    Feinour's Automotive - Auto Repair- Feinour's Automotive

When I lived in New Tripoli, this is where I took my cars for service. Both where owned by me, and…read morewell outside of manufacturer's warranty. They got good care and maintenance from Feinour's, and they kept them running longer than I thought they'd go. The cars in question were a Ford Explorer and a VW Jetta. On top of the regular maintenance, Feinour's replaced the engine in my Explorer, after it suffered a broken crankshaft due to stellar Ford quality of the mid-1990s. The repair went flawlessly, and the car ran well until I could afford to trade it in for a shiny Honda Element. They also never had a problem getting parts promptly for my Jetta, and as any VW owner will tell you, part availability (and pricing) can be an issue. I had a recurring issue with my O2 sensor which would trip a faulty check engine light; Feinour's would reset the on-board computer at no charge, usually on a stop-over on my way to work. The shop is run by two brothers, and based on the number of cars in the lot and in the bays, the quality of their work shows through in the loyalty of their customers. Inquiring about your vehicle's problems usually gets you a look under the hood, under the lift, or a review of the damaged part in question. I always felt comfortable here, and well informed about what I was paying for.

They completely fixed the brake problem, needing to replace hoses to brakes, flush lines and install new rotors and pads. I'm so grateful they corrected my extensive brake problem eventhough it costed a little more. I appreciate the thorough job that was done on my car. Thank you, and great repair job!

In response to your reply. I wrote this review on behalf of my daughter. Your worker is learning…read moreand new to the industry? Maybe she should try a customer service job first. I watched the video of her slamming the door several times. You explained the work that had to be done... isn't that your job to explain? She replaced the part that was needed to pass inspection. You advised her to drive the car for the light to go out. She did what you said. How is that not listening? Rude and obnoxious? Maybe you're confused since the only rude person was you and your worker. Her car was less important than others but your concerned about safety? Glad to know you discriminate against cars. The car wasn't driven for a year so getting inspected wasn't top priority. She harassed you? How exactly? Tires weren't that bad if they passed. You informed her that if the light was off you would pass it if it was off !!! So when she brought back after you turned off light it came back on so she got the correct part for 100$ and had installed ! So no she didn't keep bringing the car back. She followed what you said. And now that you admit to slamming the trunk that would explain why it now doesn't close properly !! Thanks for letting me know so I can tell my daughter Lauren dicostanzo . And if you remember correctly she wasn't the one who called to make the appointment and the info you gave on phone wasn't to her directly. Because you can't handle negative feedback and decided to blast my daughter and her car that she drives shows your professionalism. Have a blessed day. The safety of her child is her first priority. Bad lug nuts and windshield wipers( that were just replaced last year) isn't exactly something that would hurt another person. For a 2012 Nissan with 144k doesn't look that scratched up to me. Dropped off and had minor work done that shouldn't take more than an hour. He had the car all day. Car failed inspection. Brought back the next day. He said the car would be ready by 5 and at 530 when She came to check on it and why it wasn't done they didn't even start on the car ! The girl working in garage kept slamming the car door while working on. Basically needed a sticker and that was it and they will find every little thing wrong with the car. From the windshield wipers to the tires ( that passed)and lug nuts they will make a stink about it. Over priced. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this place. The girl working there looks angry and mean. Not good for business. Learn to smile a bit
