Always good service, like the atmosphere, love the food! I'll always recommend Applebee's to my friends.

Maybe I've been away from Canton for too long, but this place is not a 5-star restaurant. Yes, the place is a lot better looking, inside and out. The renovations really modernized the exterior and really made the interior an extension of the community. However, the service wasn't all that great for a fairly slow Tuesday night. We had to wait at least 8 minutes before the waitress came for drink orders. Understandable if you've got a busy night, but Christ, it's just water. The timing problems continued through the meal; it took about 25 minutes to get appetizers. We ordered the Spinach Artichoke dip 10 minutes ahead of the Chicken Wonton Tacos, and both arrived at the same time. Both were delicious, but I could have done with more chips on the Spin-dip. We were still working on appetizers when the entrees came out not even 10 minutes later. That's just amateur in my book. I will say, the chicken was done fantastically. I had the Chili Lime Chicken, which had a good mix of spice and sweetness. No complaints from anyone else at the table in regards to their food. The staff may be kind, and the restaurant may have a neighborhood feel, but don't be afraid to go outside the box. There are plenty better places to eat in the Plymouth-Canton area. read more

My wife and I eat at Applebee's almost every month. But only at this location for some reason the time for serving food is outrageous. Today after 27 mins we were served our appetizer that too with a mistake. It took another 10 mins to bring correct appetizer. And then another 15 mins for the entree. And after waiting so much time obviously, my main entree was wrong as well. So another 15 mins for the corrected entree. It never took so much time at any other Applebee's but only at this location. We won't stop eating here but probably eat at some different location now onwards. read more

Will not come back to this restaurant again. It's Friday night they close at 11pm it's now 9:10pm they won't take any more customers for the rest of the night. Turning people away at the door. It doesn't make sense. The parking lot not busy neither is the restaurant. read more

Went in last night to get a couple drinks and some appetizers with friends. The best part about this visit was our server Andrew who was wonderful! He was on top of refills brought food out quickly. Will definitely ask for him next time we are there! read more

This was horrible we waited one hour and 20 minutes for a food that our food appetizers and salads all came out at the same time and everything was cooked horribly my chicken smelt like crap on my five cheese chicken Musta Cholly noodles or whatever the heck that was definitely I would never go back to Applebee's again after this experience what a rip off everything was horrible and I can't say that the waitress was any good either considering she broke out all my food at one time with appetizers and salads and everything good luck to whoever goes and eats here I would never recommend this read more

Like the specials they run on apps late night. I also like that they do trivia. However, the people across from us had a guy who was WAY over served and making a fuss he whole time. Saying very inappropriate things, even to the point that people from his own table got up and walked away. The server came over like nothing was wrong. The staff at this Applebee's provide pretty good customer service. They've never really messed up my meals before and if something is forgotten they get on it right away. Sometimes service can be a little slower than expected but the food is always good and good well so it's not too big of an issue. I like to come here during lunch to take advantage of their lunch specials. read more

This is by far the best Applebee's around, my waitress Crystal was awesome with a sweet personality and always on top of our refills and checking on us. The manager Kim was very pleasant as well as she stopped at our table to ask how everything was, I definitely recommend this Applebee's, every time I'm here the waitstaff are just phenomenal. I am the girlfriend of Aaron A who's mouth was burned because Chris Novak the manager here brought me scolding soup. I am livid that this manager allowed a patron to be treated this way. No one deserves to be abused, especially not after receiving piss poor service from the kitchen. My soup was sent back 2 times and it was given to me cold. Instead of being a good manager and resolving the issue he decided to be cruel and warm the soup till it was scolding and burn my mouth with it. He had the nerve to call the Canton police because my boyfriend was upset with the service we received twice in the restaurant within 3 days, as we were returning to use a gift card given to us by the assistant manager for poor service as all our food was stale and cold couple days prior. Their COVID precautions were OUTSTANDING. I felt very safe, we did have to wait a while but that's to be expected with having a smaller staff. SO disappointed! We used the Curbside Pick-up tonight for the first and last time. Ordering online was a breeze. Pulled in at 6:22. Pick up time was 6:28. Very nice girl came out two times to figure out what our order was. I had entered everything (name, type/color of vehicle, phone number) when I ordered. Our food finally came out about 6:50. Get home to find everyone got the right food except me. My burger was supposed to be pink with cheese, bacon and onions. I had a dried out burger with cheese only. Half way through eating I took a bite and pulled a piece of hair out! Needless to say, that was the end of my meal. So much for an easy dinner after another long day of work :( read more

