Paid for the most expensive wash, left with a lot of water spots and my wheels were still filthy. They also wouldn't spray off my rubber mats because "we don't do interiors anymore" despite my having removed the mats from the car and placed them on the ground. The $20 wash was worth something more like $5. I'm not coming back. read more

I won't even give them ANY stars!! The guy who takes the money was incredibly rude!! I asked, can u wipe my rims on my work van and he said, do u have 400.00 for that? It's 9.00 for wash...what an arrogant individual!! I will NEVER go back there! Used to be they would take a brush to them real quick. I wasn't aware they don't do that. This is the WORST car wash I have ever been to. I paid almost $20 and that is supposed to include vacuuming. Which was only done in the front (driver and passenger) and in a poor way. And that was it! The owner or manager was the one doing the vacuuming. read more

Wet part of the wash not bad, but the interior cleaning was skipped entirely. They offered a monthly program prior to my wash, which I thought might be a good deal. $40+ per month, but after the poor wash, I cancelled the next day. A month later, they billed my credit card for the wash. Will have to dispute it and send them a certified letter. Good location for me but I won't go back read more

HORRIBLE. I went to the wash the other day and they locked the keys in my car. They tried to get them out and as they attempted they scratched a ton of paint off my car. I ended up having to call the police to get my keys out. The owner didn't even offer me a refund or a free wash for next time. No apology or anything. Afterwards they asked if I still wanted the rest of my car washed. I was completely shocked. I will NEVER go back here again or recommend this car wash to anyone. read more

Your typical car wash, don't expect perfection here- this is not a detailer. A quick once over with a pressure sprayer, and soapy brush on front and rear of the car, and then off you go through the automatic wash. At the end, your drive out and a couple of guys towel dry your car. It's gets the heavy dirt/road salt off the car for the 10 buck option. If you want a good vacuuming, go up Rte 31 and use the pay vacuums there at the self wash, or do it at home (I know, at home is not an option for apartment dwellers unless you use a battery or 12V car vac). Will I go there again? Absolutely! I got there before they opened at 8:30 am. They didn't open until about 8:40 and there were 3 cars ahead of me. I didn't get through until 9:00 am. Don't go if you are in a hurry. Because they vacuum at the entrance to the auto wash instead of having vacs off to the side, as they used to have with additional employees, it can take some time. read more

The worst car wash place in the area !! I paid $16.95 for the works and they clean my touch screen in my car with some rag with cleaner that messed up the screen !!! I had to go threw twice because I didnt clean my car properly. And then it was still dirty. This place sucks dont go. read more
