I've came here a few times but this visit just solidified my life time allegiance I WALKED IN asking the girl at the front desk (don't remember your name but THANK YOU AGAIN!!!) if she could tell me who did a set that was recently posted on their instagram page. I showed her the set and she locked me in to get a refill in the next hour. *yes I'm gatekeeping the nail artist because I don't need him unavailable when I'm ready to get my next set sorry But y'all. He chewed! He ate! He didn't leave a crumb on the plate! My nails look even better than the inspo pic Also, they give complimentary drinks during your service. The margaritas tastes like straight strawberry syrup so I got champagne and mixed them together. It was alright, but I wish they added liquor to the margarita Overall 10/10. I'm hoping my videos actually don't bring a lot of customers because I love the vibe and atmosphere of feeling like I'm in a hidden gem, but if you're looking for a new salon, Apple Nails is the way to goooooo
I got invited to formal party that I decided to go to last minute, so Tam squeezed me in and took care of me. Her and Brian are very good at what they do. I normally come here for my feet and you know nice relaxing massage but this one I didn't. I was on a time crunch and she still did a great job! The total for my nails and my toes with shellac was 85 without tip
Q is always amazing when I go! He is so professional and kind! I love the environment it is always clean and everyone is so welcoming.
Q did an amazing job shaping my nails and getting everything just right! Best experience I've had getting my nails dipped!
My first time going to Apple Nails lounge, and they were absolutely amazing. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, I told them what I wanted and I was immediately set up with a nail technician by the name of Tiffany! Let me tell you she knows exactly what she is doing, and is extremely thorough and clean ( regarding her supplies she uses on you) Also, quick but not so quick that you feel like she is rushing. I also got my eyebrows done. I will definitely be going back, and booking my next appointment with Tiffany. Oh yeah they also have a nice bar ( yes bar) !!
Very elegant interior and quality service. Got a simple Apple signature manicure and pedicure finishing the session off with a nice sugar scrub and a mimosa. Working in the elements can be a detriment to your nails and feet so a good self care routine is paramount and if you do not have the tools for your self care session then Apple Nails can take care of that for you. Some of the estheticians run the water a bit too hot for my liking but just kindly request a bit more cold water and you should be good to go. Overall, for my basic nail and feet treatment Apple Nails Lounge is the go to spot especially for this area.
From the customer service to the overall vibe in the nail salon, I truly enjoy my experience every time here. Tom is amazing with the nail designs! Tell him the lady with the red hair sent you!
I love this place i go every time for nails and toes but today disappointed me. The lady named Stephanie was rude from the start didn't say "hi, how are you u doing" she left to get the pedicure stuff and left the water running i decided to put it in it was extremely hot so i took it out and when she came back i told her "hey the water is very hot" she responded "i know" and she added cold water. While scrubbing my feet with the exfoliation scrub she was really rough and when she asked me to put my feet in the water it was still extremely hot so i had to tell her again and she added cold water..i never complain about anything when i go to places not even if there is mustard in my burger so i was scared to say anything but when she started adding the acrylic to my toes it wasn't looking good at all so i had to speak out i told her I'm sorry not to be rude but I'm not happy how its turning out can i get a manager or get someone new to finish. she gave me an attitude and said she could finish i said no i want someone knew to finish not even a sorry or anything. Its sad because i actually love this place and the manager was sweet but when i was checking out she ignored me not even a "how was ur service " very disappointed i wanted to come and relax and get my toes done but the whole time i was in pain from either the drill cutting my skin or the scrubbing...They definitely need better communication and customer service and i always noticed some of the workers don't even ask if i want deep french or regular which deep French is 15$ more i always have to ask... and as someone who come regularly it feels like u guys don't care about customers only getting the work done. I still tipped Stephanie for her hard work because at the end we are human but very disappointed today. I also want to add i payed $123!! For some acrylic TOES and not even a 5$? Or 1$! Discount for a unhappy customer?(update 04-1-2026) my pink nail came loose and it never happened before when getting my toes done here)
I told the young lady at the front that I had broken two of my natural nails after I spent a good while growing them out. I told her I wanted to keep as much length as I could, regardless of the two short nails and that I would not be doing shellac, just regular french tips. I was seated instantly which was great, with a woman named Kim. She was really nice at first and then she complimented my nails because they looked fake but were my natural nail and I showed her exactly the length I was comfortable with. She ended up cutting all my nails one length, short, and when I was flustered and looking at my nails she said she did it so they would be even and they'd grow out. I was going to a wedding that weekend and had spent AWHILE caring of my nails to get that length. I was honestly upset but I tried to keep it positive. When she started to remove the shellac she took out the drill and I asked if it was possible to not use the drill and just file since I was worried about thinning my nails too much and she huffed and said , "They didn't tell me you were so picky." She used the drill and some kind if polish removing thing and at that point I was pretty much annoyed, but stayed polite and tried to joke around it. When I said I wouldn't get shellac she sighed at me and said she would have to charge me a extra $5 for the removal and that they wouldn't charge for removal if I got a shellac manicure. I said I'll pay it and she said well your nails wont last for the wedding but I insisted. She was IMMEDIATELY annoyed with me very obviously and said she couldn't do a massage or hot towels or anything since my nails would be wet, which is fine but was just another push for me to get shellac. I really really hate to leave a bad review and I have been saying I wouldn't but I just took off the french polish and saw my shellac from my previous polish was still on my nails after I had to pay an extra $5 to remove. I am extremely dissatisfied because at the end of the day I was willing to put up with ALLLL of that as long as my nails were clean after the wedding and I still have bits of blue polish around my nails. I am so disappointed. And to be perfectly clear, I got the french tip nails done on March 4th.

