Ethan and The Bean operates as a 501(c)3 non-profit with a noble mission of providing meaningful employment opportunities for folks with autism or intellectual disabilities that give its employees hands-on training, mentoring, and skills development to build their self-confidence and give them a sense of purpose. The Morristown location, just across Speedwell Avenue from the Hyatt Grand Regency, is open and airy with plenty of seating, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and free WiFi for those who need to get some work done or seek a temporary distraction from those around them. On my most recent visit to ETB, I had a pistachio latte - made with coconut milk and pistachio syrup and served in a cup rimmed with pistachio cream - which was fantastic! The taste and quality of the beverages - including a variety of organic coffees and tea options ranging from mundane drip coffees to more complex, perfectly executed creations of -cinos and lattes that are available with dairy milk or non-dairy milk alternatives - and the ambiance do come at a price, which are slightly higher than your usual convenience store coffee but in line with the other coffee specialty shops on South Street - but it's worth it to me (as it should be to you) due to the quality of the product and its noble mission. PRO TIP #1: ETB doesn't have a private parking lot, but there is plenty of on-street parking off Speedwell Avenue and Cattano Avenue. Bring change or use the ParkMobile app for the meters ($1 per hour) Monday through Saturday from 8am til 6PM; all street meters are free Monday through Saturday after 6pm and all day on Sunday. If you can't find a spot on the street, the Morristown Parking Authority's Dalton Garage (@ 25 Cattano Avenue) are a short walk to ETB.

(I saw a review stating they were upset their honey cake was served cold.. this is how you are supposed to eat it!) They have traditional central Asian fare such as plov (lamb or beef and rice) and samsa (savory pastry) and even pelmeni. This is a true gem and a welcome addition to the neighborhood.

The ice cream is still very good! My wife and I had dinner in town and skipped dessert at the restaurant to take a walk down South Street to this ice cream shop. We had our order in less than 3 minutes. I got the vegan vanilla custard with rainbow sprinkles and it was incredible! Totally hit the spot for when you're in the mood for soft serve without the dairy. My boyfriend who has peanut and tree nut allergies got hard coffee ice cream and enjoyed his too. When he mentioned his allergy he was very relieved to see the girl who was helping us wash her hands and use proper precautions. This is always very appreciated! Thank you for fast and friendly service & yummy ice cream :) I'd definitely come back next time I'm in Morristown

I think there would be one hot dish each day. Breakfast prices are very cheap. The lunch prices are on the lower end as well, but the salads and sandwiches are too small and barely filling for lunch.
