I've came here a few times but this visit just solidified my life time allegiance I WALKED IN asking the girl at the front desk (don't remember your name but THANK YOU AGAIN!!!) if she could tell me who did a set that was recently posted on their instagram page. I showed her the set and she locked me in to get a refill in the next hour. *yes I'm gatekeeping the nail artist because I don't need him unavailable when I'm ready to get my next set sorry But y'all. He chewed! He ate! He didn't leave a crumb on the plate! My nails look even better than the inspo pic Also, they give complimentary drinks during your service. The margaritas tastes like straight strawberry syrup so I got champagne and mixed them together. It was alright, but I wish they added liquor to the margarita Overall 10/10. I'm hoping my videos actually don't bring a lot of customers because I love the vibe and atmosphere of feeling like I'm in a hidden gem, but if you're looking for a new salon, Apple Nails is the way to goooooo

I got invited to formal party that I decided to go to last minute, so Tam squeezed me in and took care of me. Her and Brian are very good at what they do. I normally come here for my feet and you know nice relaxing massage but this one I didn't. I was on a time crunch and she still did a great job! The total for my nails and my toes with shellac was 85 without tip

My first time going to Apple Nails lounge, and they were absolutely amazing. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, I told them what I wanted and I was immediately set up with a nail technician by the name of Tiffany! Let me tell you she knows exactly what she is doing, and is extremely thorough and clean ( regarding her supplies she uses on you) Also, quick but not so quick that you feel like she is rushing. I also got my eyebrows done. I will definitely be going back, and booking my next appointment with Tiffany. Oh yeah they also have a nice bar ( yes bar) !!

Very elegant interior and quality service. Got a simple Apple signature manicure and pedicure finishing the session off with a nice sugar scrub and a mimosa. Working in the elements can be a detriment to your nails and feet so a good self care routine is paramount and if you do not have the tools for your self care session then Apple Nails can take care of that for you. Some of the estheticians run the water a bit too hot for my liking but just kindly request a bit more cold water and you should be good to go. Overall, for my basic nail and feet treatment Apple Nails Lounge is the go to spot especially for this area.

I love this place i go every time for nails and toes but today disappointed me. The lady named Stephanie was rude from the start didn't say "hi, how are you u doing" she left to get the pedicure stuff and left the water running i decided to put it in it was extremely hot so i took it out and when she came back i told her "hey the water is very hot" she responded "i know" and she added cold water. While scrubbing my feet with the exfoliation scrub she was really rough and when she asked me to put my feet in the water it was still extremely hot so i had to tell her again and she added cold water..i never complain about anything when i go to places not even if there is mustard in my burger so i was scared to say anything but when she started adding the acrylic to my toes it wasn't looking good at all so i had to speak out i told her I'm sorry not to be rude but I'm not happy how its turning out can i get a manager or get someone new to finish. she gave me an attitude and said she could finish i said no i want someone knew to finish not even a sorry or anything. Its sad because i actually love this place and the manager was sweet but when i was checking out she ignored me not even a "how was ur service " very disappointed i wanted to come and relax and get my toes done but the whole time i was in pain from either the drill cutting my skin or the scrubbing...They definitely need better communication and customer service and i always noticed some of the workers don't even ask if i want deep french or regular which deep French is 15$ more i always have to ask... and as someone who come regularly it feels like u guys don't care about customers only getting the work done. I still tipped Stephanie for her hard work because at the end we are human but very disappointed today. I also want to add i payed $123!! For some acrylic TOES and not even a 5$? Or 1$! Discount for a unhappy customer?(update 04-1-2026) my pink nail came loose and it never happened before when getting my toes done here)

