    The staff here is always very attentive to my issues and/or needs. It is well lit with a demo of every product they offer. I came in due to an issue with my trade going from the iPhone 12 Mini to the 13 Pro. While the issue still isn't fully resolved, the management's assistance is well appreciated. With a 90% solution in place, we sit at four stars that will be upgraded once we are truly completed. Note to unhappy customers. Attitude goes a long way. Check your ego and self entitlement before going in. I've never had an Apple employee give me anything less than full understanding and compassion for my issues.

    Let me preface by saying I used to work at Apple, back in college. Solid job and good pay. I will say getting a job there is hard, it's a long process and I guess that's why some employee's truly think they are to a point "better" than a customer they are SERVING. Saw it all the time at my old store also. In general, your Apple Store experience is very "hit or miss". It all depends on who you get and how flexible they are to help you out. 3+ bad experiences and consistent awful service at this store make it a top 3 worst I've ever been too. 1. Lost my AirPod piece, they sell a replacement for $69. No biggie it's 100% my fault I don't mind paying to replace. I go to the store, apparently it's policy you need an apt to replace the piece. As is if the "genius" bar is going to do anything besides tell me I need a new piece and sell it to me. Where is the logic in this??? I asked the person to explain to me and he just got snappy with me and that's where I say alright and leave. Be more professional at least right? Na not this guy lol. 2. Cracked screen. I go in, 15 min early for my apt. The "genius" bar tech spends 45 min speaking with the previous customer over items not even related to the phone being serviced. When she sees that we are annoyed she promptly realizes she's taken an hour and fifteen minutes to do nothing and sets our replacement up in 10 min... not even close to the same service but like I said! It's never the same experience, always depends on who you get. 3. Trade in. I went to trade in old iPhone and upgrade the device. I TOLD the rep please see the camera has a hairline crack. She says no worries and says it'll still count towards trade in just fine. We ended up not trading because we didn't know color of the new iPad we were purchasing yet (a gift). We come back next day and a new rep says they won't accept the trade in! Like dude what the hell! All in all, this Apple Store is very lucky this is only store in El Paso. Why? Because it flat out SUCKS.

    After years and years of avoiding Apple Stores (even though I own quite a few Apple products that I absolutely adore), I finally had to step foot inside this Apple Store because my laptop went cuckoo after messing up the Yosemite update. Being inside this Apple Store is exactly what I imagine it would be like to finally be part of Ms. Frizzle's class... you know, if we all hopped on The Magic School Bus and she shrunk us down to the size of atoms and we flew into an iPhone. It's my childhood fantasy brought to life! It's clean, smart. There's no real edges, more like sharp curves (yeah, you figure that one out). There's a bunch of "Geniuses" in red throughout the store. I don't know why I thought Apple employees would be in blue. I clearly came at a bad time because although I had scheduled an appointment, no one acknowledged me for 20 minutes. And I felt way too awkward to interrupt one of these "Geniuses" helping potential customers pick the best laptop for themselves because that's like saying, "Oh you want to join the Apple club? That's cute. But your sh*t comes last because I'm already in it." It's just a tricky thing. So I waited. And waited. And waited. And eventually I turned my normal smiling face into the horrifying RBF (Resting B*tch Face) that I reserve for such occasions. After locking eyes with an employee that went from happiness to completely terrified, I was immediately helped. Now, here's my issue... As a female, I know that occasionally I will run into males that consciously or subconsciously believe I know diddly about anything simply because of my sex. But seriously, from this point forward I am no longer letting this sh*t slide because it's getting hella annoying. I asked my "Genius" to just remove the Yosemite update and let me go back to the previous version I was using. To which he literally started bickering with me and telling me how Yosemite is better and it's just the way I installed it. I told him multiple times, I don't care if it's better... I don't care if it can be re-installed to work perfectly... I DON'T F**KING WANT IT BECAUSE IT'S A WORK COMPUTER AND I WOULD LOSE EVERYTHING. He wouldn't listen, which let me know that I'd definitely be having to send it to our IT department regardless of what he did so fine, do your thing so I can send some e-mails and write a review about how YOU NO LISTEN! The "Geniuses" were nice enough, but seriously I'd like to spend the least amount of time in an Apple Store as possible. I think the only reason I'd be back is to steal some of their rather fast wi-fi.

