I went to this urgent care because I had a very painful, swollen lump near the top of my butt…read morecrack. The pain was severe, and I was having difficulty sitting and even lying down comfortably. The doctor examined me and told me that it was just a cyst and that I would be fine. Nothing was done to drain it, and I was not given treatment. I left feeling like I was being told to simply deal with the pain. Because the pain continued to get worse, I ended up going to the ER. They immediately recognized that it was an abscess with cellulitis and that it was significantly infected. They drained it right away, packed the wound, and prescribed medication to treat the infection. I understand that not every diagnosis is straightforward, but I was very disappointed with my urgent care experience. I feel that my condition should have been taken more seriously, especially given how painful and swollen it was. If I had followed the advice I was given and simply waited it out, I could have gotten much sicker. I'm sharing my experience so others can advocate for themselves if they feel something is seriously wrong. If you know your pain is severe or your condition is getting worse, don't be afraid to seek a second opinion or go somewhere else. I DONOT RECOMMEND THIS URGENT CARE.

I was initially seen by a student physician assistant before the regular physician assistant came…read moreinto my room. When the student PA walked in she introduced herself as her head was turned away from me and she was chewing gum, so I had to ask her to repeat herself which I had to do several times during the visit. Instead of realizing her gum chewing made her impossible to understand, she chewed her gum some more whenever she repeated herself. It is bad enough that she was not taught in school that chewing gum around patients is not professional, but her supervising physician assistant allowed her to walk in to see patients knowing she was chewing gum. She certainly saw her chewing gum when she entered the room I was in. Medical standards are on the decline everywhere. This just accentuates it. BTW, at the beginning of my visit, the medical assistant who took my vitals was wearing street clothes, didn't look like medical staff at all. She did not introduce herself or state her credentials and wasn't friendly. The purpose of this review is not to discourage patients from going to All Valley. I hope that management will improve the professionalism of its staff and any students who rotate there. I'm not hopeful they will even read this review because I see zero management responses to any of the other reviews.

The wait time was reasonable and the check-in process was amazing. The lady at the desk was a little too snarky for my taste, but the phone check-in was easy to complete! I uploaded my information over the phone in less than 7 mins, it beats writing everything down! The doctor was kind, he seemed a little awkward at first but he was nice. I got a toradol shot per his recommendation and it definitely helped during my first night of recovery. The MA's and CNA's are always super kind, I love their bedside manner and customer service. My prescriptions were sent immediately to my pharmacy and without issue! Overall, I like Alliance! Could the chairs need a revamp or replacement? Yes! However, I'm comfortable here, and it's a reliable clinic, so I'm willing to put up with the damaged furniture.