I told the young lady at the front that I had broken two of my natural nails after I spent a good while growing them out. I told her I wanted to keep as much length as I could, regardless of the two short nails and that I would not be doing shellac, just regular french tips. I was seated instantly which was great, with a woman named Kim. She was really nice at first and then she complimented my nails because they looked fake but were my natural nail and I showed her exactly the length I was comfortable with. She ended up cutting all my nails one length, short, and when I was flustered and looking at my nails she said she did it so they would be even and they'd grow out. I was going to a wedding that weekend and had spent AWHILE caring of my nails to get that length. I was honestly upset but I tried to keep it positive. When she started to remove the shellac she took out the drill and I asked if it was possible to not use the drill and just file since I was worried about thinning my nails too much and she huffed and said , "They didn't tell me you were so picky." She used the drill and some kind if polish removing thing and at that point I was pretty much annoyed, but stayed polite and tried to joke around it. When I said I wouldn't get shellac she sighed at me and said she would have to charge me a extra $5 for the removal and that they wouldn't charge for removal if I got a shellac manicure. I said I'll pay it and she said well your nails wont last for the wedding but I insisted. She was IMMEDIATELY annoyed with me very obviously and said she couldn't do a massage or hot towels or anything since my nails would be wet, which is fine but was just another push for me to get shellac. I really really hate to leave a bad review and I have been saying I wouldn't but I just took off the french polish and saw my shellac from my previous polish was still on my nails after I had to pay an extra $5 to remove. I am extremely dissatisfied because at the end of the day I was willing to put up with ALLLL of that as long as my nails were clean after the wedding and I still have bits of blue polish around my nails. I am so disappointed. And to be perfectly clear, I got the french tip nails done on March 4th.

1st time going to this place .They are very friendly and it's a really nice place but I didn't like my nails at all also my 9 year old got her nails done just polish and the clear coat is coming off and it's only been 4 days .

The first time i went was great so i tried it again for my daughters birthday The guy who did my pedicure was rude, too ruff with me and kinda racist they all kept rushing me out of the chair getting my full set was no better I kept telling the lady what I wanted she kept saying no I cant do that then did the opposite of what said and got up and left i paid $184 for the worst service ever and sat there for 3 hours trying to get them to fix awful place will never go back read more

Highly disappointed, I came in this morning to get a pedicure and overlay on my nails. Before I was seated down I told the young gentlemen that I haven't chosen a color. He stated oh it's okay, you can pick in a min. The lady that was going to do my nails comes with two books, I felt rushed, she kept huffing and puffing and making side comments to the guy in front of me and he just laughed. Never felt so humiliated. I then told them this is why I prefer to choose a color first before sitting down because I don't want to feel rush. well short story short I left without a color & well never come back. I shouldn't have been treated this way as I'm paying for a service. read more

Amazing from entry to completion of services! This was my first visit to the salon [I was able to convince my boyfriend to come with me, lol] and everything was simply amazing! The host was genuine, warm, and super inviting; Q was incredibly efficient with removing my old chipped shellac polish from my fingers and toes, and Misu was super sweet and patient with giving my big man a much needed pedicure! It takes a LOT for a manly man/contractor to even set foot inside of a nail salon let alone be willing to receive a service of any sort, but my guy was a real trooper. The prices were thoroughly explained to us, the massage chair was truly on point (my man SECONDS this notion, lol), and our massages nearly put us both to sleep...well, I couldn't sleep for laughing at my bf enjoying his massage so much. They didn't "force feed" us any services/upgrades we didn't desire and they never once made us feel uncomfortable. Did I mention how beautiful the facilities are? Finding a nice, clean, non-judgemental, inviting atmosphere for services such as these are nearly as challenging as finding a great hair salon...anxiety overload...but not here at Apple Nails Lounge. Thank you ALL so much for taking such excellent care of us this afternoon and I look forward to returning for another visit very soon! xoxo read more

Me and my boyfriend come here but this time they left all the dirt and grim still in my bf toe they didn't clean them at all and on mine they didn't clean under or take out the ingrowns I have we spent $136 with a tip I shouldn't even have left a tip but I always tip was very disappointed read more

My sister and I went for a Christmas party. It was a super nice experience at first. The person who did my sisters nails were super friendly. He asked her how she wanted her names and then told the lady doing my nails that I wanted the same thing as my sister. The lady messed my nails up so bad and had an attitude with me. I'm super upset about how my nails came out versus my sisters. read more

