Their staff member "Wes" kept making mistakes (lying to us), first he told us the credit we would receive wound bring the overall price to $80. Then when it came time to pay the visa machine asked for $380. He then said he had to call rogers. He called rogers and then said he made a mistake. Fair enough, we left and went to Apple. They gave us the correct credit and we purchased the phone for $80. Went back to best buy to check their price on the hardware upgrade for our other line. WES tells me it's $179.99 and shows it to me on paper. I tell him I'll be right back because I need the company card as its a business account. I come back 5 minutes later and he tells me the price is $229.99 now, and because I bought the other phone from apple I should leave and just go back to apple. (His words). I asked to speak to his manager. Turns out she was standing next to him the entire time. Her name is "Vivian". She was actually less helpful than expected as she just kept repeating "the phone is $229.99". When I asked her why her staff member quoted me $179.99 minutes ago, she said that it was because he was quoting for a different account type. When I asked why they quoted me for the personal account price when they knew it was a business account. (Had been mentioned several times, and they had confirmed they knew that it was a business account. In summary, I would make sure that if you do have to go to this location make sure you don't get stuck with either Vivian or Wes helping you, as they are not trustworthy.

It was $15, not too bad I guess. The clear screen protector cost $10. I can't remember if it is similar pricing to crystal mall or metrotown shops. It was done in a jiffy and done well too. I do recommend coming here for your phone screen protectors if you need here. They sell other phone accessories too. As it is part of the Richmond Public Market, it closes at 6 pm daily.
