    Let me tell you. This was a dream come true for me. Ever since I got my Civic my husband wanted to put a Apexi exhaust system on it. Unfortunately life happens and other bills allways came up so my exhaust took a back seat. Yes, there are other manufacturers out there but my husband always wanted the best for his car and my car. There was no way I was going another route just to save. Now, this is the sad part. My husband passed away in December to Covid. He was never able to get my exhaust for me. He knew how badly I wanted it so I reached out to Apexi and they made it happen for me. Lucky for me they had 2 in stock. Let me tell you. It is BEAUTIFUL. I am just sad my husband was not with me to see this happen. He would of been so proud of me and been like "that's my girl" Hopefully again when I'm ready I'll be hitting up the car meets again showing off my build. I know though he will follow all my new adventures as he rides in the sky. Thank you again Apexi. You made my dream come true.

I tried to return it with the mirror and the receipt. The only thing missing is the box. One employee told me to come back when the manager was there, and then the manager said they "can't take it back without the box." Two different answers, no real help. So now I'm out almost 20 bucks. Pretty disappointing and unprofessional, especially from a place I've spent plenty of money at.

I came in recently looking to buy a new battery and asked if they can replace the battery for me (says on the website that they do free installation with purchase- maybe I read wrong), female employee (wore thick glasses) looks at me strangely and says she doesn't know and asked her coworker if he can install the battery, the male gives a hesitant yes and then walks away. Minutes later the female tells me they can't do it and that I need to bring the car to a car shop to replace the battery because they need to reboot the car computer system. Huh?. . I miss the good ole days where the Autozone employees gladly offered to help and had better customer service. I'm old.

    Terrible customer service!!! Drop vehicle off at 4pm for oil change & tire rotation and break…read morecheck. We were told that the vehicles will be done in a few hours before closing time of 7pm. Received repair phone call at 5:20 informing us that some repairs was ergent and needed approval which we did and informed us it will be done today and will receive a phone to come pick up when ready & completed. We initiated a phone call to store at 6:59 to check the status and person who answered (Brian) was incompetent of the vehicle and information about the business let along what his manager name is , when we ask to speak to a manger he said he didn't know who that was ! Crazy how a million company has no chain of command. Never returning to pep boys !!!!!

I dropped my vehicle off early in the morning for an alignment. The manager informed me that a shop vehicle was currently on the rack but that my car would be next. I never received a single update or phone call. After waiting four hours, I finally called them myself, only to be told they wouldn't be able to get to it at all today. Their "solution" was for me to leave my car overnight. As someone who isn't from this area, that isn't a simple request. I wasted money on Uber rides back and forth for absolutely nothing. If they knew the shop vehicle was going to take all day, they should have been professional enough to call me so I didn't waste my time and money. Total lack of communication and respect for the customer's schedule.

    I was hoping to drive here after work to get some 0w-16 oil on sale as they seemed to be the only…read moreNAPA place in stock on-site based on their website (their store said it'll be ready in 30 minutes while all other stores said "tomorrow" or "today"... and no, "today" apparently does not mean it's on-site. You still got to order it online because I went to one to said it was ready today and find that I still needed to order online because it's not in stock...? So did you have it or not, NAPA El Monte ?) Website also said that they closed until 6pm. I try to get out of my way to finish and leave work earlier than usual and got there around 545pm... only to find out that it was closed. Turns out on Google maps, they just recently updated their hours to 5:30pm. I don't know if individual NAPA shops can just willy-nilly change their hours and not follow the main NAPA website hours... if they can, that's fine, but that means they're never be getting my business again for the waste of time they caused me. I ranted with my friend about it and he said his father and him always seemed to have gotten a bad experience at other NAPA stores... so yeah, I'm just going to order their stuff online and ship it to my place from now on.
