresses' attentiveness to your order - so don't blame the cooks too much when applicable... Bottom line - I like the food, I like the scenery, and I'm apt to visit the place at least once a month with the caveat that if I get bad vibes coming in the door - e.g., the waitresses don't even notice new customers, LOTS of empty glasses at tables with no food and sour looks on the faces of those seated - I pretty much rule that a not-so-favorable night for wings and head out. I think if you do the same, chances are you'll hit the place on the right days/nights and have a positive experience. Good luck! ;) read more

Writing this review while at the restaurant. Our waitress, Rhianna is super friendly and explained the new food items on the menu. The manager came by our table and greeted us with warm welcome. If I could give this place a -10 I would. This service is absolutely horrible. Ordered wings fried extra Crispy they come out like mush. Send the back and have to wait another 30mins on top of the hour we already waited ! No customer in this establishment looks happy about their food or service. Manger just walks around on the phone not checking on any customers to see how their food is or service. You have to ask any waitress that walks by for a refill otherwise your not gonna get anything. Over all just go somewhere else! read more

Ok, so it's been a while since we've been in Hooters to eat, used to love the Buffalo shrimp, but we discovered the last time we were in that the recipe had changed and wasn't as good as we remembered, we also got crappy service and because of that were sent home with some free desert, so we decided to try again, like I said it had been a while, like a couple of years. So we go back in the Trussville store and order 24 shrimp to share between the two of us. After ordering we added an order of cheese sticks, in the mean time another table was seated near us. As we started eating we realized we were short at least 5 shrimp, told the waitress, she looked at them and said... "ok, do he math for me" ( I think that's part of the problem here..the math) she went and got the 5 shrimp, took a minute, then a waitress came out and asked the table she first came to (the one that had been seated after we ordered) if they ordered cheese sticks, they said yes, we figured they were probably ours. When our waitress finally comes out with the cheese sticks we said something to her about the other table getting cheese sticks, she said the kitchen was backed up, I asked how that would explain how they got theirs first AND it didn't explain why the kitchen couldn't count, we had tails lined up to show her we were STILL short 2 shrimp, she asked if we wanted her to bring the two shrimp... we told her no. They had put several clumps of fried batter on the plate and I guess tried to count them as shrimp. All we got for this crappy service was... I'm sorry! She how ever got a $5.75 tip! read more

By far the worse Hooters I have ever been to. Customer service was awful, wait for food was extremely long (although there may have been a max of 15 people in the restaurant), the establishment was DISGUSTING (Sticky floors and table, bathroom completely nasty-- non working toilets, bodily fluids on the seats and floor), my food was extremely undercooked and incorrect might I add. This place has a little of everything. At times the service can be slow and in my most recent experiences the servers were too young to know much about alcoholic beverages. The TVs are great and pretty visible from any angle in the whole place which you sit. So is almost never a bad seat in the house. Sometimes it takes a while for the food to get there so I didn't like that because it didn't seem busy and there were not any large parties there. To me the smoked wings have to be the best! I prefer the Texas rub myself. Chicken sliders are pretty good however on my most recent visit I was saddened to learn the Cobb salad was no longer on the menu. If you do your group want a place to game the game great spot to attend. read more
