Starters: Dal puri (flatbread stuffed wth cooked lentils), shahi jhal muri (puffed rice, chickpeas, tomatoes, coriander, onions, mustard oil and spices) and fuchka (pani puri). Main dishes: chicken roast with rice and eggs, ilish fish with onions curry and rice, beef boti kebab, meznabi beef curry, parathas, grilled tilapia and 4 types of bhortas (tomatoes, eggplants and two kinds of dry fish). Desert: everything milk based: kalajam, chomchom, sweet yogurt, malai curry and malai cha (boiled milk black tea). Each dish were presented beautifully. Each dishes were delicious to perfection. The winners of this menu are dal puri and grilled tilapia. This restaurant is opened for 3 months, and it has great potential to make it big.
