I was told the mold was "typical" in the PNW but I've never had the problem prior to their work. The only boards showing this mold are the boards they installed. So how is that typical? I had already primed and painted the new boards so they should not have molded unless they were bad to begin with. There weren't enough air vents, causing condensation with enough leaking to actually see drips. when I couldn't get any answers to countless emails I signed up for a free estimate and finally got a response. I now have more vents, more nails showing and still damaged screens. I'm so disappointed and would never recommend this company.
