The roof continued to leak in the same spot and it took many phone calls, left messages, and several months to get a response. Owner came and looked , said he would be back that week to address the issue and never heard from him again. I told him I expected to pay for additional work to stop the leak as I just wanted it repaired. Never a response, e mail, phone call, nothing. If you don't want the job just say so!
