Within 24 hours, John came out to look at the job and provided a very competitive, detailed bid. His pricing was spot on and he never went over the agreed cost. There was a small problem with the grout in the shower which he fixed quickly. Later that same year (2016), he did the roof. A tedious and expensive tear off of the roofing and sheathing. Bad work by the builder 20 years ago. Corrected the problem as was meticulous about proper venting on the new roof. Living on the wet coast, good venting and wind proof roofing is a must. Job Done. Don has also done some yard fencing. He works with us. Is honest and direct about costs. He stays on task and gets the job done, which in experience with other contractors, is not always the case.

He laid down a concrete pad and came back two days later to physically move the mailbox. He had to dig up a bunch of shrubbery and plants where the concrete pad was going, and even re-planted them after the concrete pad was done. He always communicated when he was on his way, when he arrived, and sent photos of the project before he left for the day. His estimate was within our budget and did the job in a timely and efficient manner. He left absolutely no mess and just did a fantastic job, over and above my expectations. Super nice guy, I would hire him again in a heartbeat.