This was my first time at this nail shop. Service was excellent. I got a full set dip fresh manicure with Jenna. Jenna was very sweet and did an amazing job. She made sure I was 100% satisfied with my nails. Tracy did my pedicure and she was also very sweet and amazing. She did a great job. I will definitely be back. Thank you! read more

Tried this nail shop for the first time since I was in the area. I went in for a fill and a pedicure, they seated me and started on me right away before I even chose a color. Pedicure lady brings the menu over and tries to upsell me on the highest price and shellac, I declined the shellac but did get the level above the basic for the longer massage. She starts the pedicure and when she begins removing the callus part she whips out the cheese crater, I should have known I never let them use it but I accepted. I soon feel a stinging sensation and I see blood gushing due to her shaving part of my toe. She puts my foot down in the dirty water and I tell her I hope I don't get an infection!! The remainder of the treatment was so uncomfortable due to it stinging, I was so upset. While both nail techs are working they are talking and giggling and that pissed me off even more! The nail tech doing my nails did a decent job although I felt rushed and I just noticed my middle finger nail is shorter than the rest of my nails. When it came time to pay I explained to the front desk what happened with the pedicure portion and they had to look at my toe as if I'm making it up and I don't mind paying but I don't think I should pay the full service that I didn't enjoy! They offer a discount of 10% off the pedicure, yeah whatever I don't want to be scandalous so I paid and didn't tip! I will never be back! read more

It's been hit or miss with this place. This is just my personal experience. I love when Anna gets to do my nails and she kills it every time. That's when I make an appointment though. If I'm a walk in, it's usually just ok. I had a shellac manicure last Thursday, which took over an hour. It normally only takes 30 min. Mind you, I didn't wait and the front desk staff is always helpful and nice. My shellac though is already peeling and it's been 6 days :/ read more

The shop is beautiful. I was promptly greeted and asked what I wanted. Everyone was nice. It was FREEZING cold in there. So so cold. All the techs had winter coats on. WHY DO TECHS PUT THE POWDER AND GEL OVER THE CUTICLE?!? Why???? I don't understand! Three days in, my nails are lifting. I had to reshape/file them because they were different uneven shapes. My thumbs are waaaay shorter and one nail tip was put on crooked. I have several cuts from a new nail file and constant sawing on my skin. It wasn't until I got home and washed my hands that they started burning. It also took 2 hours for a full set. I've been looking for a regular nails spot...needless to say, I'm still looking. read more

