The last 2 times I noticed and the cleaning lady was very nice about helping and rewashed my laundry because she saw it for herself that my laundry didn't was properly. I'm at the point where I'm tired of so called clean laundry. If im paying I need to get my money's worth. This seems like a easy way for the owners to make money. The machines get clogged because foreign customers come in not knowing where to put their pods, powder detergent, etc. It doesn't take all this time to make spanish signs to ensure customers are properly using the machines. If I were the owners and running a business, I would be sure to protect my equipment and business retention. Just sad and laziness on the owners behalf. Also the dryers take several cycles to dry so they're also not maintained enough as they should be. After speaking with the husband (owner) I tried calling him back to discuss the dryers but he turned his phone off.

I explained that there wasn't much because of how altered they both were but instead, to make sure her parents fully understood what the customer was wanting and not to be afraid to say no if they couldn't actually do it. She agreed and again, couldn't have been more apologetic. This was a learning lesson for both parties and I know how to move forward. In the beginning, she asked if she could give me a refund. I declined at first because I wasn't seeking one but instead, was really hoping something could be done about my clothes. After a few phone calls, I decided I'd go ahead and take it.