Went in to get only my eyebrows done as I've been letting them grow out for a while, the service itself didn't feel bad but my brows are really bad, uneven and wonky. The masculine presenting woman didn't brush my eyebrows up or anything before she got started and they very uneven. I called at 930 asked if I could change my appt to 1. Some lil young girl answered an said yes. I came in ... some big old guy yells an said your a hour late. TF you yelling at? I said no I called an said 1 ! Your not gonna yell at me like I'm a kid. I'm a grown 35 year old pregnant woman. Then gaslighting me telling me I should go online as if that was my fault... because I don't see how pushing 2 buttons max making a call versus logging in and changing something is faster. read more

Tried this place because it was close by my job. So I went here twice, thinking if I gave it another chance before posting my review, it would turn out better. NOPE. My first visit was for a pedicure. The lady was very rough on my feet and cut my cuticles down too much that I bled. The spa treatment however was relaxing. My next visit was for a full set acrylic. I made an appointment 3 days prior for a certain time and individual. As I was driving to the nail salon, I received a call stated that my time had to be pushed back for an hour because my technician started on a walk in. Of course I had a concern because I took the time out to schedule an appointment, yet they wanted to reschedule me because of a walk in. I sat down to receive my service, showed the tech my picture, she told me one price but the tech at the counter upon check out gave me another price. If I go back to the nail salon, it will be for a pedicure and pedicure only. read more

Clean beautiful nail salon with warmed towels. I called last min to get my gel taken off and they accommodated me. I viewed their menu and I thought they had very reasonable prices. 4 stars because some of the workers were a bit short with me especially when they found out I was only getting polish removed. Mediocre Service / Poor Quality We paid for 2 services 1) child mani & pedi with gel nail polish 2) colored powder acrylic refill. Results: 1) $75 service for the child's services and the gel polish peeled off within 5 days. 2) 2 nails lifted within 3 days of getting them done. Find another nail shop their quality is mediocre at best. read more

My favorite place for mani-pedi days. The staff is professional and accommodating. They greet you at the front door with a smile and welcome you to wash your hands and relax. Kathy is my husbands favorite for pedicures because she's very gentle. My favorites is "Q". He gives the best Pedi and foot massage and his nail work is the best!! He's very creative and makes me try designs or colors that I normally wouldn't. read more

I do not recommend this establishment! They put a primer on my nails that set my nails on fire. I accidentally touched my face not knowing it was a chemical and I had a chemical burn on my face! Told the main guy at the front desk he blew me off and just told me to put water on it and walked off!!! Like what?! Also the pedi I received was painful and they half butt took the skin off the bottom of my feet; and irritated my big toe nails!!!! read more

I was visiting from NC and gifted an experience. My nail tech was Tiffany. It was horrible. maybe she had some personal things going on, but my manicure looked crazy the shellac/gel didn't go into the creese on my nails and it was starting to bubble. Now that I think of it; it could have been the bottle. However, I asked her to fix it. She was a bit irritated. As she was putting on a different color on my nails, she took it off and got up. She went to speak to someone, and they sent another nail tech to finish. She reshaped my nails and she the edges were still sharp and would cause peeling. I didn't fancy the new oval shape. I requested square. I have really really long nail beds. Either way I was visiting from NC and will never ever go back there. It was horrible. The facility was never pretty and clean though. read more