Applebee's is one of the bigger chain restaurants in this area so it isn't going to be the greatest food of all time but it does have great prices and some good food for those price. The restaurant itself is staffed by some wonderful people and I have never had an issue with anyone working there. Quick shoutout to Erin who is a waitress and also works the bar area and to Katie who was my most recent waitress. My husband and I went in on a weeknight and one section was super busy and it was Katie's and she did such an amazing job, even when one of her tables were acting rude towards her. I commend her for doing such a fantastic job! I definitely recommend this location because the cooks seem to know what they are doing and I haven't had much here that I don't like. The only downfall is that they sometimes don't cook the burgers to the correct likeness of whoever ordered it! Regardless, I go here pretty often and would recommend this place to anyone. Redeemed a free appetizer and waitress was pissed to give it to us. She had an awful attitude and we have been waiting over an hour for our food. Come on we know it's frozen. I just Love Applebee's two for the price of just $20.00. The Lemon Chicken is so delicious. Don't forget your side order appetizers. I really enjoyed the Spinach Artichokes which was so fresh. Went on a Sunday afternoon and was greeted by a very polite young man named Travis. We had a couple of questions about the menu which he all the answers to. I don't usually write negative reviews, but tonights experience was horrible! It took our food forever to come and when it finally did, my Steak Salad was not even prepared as the description. My wife and friend both ordered steak fajitas and they had to be taken off the bill because they weren't edible. No drink refills were offered and our appetizer came after the rest of the food had arrived. I will never visit here again! Don't know what was worse..the food or the service! read more

This Applebee's is always clean, has good service, friendly wait staff and the food is good like pretty much all Applebee's in the chain. The menu is extensive and we've been happy with our selections and this latest visit was no exception. The French Onion soup was very good. The Chili Cheese Nachos were very good as well. Overall a good experience. Came for trivia night and half off apps. I ordered the sweet potato fries which came with three different dips, each of which were good. This visit was disappointing compared to our last one made at the Applebee's in Northville (http://www.yelp.com/biz/applebees-northville). We were seated promptly, business was fairly light, but there seemed to be many servers out and about so I wasn't the least concerned about our service. I should've been though. We were seated at a booth/high table combo that was within the vicinity of the bar. I guess this means that the bar tender is your server, which sucks because he's too busy making drinks for not only the people at the bar, but the servers who have patrons ordering alcohol as well. We ordered some wings (sweet & spicy Asian sauce I believe) for an app. It seemed to take a bit longer than expected to come out of the kitchen, but they were hot and very tasty. However, they were delivered by a runner who failed to bring us any small plates to use. We had to flag somebody down for that. Then we started to eat and realized that other than our lap napkins, we had nothing to wipe our hands with. Had to flag somebody down to get napkins and wetnaps. These are things that I consider "no brainers" to deliver to a table when serving wings, ribs, etc... Although our official server..er bartender.. did come to check in I think once after initially taking our order, I just felt as though we were an afterthought. Runners delivered our food, and of course had no idea who got what item. Have things changed in the restaurant industry or do companies no longer stress how important the small things are - like not requiring the customer to raise their hand and yell "me" to get their meal or checking in within 5 minutes of being served to verify that there is nothing wrong with the dishes. The entrees themselves were just bland. I got the crispy brewhouse chicken which is fried chicken with mash and stout gravy. It was as though they used no seasoning whatsoever other than salt. My husband said the same thing about his bourbon street chicken and shrimp. Our kids had the fried shrimp and cheese pizza off the kids menu which were alright I imagine, but they didn't gobble them up like they did the grilled cheese from the prior visit. Near the end of our meal we saw an interactive screen on the table. We assumed it was for playing the trivia only, but then saw that you could order food, drink or request a server with it. Perhaps this is why nobody came over. Were we expected to signal when we needed something? If so, it would've been nice had somebody told us. I've never really cared for Applebees. But i went in last night and boy have they step their game up. I was very please with the meal we got. My dinner was as good as the picture looked. Prof's to Applebee's for starting the whole "Veteran's eat free" on Veteran's Day. I went in and ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger with fries, and it was served up Hot, Fresh, and delicious. Very disappointed with my last visit here. My family came here after a baseball game to celebrate a win. We ordered and unfortunately there were some issues with our order. Both my husband and I ordered steaks with toppers and they were both missing. Instead of taking the steaks back for us the manager gave us the parmasean shrimp topper in a watery cup. And told to pour this over the steak. It was kinda gross! In the past it seemed melted in but was running all over the plate. It was separated and not what we ordered. The manager was rude and short with us when we told her this is not how it normally comes. We were told we were wrong. The attitude the manager gave us told us we're are not valued as patrons of Applebee's and not worth her time. However there was a man seated at the table next to us who all the servers stopped to talk to. She sat down and talked to him for a long time but could not be bothered to talk to us. When I asked for her name from my server I was told she did not know it and was to busy to go in the back room and ask what it was. My husband left with out eating his food we paid the bill while I was typing up this review and will not be back anytime soon. read more

The new Southwest Shrimp Fettuccine is a smaller portion than you'd expect and only comes with one bread stick, not toasted garlic bread like the menu says.
