The dealership gave this huge spiel about their great bumper to bumper warranty, how they want to take care of people. That was obviously false as now she has a repair bill. She did take it to the dealership for the "warranty" work, and they have had the car for over a week and nothing. If she had taken it to a local shop for the repair it would already be done and she wouldn't be getting taken advantage of. We looked at the warranty again and they deliberately wrote out some things. So obviously they new this was an issue, so read things and do not listen to them. Do not belive ANYTHING they say. Avoid this place unless you wish to be scammed! Do not believe a word out of their mouth! Sam & Dave will screw you over for $$

Salesman stated multiple times that the truck comes with warranty, false! I had to buy the warranty. Salesman said it would be clean detailed. False! worst cleaning ever! Salesman said it would come with a full tank of gas. False! I had to call him on my way home to meet me at gas station. He also stated that he had to pay for the gas out of his pocket. Would not recommend this Dealership to anyone. Cheers!

My driver's seat is making noises and they looked at it and said that teeth are missing, motor is going bad in it, has to be replaced for a cheap price between 1,500-2k I was told by Tom, my car salesman that they would take care of it, was also told the same thing by the finance manager Nick!! So Nick doesn't work there in Chelsea anymore and Tom has ghosted me-- TWICE!! 15k w motor an trainy warranty mIght not be a lot of money for them BUT FOR ME, ITS A LOT.. !! EVERYONE has a smile on their face and nice words until the purchase is made!! Grant it, I did not go back to them within a week or two (would that had made a difference!?) that is because I was running back and forth to appointments for my mother in April, thought May would be okay to get it in there !! If you're thinking about buying a car there I suggest you make them fix whatever a problem might be because they surely won't do it afterwards.. There was no appreciation for buying at their location.. ITS A DAMMM SHAME !!

My husband purchase a used 2019 Impala from…read morethis dealership at the beginning of the month and, within 30 days, we were informed that the catalytic converter needs to be replaced. They knew we were purchasing this vehicle and bringing it back to Pennsylvania (where vehicle inspections are mandatory to make the vehicle legal). They did not disclose any issues with the vehicle either. Upon contacting them, they are not willing to fix the vehicle nor contribute any money towards the $2k cost to fix. Horrible experience and shady business practices.

We understand the used car market is hot and we know that…read morewe had been looking for this particular car for some time, so the "no debating" over the price I can understand... but we went on Black Friday and definitely expected some sort of special deals and some festive customer service. Unfortunately our salesman had other ideas and had nothing to offer us, eventho the vehicle was a good $2K overpriced. No discount on service contract, no undercoating to throw in for making the 90min drive. He actually said they do not prefer cash offers because then he won't get his "lender kickbacks" from their "corporate relationship". I asked to speak to a manager but got the finance guy instead, who again said no budging on the price and nothing else to offer. He then informs me that they have already gotten the loan approved on the full price plus tax, title and plates! We did not authorize the dealership to request an auto loan and had already secured our rates directly with our lender because we needed to pay off our other auto loan and roll that into the new one to have only one payment. The finance guy assured me they could do that (roll in the old loan w/o a trade in) and he would take my cash deposit on a credit card in house so we could leave with the car. They took the $2k cash deposit on a credit card, approved my payoff amount for the previous loan and reduced my monthly payments by $20 which seemed like something since I was getting no discounts or service or anything. They gave us 2 logo key chains for our 2 fobs. Then I call the credit union on Monday to find out why I have 2 auto loans and 2 payments expected in Dec!

Great experiences at the service department here thus far! It has been easy to make appointments…read moreover the phone, and the wait times have been very reasonable (1-2 weeks for an oil change). What really impressed me is when they waived the diagnostic fee after concluding the issue with my car was in fact the tires. AND they did not pressure me into getting new tires at that time!

Purchased a used 2020 Ford Explorer ST from Varsity Ford in Ann Arbor on 3/3/26. Unfortunately, the…read morevehicle had a wind/water leak immediately after leaving the dealership. To their credit, the dealership did attempt multiple repairs and eventually provided a rental during one of the visits, but the process became extremely frustrating. Since purchasing the vehicle, I've had to make repeated trips back to the service department for the same unresolved issues. The Explorer sat for hours during one appointment without being looked at, I went several visits without any loaner assistance, and communication between departments often seemed disconnected. On top of the original leak issue, a leaking rear shock, rear main seal leak, oil plug leak, and a metal-on-metal noise were later discovered. Some staff members, including Lance and Shaun, were helpful and professional when addressing concerns, but overall the experience has been disappointing considering how soon these problems started after purchase. As of my latest visit, the metal hitting noise is still present despite multiple attempted fixes. I understand used vehicles can have issues, but I expected better inspection, communication, and follow-through from a large dealership.