April 2025.... Just so there is not any confusion about the specific location....it is 9360 North Sam Houston Parkway E Suite #500, Humble, TX 77396. I've been coming to this location intermittently for about 2 years or appropriately 4-5 times/year primarily for a "pedicure". The esthetics of this place is beautiful which includes complimentary drinks (margaritas, mimosas, etc.), nice massage chairs, glamorous chandeliers, and fancy menus to order your desired services but the esthetics are NOT equivalent to the services provided. I am one who loves consistency.....however, every time I go to this place, I have a different technician and lots of inconsistency. One day technician #1 recommends this and then the next time technician #2 recommends something different that totally contradicts what technician #1 said previously and so forth each visit. It's giving the lack of training and continuity of services----and whenever you don't agree with what a technician recommends or like/question their work, they become offensive and start pointing fingers and talking in their native language in an aggressive tone to each other and towards you. And why are a lot of the prices not visibly shown in writing because every time I go and get the SAME EXACT thing, the price fluctuates. Blah blah blah......I usually get the cheapest pedicure as the fancy menus of services is just a facade to swindle you out of money ---nothing about the pedicure is luxurious enough for the prices they charge. It's basic...... I went recently and got acrylic nails with French tips done by HANNAH and my pedicure with French tips and acrylic nail on big toes only by DEE. Also, I got my eyebrows waxed by HANNAH which ended up being a burn later when I got home (see pic). Would I recommend them? Noooooooooooo!!!!! Dee wanted to be argumentative and ask me was it my 1st time there. I said no but it sure in hell seemed like her 1st day there This time my toes and nails looked grayish color in the end (like I have poor circulation in those areas) instead of light pink and/or clear to match my natural nail bed (see pic). My nails were burning and throbbing when I got home. And the acrylic underneath the tip of the nails is a HOTT mess and the acrylic was put on very thick and/or bulky. Service has been average or below average every other time at this location. I'm seriously looking into other options as the prices and services don't match---they prefer quantity over quality. And all employees should wear a name tag for identification purposes because I forget faces and they don't always state their name unless asked. And I'm thinking the computer system keeps tracks of my visits so it should keep track of "who I said I didn't want doing my services anymore" and if that employee gets so many complaints then they need remedial training or a new job. I would like to say I did go back again the very next day in the morning to have my gel polish reapplied to my thumb (refer to my previous review). The process was super quick and easy and had me thinking this place deserved a better review from me and a second chance. I went back today to Apple Nails as my previous gel manicure needed to be changed. The moment I walked in the owner remembered me and expressed her sincerest apologies for the mishap last time and told me she always want her clients to be 100% satisfied when the leave her place. She also reminded me if for some reason a client is not satisfied to come back for they can immediately see what the can do to make it better. That definitely boosted my spirits for the time. Vivian was my nail tech this time and after deciding myself on doing another gel all over manicure Vivian helped me pick a better option for myself. She was really nice and made conversation with me on what I wanted and any concerns I may have. After talking I learned I'm more of a simple person and we decided a french manicure design would be best for me and my request for some small design was decided as well. Came on a Friday around 6:00pm. My coworkers have been taking about this place, that live around the area. I read the reviews before coming to this nail salon and I was skeptical. I decided to give them a try. What made me decide to come in was " how great the customer service was." Well I didn't really get that, I truly believe it was due to it being Friday and they all looked like they wanted to go home. I want a ballerina style. Well she did the coffin. She didn't know what I was talking about, so I showed her a picture. Well she started talking in her language and laughing with the lady doing my toes. That pissed me off after she left my nails too short for a coffin style and filled it to thin on the sides. I didn't like it so I told her that I just wanted them square. Everyone walks over and she told me that she would charge me. (After she messed up my nails.) after I told her to just take them off. How are you going to charge me additional?!?!? when that's not what I showed you in the first place. At the end they all wanted to tell me that it was my fault by not telling her in advance and that they wouldn't charge me.... why would you charge me for a service that I didn't get...? The worse service I have ever received at a nail salon!!! this was my first time visiting this place! I walked in at 6:18pm and requested a pedi. but because i said no to a mani I was immediately treated unkindly! The tech left me in the middle of my pedi because he was requested by another customer!!! He literally said okay, thanks - bye! I asked him what happened and he said his favorite customer requested him! What??? So the manager then came by and she started to pick up where John left off! Well, she was called away and another lady finished the job! Absolutely ridiculous! They had screaming kids running around and wreaking havoc