From being accommodating with tee times to having tools to retighten your driver, they rock. They also have a driving range with real grass (not mats) and a good putting green area to practice on. I think the course is fairly priced for it being beautiful and having nice accommodations (good carts, nice bathrooms in the clubhouse) and generally great people. I highly recommend playing a round here if you are in the Lewiston-Auburn area.

They offer a beautiful 9-hole course with some forgiving wide fairways and some challenging uphill par 3s. They went under new ownership in 2020 and the owner has made some tremendous progress with improving the greens and clearing out some overgrown trees that were causing damage to the tall grass areas. I have family who plays here regularly and they offer a Turkey shoot, which is a fun scramble, just prior to closing up for the winter months. It's a great time had by all and for those who frequent the course and clubhouse, they are one big family of golfers. Everyone is part of the family when you choose to swing your clubs at Summit Springs Golf Course.

However the greens were in great shape rolling like a 10 on the stimp meter. Not overly long, as the tips are only 6,000+ yds or so. Pretty open fairways but too many blind shots from either the tee box or the fairway itself. Pro shop & restaurant are great and very eclectic with it being housed in a centuries old barn & house. We played on Wednesday which was senior day so the green fees were very reasonable w/ cart. $60 each for 18. I recommend it as it's better than a muny but not as good as a CC.

It is a very well kept course with very highly maintained greens that you can tell is a definite gem compared to the other courses around the area and is very well priced for the yardage seeing how normally short nine holers would be the same price. The gold attendant was a little rude when we were there when we walked on without calling to reserve on a Friday and we think he just was doing it more because he was annoyed at us but other than that little hiccup, definitely check this little place out. I also lived that other golfers were not right on top of us giving amateurs like me the heeby jeebies with people watching my hook or slice. Again check it out and clubhouse is great and wide open overlooking the 10th and the 18th holes.
