I just picked up the car today. Good news, the car looks great. Bad news, pricing. When I brought the car in for an estimate and he quoted me $500.00. When he called to pick the car up, he said, the price should be $750.00 but he's going to give me a break at $650.00. Wow, that's awesome! Only $150.00 over what he quoted me. On top of that he added taxes that made the total $693.00. Had he told at the beginning, at least, I could have made the decision to go for it or not. If that's the price, ok but don't do the BAIT & SWITCH! I was planning to do it once a year but now, it's one and done for me. Time to find somebody else! read more

I was blown away when we picked up our daughter's Pontiac from Appearance Plus! The interior literally looked brand new - it was spotless! We all were amazed by the results from top to bottom, every inch of the interior was new again! Rob is a perfectionist as his work is brilliant! We have had our other vehicles 'detailed' before from another service and the outcome did not even come close to the quality that we had with Appearance Plus and I thought that was the standard. I remember the other service saying that "they could not get rid of all the stains" or ''we did the best we could" - I could kick myself because they had me apologizing to them for the condition of my vehicle! Now I know what the standard is, I know what the quality of the outcome should be and I know how a reputable professional vehicle detailer should treat their customers - this is the only place you should even think about going to have your vehicles detailed!
