    I came to the Apple store in Richmond Centre and I definitely think that there is room for improvement in organization. I wanted to get my Apple IPad looked at because it wasn't working and I always feel like I'm going through a Disneyland line up with no ride at the end. I made an appointment and I came back and still some confusion with line up. I always wondered why there is a lot of Apple service providers inside standing around and yet few customers inside, but a long line outside. Hope to come back to see some improvement in this store.

    Should you ever find yourself in a mall in this part of Vancouver, rest easy that they do have a big ol' Apple Store. Actually, I think the way it works with them is that should you ever need to go to the Apple Store, you should find yourself in this big ol' mall. Will this Apple Store experience be any different than any of the others? I know for me it wasn't. It's the same old Apple Store experience--minimalist, IKEA-esque, lots of semi-aloof employees, tons of gadgets, and people pawing all over them. I poke fun at the look but I actually don't love store that are too "busy" visually, so I like that it's broken up into different tables/counters and that you can touch the things that you're about to drop tons of dough on, before you actually spend that dough. I don't, however, want to go into the boondoggle that is setting up an appointment with a genius, or trying to deal with them on a weird phone issue, so let's just skim over that. It's enough to say that I don't love it--but I think of that as more of an Apple corporate thing, and not so much a thing with retail stores. Honestly, I think most sales are made before people even walk in the door. So I'm glad there's an internet showroom where we can test drive things, but for me, I'm probably still more apt to buy them online.

    It's hard to write a review for a store, with a multinational, iconic brand behind it. The theory is that every store is the same, no matter where you are in the world. This doesn't give much for Yelpers to write about. Since this store is newly opened (2 days as of the time I'm writing this review), the Genius bar seems to be not as booked as the Oakridge Centre location, here in the Lower Mainland. So if you're looking for some help, and Oakridge seems full all the time, try this location instead.

    VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I returned 2 Amazon packages at this store. Upon entering the store,…read moreI did not see any signs for the Amazon return counter hence I went to the shipping section where I was told (rudely) Amazon return was at the front. I finally caught a glimpse of a partially covered small Amazon Returns sign. There was no one at this counter but next to that counter a staff was attending to another customer. It must have been a complicated task as I waited for nearly 10 minutes as he walked past me several times attending to the need of that customer. He didn't acknowledge me at all for the entire time. After he finished with that customer, he went into a back room for several more minutes and upon returning he was going to walk past me yet again so I asked him if he was supposed to be the Amazon return person. He said he wasn't but he would help me (seemingly) with reluctance. He scanned one of my packages but he said he couldn't do the second package as it was a UPS return. He directed me back to the Shipping section where the same rude person told me they don't do UPS returns at this Staples location. At no time did I receive an apology from any of their staff. I will never go back to this Staples store for any reason whatsoever again!!

Spent $200 to FedEx a package, filled out everything they asked us 2. 9 days later the 2 day package still hasn't arrived, when we asked why, they said because we didn't fill out the invoice. Well if the staples stagf don't ask us to, how would we know? And yeah we asked them before leaving was there anything else to fill out. So now thanks to staples incredible incompetent staff, we're on the hook for $200 already paid, another $200 to pay for our package to return here, then another $200 to send it again. "Saving you money"? More like throwing your time and money down the drain. This after lining up for 30 minutes with only 1 customer ahead of us. Truly awful service. Memory card prices are usually decent. But will avoid this place in the future
