I found Apollo in a Google search in desperate need due to water damage from the most recent monsoon. He came out the very next morning and inspected the work done by someone else, someone without a license. Apollo advised that the dog door was installed properly and the dog door was sufficient. He explained that the dog enclosure out side is what is causing the issue due to the slant that is guiding the water directly on the house and the dog door area. He advised to place an awning of some sort to re-direct the water. My mom tried to offer him money for his time and gas and refused payment. He did my inspection (from someone else's work) for free and did not try to get me to spend money. THIS is customer service and compassion. I HIGHLY recommend Apollo. Apollo is such an honest and hardworking guy! I have a pug and a lab but I have all different dogs since I do Rover and after talking I loved how honest and straight forward he was. He came to install a door but when talking and after measuring my dog he recommended a little bit larger one. He didn't just install the door he brought so he could be done he took the time and after I decided to get a different door he didn't mind coming back a few days later with the correct door. Had a medium size doggie door installed. Apollo who is the owner of the company was very polite on the phone and gave me more information on installation and different types of doors and why you install them in certain areas and not other areas of your home. All the other companies did not offer any information just a price and what area I lived in they did not go out of their way at all. Let's talk about my Doggie door experience leading up to getting in contact with Apollo, owner of Apollo pet doors. So my wife and I bought a house. We we're on tight deadlines as most people would be. Kitchen face lift, packing and unpacking. Had to build a dog run, movers, you know all the Chaos with moving. First company could not meet our deadline. Second company had us scheduled 4 days out. ( still in our deadline). Then called the next day to try and push it a week. The 3rd company got us on the schedule for Sunday morning at 6am. ( our final deadline day) then called us and canceled at 5:30am. Let's get to Apollo.. we call him at 8am ish. I kind of pleaded our case not trying to sound desperate. Explained how we had the run around and one company canceled 30 mins before they were suppose to arrive. Apollo said he had stuff he had to do to prepare for his M-F job ( Contractor) . I understood but then he said I could be there by 11am today. I was beyond happy. Here is a guy that doesn't know us and on a Sunday is going to drive 45 mins and do a install. So around 9:45am we get a call. Hey can I come early. Well hell yes you can! He showed up and was beyond professional. Was super nice guy. Cleaned up his mess. And here was the crazy part. Remember this is Sunday. Did all of this for $330.00 and that included the Lg door. He was cheaper than all 3 of the other companies... took less than a hour.... We gave him $400.00 or a $70.00 tip. We were so great full. Not many people left that keep their word!!