I call for an appointment she gave me one then called back to tell me the tech had an appt for that specific time. So why did you set the time anyway? Oh btw there was no other time slot with this tech. I believe they did this because I didn't like the last tech they put me off on. She did such a bad job. My nails began coming off after a week. And after that service I gave an unsatisfactory rating. So be it, they just lost a Great customer who believe in customer care. I tip when I get good service. Money is an exchange for services rendered. My money was good but their service was terrible not an even deal. Bye Felicia Houston has plenty of nail shops area in the 77396 area. read more

I've tried this salon twice. Both times I was very underwhelmed and the tech agreed to do designs that they couldn't execute. I got gel done on my nails YESTERDAY and it's already peeling up, less than 24hrs later. She flooded my cuticles and rushed. It was busy for Mother's Day so I understand the rush, however the quality of work suffered. This manicure should last me at least 2 weeks and I'm doubting it'll even last me one. What a waste of money. read more

Always a pleasure going here! Shop is very clean and everyone is so professional. I'm glad that they're taking precaution as soon as you stepped into the shop. They would ask if you can wash your hand and check your temperature in this cool machine. Check in was very simple and easy. They have tons of gel, dip, and powder colors for you to choose. My technician was Vicky and she did an A-M-A-Z-I-N-G job on my new set! I'm in love!!!! Just come with a picture of a design that you want, and the staff there will make it happen! Definitely recommend Vicky and this shop! read more

First visit yes but it was 5 star treatment! And the prettiest nail salon I've seen! I came in to have gel removed and for a manicure but was seated next to my husband who needed a pedicure & pampering. Our technicians were great, brought us a drink and did a lovely mani/pedi & massage for us both. Again, beautiful place! Elegant touches in decor. read more

I came in as a walk in last Saturday, last minute as always!! Lol. I did look through yelp before coming in and was really hoping I'd get Tiffany. I wasn't expecting her to be available, but it just so happened she was!! I will just say she did not disappoint!! It's been a while since I'd gotten my nails done and she was super helpful in explaining what the differences are between powder, gel, etc etc and about the options that would last longer. This helped me in being able to make my own decision about what I wanted. I did not feel pressured at all to pick the most expensive option or something that "lasts long," which I didn't need it to since I don't get my nails done often. If I ever do decide to make it a ritual, I'd definitely recommend Tiffany!! Besides being knowledgeable, she took her time and I just love how my nails turned out!! If you get to read this, Tiffany, it was such a pleasure to meet you!! I wish you the best in all your endeavors!! :) read more

I went on Sunday, August 4th on my birthday to get a pedicure. Granted, I did get the lowest service, no person should be paying over $35 for a pedicure and still walk out with dead skin on your feet. That is the absolute basic service that should be correctly provided. Personally, I am a person who has never gotten the callous remover used on my feet due to my feet never needing it. The day after leaving the shop, I noticed how rough my feet still were at the bottom. I had been pretty busy with traveling so I reached out to them on 8/8 because I was quite irritated with the fact that O just got my feet done and I am waking up with rough feet daily. I called and was told since I got the basic pedicure, they could only offer a discounted service with my next visit. let me add, I went there because I received a text message for a discounted birthday service and I never received a discount with this service, even after informing them that it was my birthday. I did get the birthday song. I have pictures that I would love to upload. my feet should not look like this and them not correcting it, I will not go back. read more

each pic is a different nail, each one was super bumpy and uneven. I didn't take a pic of all my nails side by side but the shape was diff for basically every one. And when getting them done I had originally asked for a diff design with a diff color but While talking to the lady at the front who was walking around checking on guests Vi decided to use the color she preferred. They were honestly very friendly but they were obviously over booked, which not only meant that there were a lot of people in the building, but the work seemed like it was done kind of quickly and sloppily which surprised me because I got them done with Vi who had the best reviews. I could've just gone on a bad day so I might try them out again but for this time I don't think the quality of the nails was worth the money. read more
