If you like a creepy, dirty, man showing up at your door when you don't have an appointment…read morescheduled, then this business is for you! There's nothing better than being home alone and hearing a pounding at your door, then seeing, what looks like a homeless man with a ladder, creeping around your property. I also enjoyed how upon lurking around, he found me in the kitchen (because, f*ck no I'm not answering the door!) then he started a conversation with me through the kitchen window. Me: Um, who are you? Creepy, dirty man: I'm here to look at your roof. Me: Did we have an appointment scheduled? CDM: I've tried calling you, but you haven't called me back. Me: I haven't received any messages. CDM: I've called several times! Me: So, you showed up... anyway? Aaaaaaand, scene. To be fair, I did check my phone, and there was a message a few days ago from someone I couldn't understand. There was a thick, marble-mouth accent that I couldn't determine so, I never returned the call. Why? Because I can't return calls when I don't know WHO IS CALLING. If you like charmers like this guy, book this business now!

Then it rained a few days later and the roof leaked in places it had never leaked before. Sometimes I have had to call several times to get a response, and then weeks go by before someone actually comes out. Each person who comes out has a different idea about the leaks. I have been calling Solum since late April, & finally have given up. Each call is about the same: "Oh, he's out, I'll have him call you." This from someone who answers the phone with "Hello.", no introduction or indication that it's a business at all. Same person, but never an apology, nor explanation as to why they don't return calls.
