Megan replied to my message and request, made a connection and I got ahold of Cameron Hofbauer in service. Spoke with Cameron and communicated via email initially and made an appointment. We arrived at the dealership (which has been recently purchased by a new owner, and is under new management too) punctually and was immediately assisted and taken care of. We are looking to purchase a new all electrical vehicle but I've yet to hear back from our sales representative that Megan introduced us too. I emailed Branden O'Hara the same day requesting the names of restaurants in the area that he has recommended to my husband and I at the time of our introduction. Did not hear back from him, I saw him later in on the same day and mentioned to him that I had emailed him. He replied that he got busy, totally understand, no rush I told him. Maybe I went to Spam. He said he will reply and check it out. Two days gone by now still no reply. No problem just a little disappointed bc we do want to work with him. I emailed Cameron thanking for everything he replied quickly and even mentioned that my husband was easy and clear to communicate with and great attitude. I agree. We Will give it another few days for Sales representative to get back with us. We understand that life happens and days get busy, however nurturing the new relationships are very important to follow up with. I am not expecting him to drop everything, but acknowledgement and or just a reply communication that email was received would be greatly appreciated. I know I am in Sales and have been in Sales all my life. Also, there is this lady by the name Carry, another sales representative I met that day was very sweet and so was Caleb Verlinde. Caleb Verlinde was extra helpful and greeted me on the way into the front of the dealership and went to look for Megan, since we had not met face to face yet. Overall I am giving it a 5 Five Star because they all work well synchronized and they made us feel welcomed and at home. I would ask that this is taken in your consideration as a learning experience to further expand their new leads and follow ups. We appreciate each and everyone and we hope this dealership continues to thrive and expand the opportunities for all staff. Thank you. V6, tow package and low miles. I looked at a few that I had on my list. No effort by the salesman was made to suggest or show me what I was looking for. I asked to see the last one on my list and the salesman said, O this is your vehicle! It met my needs in terms of what I needed. I took it for drive and looked it over thoroughly. I noticed some surface scratches that were very noticeable. At that time the Owner of the Nice Car Company was nearby, and I asked if I could have the scratches buffed out since I really liked that SUV. He said sure we can do that, just mention it to your salesman. Point being, even the owner knew I was SERIOUS about this SUV. I tell my salesperson that this is the one and he says lets go up front to the office and write it up. He writes up the "Vehicle Purchase Order" that I Sign and He signs. I ask if Tuesday 10/6 will give them enough time to get the scratches buffed out as I'll need to get the money together and make arrangements to come back and pick it up. The salesperson says, o yes. He swiftly takes the signed copy, and I am left with my copy of the Vehicle Purchase Order. I go on my way. Tuesday 10/6 is the day stated for delivery. I have not received any phone call or warning of any issues. Tuesday my husband and I leave work early as he will drive my current car home after I pick up my, NEW TO ME SUV! I have a check in hand for the agreed amount on the paperwork. I have also finalized my plans for the upcoming weekend since we will be using the New Vehicle for travel. I walk into the Nice Car Company and ask for the salesperson, and I am greeted with the response of, O he is probably hiding. Kind of odd for a salesman who is about to collect a check! My salesperson comes out and says we have a problem. Another salesperson sold my SUV and delivered it. They no longer have it. I have no words as I was not sure what would come out of my mouth at that point. MY husband asks, WHY didn't you call her before we came all the way out here? The salesperson turns his back to me and looks at my husband and says, she was still undecided on that one!!! This was a flat out lie. As stated, I signed a Vehicle Purchase Order. Mr. Salesperson says we will make it right and get you something better. On my way home, he calls and makes me an offer on a different but newer SUV, HOWEVER they want more money from me for it. MY response, absolutely NOT, if you can't give me a deal for what is on this check than that is not an option. He says he will check with his boss. he calls me back and NOPE can't sell me that DEAL for that amount, even though they screwed up the first deal and my entire upcoming planned weekend. SO, I call back on Monday 10/12. Surely that is enough time to find a deal to compensate for their screw up. NOW I get the cold shoulder! Now I am being told THEY will call me when they find something. So today 10/14 and not one call or offer or question or apology. I have concluded the Nice Car Company of Ottawa Lake Michigan has NO Integrity. Please beware!