all over the place! Worse experience ever! No one they were sorry they just pushed me aside! I will put this on instagram, linkedin, facebook and twitter! I will not stop bashing this establishment! Listen, Mike (management) and his team are amazing! Nothing but great service. And it helps that they remember you and what you like. I have to be honest, I'm afraid to give y'all my favorites because I already struggle getting an appointment with them. But because I've been so blessed by their services, I'll at least tell you that I've had a few different techs and all of them have been great. Customer service, quality work, and prices are all great. Take a chance and ignore the bad comments on here. Side note: the best massage I've ever had in a nail shop was by a tech here. I went to this nail shop and let me tell you how awesome it is. The customer service has never let me down and it is the real experience. It is on a whole different level with cleanliness and attention to making you have a great experience. Parking great, temperature check station and all. They are prompt, they listen and understand very well. I personally love it here. Complimentary sparkling water. Fancy water and they have soda and juice and wine. Ms. Nancy did my manicure and she was very patient and communicative with me. She took her time with my soak off and the dip process of my natural nails. Ms. Amy did my pedicure and she was also very patient and gentle. She was communicative as well with the service to make sure everything was going fine. I also received a polish on my toes as well to end the service. When you walk in the doors they are very generous and nice people. The environment is very peaceful and soothing. I love Apple Nails Lounge! Upon arrival, you are asked to wash your hands and check your temperature. They make sure you have a mask and remember you by name. Then you check in on a up to date technology system to confirm your appointment. My favorite nail tech is Nancy! She is so sweet, and I can tell she cares about her work. I am always impressed with the professional attitude of the front desk, as well as the skills of the technicians. I got a refill on what was my first set of the "pointed nails". The first time the technician did an amazing job of getting the length perfect as I am a professional and needed a nice length and she gave me that and the refill was beautiful as well but will need them shortened the next time. I haven't had a mani and pedicure at a salon since February of 2020 due to Covid. I have been nervous about germs. This was my first time trying Apple Nails Lounge and I was very impressed with how clean the salon was. After a person leaves the pedicure chair, someone sprays the chair with disinfectant and wipes it down thoroughly. The staff and management were extremely friendly and helpful with information. I…read morehave visited this location many times and usually received very good service and beautiful nails, which made this experience especially disappointing. I arrived about an hour before closing for an acrylic overlay. The salon was very busy, and I waited about 20 minutes before a nail technician began. She was initially very nice. I explained that I wanted a slim, tapered coffin shape with a natural look, rather than thick or bulky nails. I mentioned this more than once, and she reassured me that she understood. When she finished shaping my left hand, I could see that the nails were thicker and less tapered than I wanted. When she asked if everything was okay, I respectfully explained my concerns. The manager then came over, and instead of allowing me to explain, she repeatedly interrupted me and insisted that the nails were coffin-shaped. Her tone felt confrontational, and the exchange became uncomfortable enough that another customer beside me tried to console me. The manager told me someone else would fix my nails, but I would have to wait. She also offered to remove them so I could leave. I explained that I wanted the work corrected. I waited at least another 20 minutes, and by then the salon had closed. No one had come over to finish or correct my nails. I spoke with the front desk employee, who was kind, and suggested returning the next day since it was unclear how much longer I would be waiting. When I told the manager that, she demanded $70 if I left. I explained that the work still needed to be finished and that I was willing to return. She then told me that if I left without paying, I could never come back, that my name would be put on a list, and that they had me on camera. At that point, I was deeply uncomfortable and did not feel comfortable allowing her to touch my hands to remove the nails. I left and called the next day, asking to speak with an area manager. I made several attempts and left messages, but no one has returned my calls or addressed what happened. I understand that a busy salon near closing can be stressful. However, asking for the shape and thickness I requested should not result in being talked over, spoken to disrespectfully, or threatened with being banned. The treatment left me feeling humiliated and wondering whether racial profiling played a role. I cannot know the reason, but I know how I was treated. After so many previous visits, I am extremely disappointed, not only by that evening's experience, but also by the complete lack of follow-up. I gave management opportunities to address this privately before posting. Customers deserve to have their concerns heard and handled with respect.

I now go to Royal Nail Spa instead -- their service is 100 times better, they actually give you what you ask for, and their prices are reasonable too. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. They'll ruin your brows and waste your money. Horrible service, careless work, and zero attention to detail.
