The staff couldn't figure out if my insurance was legit covered for their facility. After waiting an hour I decided to leave. When I arrived I let them know that my child is seen by Childrens Primary Medical group and that on their site it says that Apple urgent care is one of the urgent care to go to and also on my insurance it says to go there too. I explained that I I have a PPO insurance. After looking at reviews I'm kinda glad my daughter wasn't seen!

I got a toradol shot per his recommendation and it definitely helped during my first night of recovery. The MA's and CNA's are always super kind, I love their bedside manner and customer service. My prescriptions were sent immediately to my pharmacy and without issue! Overall, I like Alliance! Could the chairs need a revamp or replacement? Yes! The medical assistant takes your vital signs with her $100.00 acrylic nails with all the jewels and bling (notorious for harboring bacteria), meanwhile she is butchering the names of your medications like it's in Mandarin. The PA comes in, Chris has a flat affect and zero eye contact. He says "take this medicine." You leave feeling good, outta there in 45 minutes and you fill out a 5 star review. Then you go to pharmacy and there's confusion, they need to clarify with Chris the PA (which stands for Personality Absent) on the script but no one can get a hold of him. I call and the phone just rings and rings. I go home frustrated and without medication. While at home I continue to try and get through by phone without luck. The next day the pharmacy still doesn't have what they need so I go down there to say "answer your flipping phone" and the girl looked at me like I had 2 heads. I said "can you ask Chris to call the pharmacy so I can get the antibiotics started?" She says "No mam we can't do that." Seriously?!? Useless. Then Miss Nightmare Nails comes out and says "what's the problem?" Again I tell her the issue. She grabs the paper from my hand with a perturbed look and leaves for a few minutes and says "everything was faxed again to pharmacy" turns around and shuts the door in my face. I get to the pharmacy and the medicine is over $2,000 dollars. Needless to say we didn't get that medicine and we won't EVER go back to that urgent care because there is ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. I was sent to a small waiting room I had 4 falls was very disoriented after two words I'd forget…read morewhat I was saying. I needed to use the restroom and although there were medical staff doing nothing and standing right there looking at me, no one would help me all I needed was a wheelchair. That went on for seven hours. After this happening, a tech was supposed to take me in for an MRI. He didn't want to do it. I could hear him trying to get others to do it or to come with him. ( I'm pretty little and not that difficult to deal with ) I heard someone saying "Sharon likes falling down" and others laughing ( maybe because I had been in for falling before ? )Due to my thought process this was a really scary time for me. Between the staff in the waiting room the tech for the MRI and the other staff thinking my falls were something to be laughed about they were very unkind and unprofessional. I do have to say that the Doctors were always great. And once I was taken up to the 6th floor I have nothing but good to say the Doctors Nurses CNA's everyone I encountered were always professional kind and caring.

On a good note the GI and Cardiologist were amazing and made sure I knew what was going on...
