What made the situation worse was watching other customers, who were seated after me and even those who walked in after I arrived, be greeted and fully serviced while I was completely ignored. As someone who has visited this establishment multiple times, this experience was not only frustrating but unacceptable. No customer should feel invisible, especially in a place they've supported before. To be very clear, I was also the only Black woman present at the time--and that did not go unnoticed. It is 2026. We should be far beyond experiences that make people question whether they are being treated differently. Because of this experience, I will not be returning.
