The three crates of supplies she brought with her from her previous teaching position wasn't enough. Now she needs more. Lakeshore is the "Walmart" of teaching supplies. Papers and borders and books and science experiments for just about every grade of teaching from Pre-K to 12th and for just about every subject from American history to geology. It's "back to school week" and they had a 40% sale on just about everything in the store. It was packed with teachers just like my daughter, picking up supplies. Friendly, well stocked and tidy. The print shop staff at Office Depot on Battleground Ave are fantastic! They're helpful, friendly,…read moreand make the experience a positive one. They also have plenty of parking and carry just about every office supply you could need. Unfortunately, the printing machines are another story. They can be frustrating to use and have taken my money even when nothing printed and when paying the staff have over charged me on discounted office supplies. For a place I rely on for printing, that's a pretty significant downside. Despite the machine issues, I'll come back because it's still the closest and affordable printing option for me.

Needed some items printed by noon and I placed an online order the night before…read more I googled a few printing services in the area and chose this one. Once all details were filled on their online portal I received an email to confirm. The confirmation email stated my items would be printed by 5:30pm. I was initially alarmed but received a text message within 10 mins of their opening time. They open at 8:30am. Calling as soon as they open may be a hit or miss due to it being such a high-volume time. I tried this! Lol. Likely better to stop in. I am pleased with the results of my copies and professionalism of the staff member working the printing services area this morning. I will surely plan ahead for other printing needs of course, but this was a successful project. I'd say the prices can vary depending on the paper quality, finishing requests, etc. I was seeking some binder options from other places but decided on this as a quick and value friendly option. My prints came in a nice color just as the files I forwarded. The upload process was simple and easy to follow. Got what I needed within a tight deadline. There appeared to be very low foot traffic at this time as well. I did not purchase any other items.

However, it was close to the dentist office where my daughter is getting some work done. As a former employee of Office Depot in Des moines Iowa, i know a great deal about the retail stores. Like how you have to memorize all the products you carry and their location s in the store. And the extreme training they put you through to make sure you give a customer a great experience experience. Knowing the product lines and being able to suggest various products bass on the customer needs as well as any connected products which the customer will need. Example.. buying a printer? Need ink, paper or toner. In visiting this location i see all the same qualities the company pushes. Clean and well organized store, products properly stocked and although a little understaffed, they have "roamers" looking to aid any customer with their needs. I found what i needed quickly and easily with a good price point. I would recommend this location.

I'm not even sure how she got my number, but you don't get service like that anymore and that comes from someone that truly loves their job and what she does and people. True leadership . i'm visiting from out of town and I went to the OD in Florida where I live and they could not print large prints for me unless I ordered them online and I had to wait 24 hours. I really needed "blueprint" size printed for a Toyota meeting the next day. I was hoping it would work out here so I went to Office Depot and there was Jakalia with a beautiful smile and a whole bunch of words of encouragement. she kept saying I got you V.!. She asked me what size I wanted and she printed them off. She gave me clips to hold the 77 pages together. She relieved all my stress. She saved my presentation with Toyota and she called me when I left my USB drive there with over 100 files. She really needs to be recognized for her Customer Service and professionalism. Thank you Jakalia. I will never forget you.