While we were talking to her, she walked off to greet some friend and left us talking. eventually she returned and started ringing us up. When we declined the extended warranty she walked away and had a coworker finish a transaction. Is BB making money off extended warranties and consequently they pay their staff on how many they sell? I have to say, this was rather surprising and disappointing that she could not wait 2 minutes to greet her friend and finish the transaction. Do better, BB.

I can't believe how bad this company has become and I will have to contact attorney general about this store. I have had other issues with this company who doesn't care about anything the public tells them but to make money. I even have gone to the store and needed assistance and the employees are huddled together just talking together and having a party not even working. You have a line of people at the registers and only 1 person working at the register. I reported and they tell you they will take care of the problem and don't do anything, and know they are allowing people to post and price gouge.

If I could give zero stars I would. The guys he has working are actually really nice and reasonable but the owner is a horrible guy. I bought a bumper a MONTH before moving cities and I was told it would be in, in 7-14 business days so I thought ok yea that's should be enough days until I move. I had to go check on it each week to see if it hopefully came in just to be told nothing was there yet. I don't understand why they couldn't contact me personally. Around the third week I was starting to get upset and wanted my money back since I was clearly not getting my item, when I spoke the owner he refused to refund me and said I can choose from the colors they had in stock... I ordered a specific color BECAUSE I didn't want the colors they already had!! At this point I'm sure you can see my frustration. I said no and the guys that work for him convinced me to wait a little longer since I still had about a week left. I waited the week hoping it would come in and since nothing happened I had to take a color I never wanted and lose out on the actually color I ordered. Not only was I livid but a few weeks later my phone dropped, with THEIR bumper and their screen protector and after them swearing nothing would happen to my phone if it was dropped, my whole screen was broken!! Never buy anything from them. Just buy from the ghost armor website directly! It's cheaper and at least they work with you on returns and exchanges if anything goes wrong!

    This Kay's location is by far the WORST I have ever experienced. I've been to a couple locations…read moreback in SoCal and they were so much better compared to this one in El Paso. For starters, my husband had purchased both my engagement ring and wedding band from this location and they gave him the wrong size. One of the rings had to be shipped in and they never called when it arrived, he had to call in the store and check. The second time we went back was to get my rings re-sized. Of course, again, they didn't call when the rings had arrived back at the store. Third time we went in because I wanted to add a heart shaped loose Diamond to my engagement ring and have both rings soldered together. My husband and I dealt with two very incompetent ladies that day. One was an older lady who said she was going to clean my rings since we were there, brought both rings back to look exactly the same so I don't know what exactly she did with them. She was also very pushy when we were looking at the loose diamonds they had available on their website. Pushing for us to get the more expensive Diamond and more expensive head for the ring. Also lied to us about the fluorescence being better. The younger gal that helped us seemed like she knew more of what she was doing. Or so we thought. She told us that we would be getting a $500 discount once we came back to see the Diamond. Nope, that was a lie. The associate we dealt with when we went back to see the Diamond prior to them mounting it on the band was a little better. She did try telling us over and over that the "discount" we were quoted was actually just the down payment. No, we both know for a fact the other employee said it would be $500 off. She also told us our ring would be ready by our anniversary, that ended up getting pushed back THREE times. And also, after our anniversary. Then what happens when we go to pick up my rings? They soldered the rings backwards. I had even confirmed with them the way I wanted the heart Diamond to be facing and they still messed that up. The manager of the store offered to fix it but we were moving soon and honestly I wouldn't want them to mess it up even more. I definitely do NOT recommend this store location. Customer service is awful and they tell you things just to put you at ease in the moment. But they can't follow through. Now I have to take my ring to another Kay's location and get it fixed.

My "new" screen was going dark just days after repair. The owner claimed I must've damaged it and was now lying. He didn't know what my initial repair was for as he kept claiming I must be someone who "drops phone alot." Took no responsibility, was rude, then tried to rip me off again. No thank you. If I had money and time to pursue legally, I would, but god does see it all, eventually some consequence will catch up. I've learned now this place is known for this kind of behavior. The owner then has friends/relatives post positive reviews to try and hide real negative reviews. Save yourself the stress and wasted money. If it's too late by the time you see this take the advice I wish I had, contact Simon Mall management. Contact better business bureau (it's done online and free/easy) Lets work to create a better city and get rid of scammers. p.s. and expect the owner to defame you calling you a liar, a jealous business owner lol and anything under the sun rather than offering effective customer service
