I'm a…read morecar guy and had many different installers do tint and ppf, but I will say Premier did the best. The edges of the ppf are all wrapped, no ends stick out. Tint goes all the way to the edges with no borders. They also have experience with EVs and pay great attention to the details. After walking out to inspect my car, I realized the front windshield had not been tinted. I had paid $420 for only the four doors and the back window, which I assumed covered the entire car. When I went back inside, I was told the windshield was an additional charge. That should have been clearly explained upfront. On top of that, I was informed I would need to sign a waiver before they would tint the front windshield. To be fair, the quality of the tint job was good. However, their communication and transparency were extremely poor. Customers should not have to guess what is included in the price. Clear explanations about pricing, services, and requirements should be provided before the work begins." Good workmanship does not excuse misleading expectations and lack of communication.
