Once the install was completed (in the time quoted) both the young woman managing the office and the young man who completed the installation walked me through setting up the connection with my iPhone, making sure I was ready to use it, before I checked out and paid (and the cost was at the lower end of what UNAVI lists as average for professional installation). Since then it has worked beautifully (I'm thrilled to have my music and maps set up in a hands free voice prompted system again). I received a message at 1:57pm, inquiring if I left my key. I responded yes, then I attempted several phone calls. I received no response. I Uber back to shop at 4pm, only to see my vehicle parked where I left it. I was told the reason my car was not worked is because the key was lost. I explained to person, I thought was a technician to learn now this the owner, the lost key is my only key. After waiting at least 30 minutes, the owner told me my key was located. This was a horrible experience!

I brought in a highly-rated dashcam for installation, but they refused, offering only a $600…read moreoption. They assured me it had the blindside function I needed. The appointment was set for a week later and estimated to take 4 hours. We dropped the car off on Friday morning, and they called 4.5 hours later saying it was ready. When we arrived at 2 PM, it wasn't. The unit turned off with the ignition. After another 3-hour wait, they fixed it by correcting the fuse connection. However, the lens was installed upside down, showing the unit wasn't quality checked. By 4 PM, I took the car with the condition of testing it. An hour later, I called back--the rear camera's view was obstructed by defroster and antenna lines, and the side views only showed the cab. They agreed to move the rear camera outside, but this caused another problem: the gridlines during reverse were a foot off, making parking inaccurate. In the end, I was left with a unit that didn't cover blind spots or back up properly. The $600 dashcam wasn't suitable for my car and shouldn't have been recommended. It seemed they only offered this unit without considering its compatibility with my vehicle. I was told if I wanted those features, I needed to pay for the $1300 version. Their next appt. to remove the device was made 2 weeks out. At that time they refunded the mirror, but not the $400 labor. I cannot in good faith recommend their expertise regarding the products they sell, the labor quality or the salesman tactics of this establishment. Their level of professionalism only lies within their current structure - anything outside the box just "costs more".

I brought my 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia Q4 to Euromotion for help diagnosing a recurring P2300…read more(ignition coil #1 primary circuit) fault. This issue had already been documented by an official Alfa Romeo dealer, and I provided the full history of the problem and previous repairs. I also explained clearly that the fault is intermittent, which is common with wiring or electrical issues. Euromotion charged about $200 for diagnostics, but their conclusion was simply that they "could not reproduce the issue." At one point the technician even suggested the problem might be caused by running the A/C or heat, which doesn't make sense given that the fault code specifically relates to the ignition coil control circuit. They then suggested another ~$700 to keep looking. When I declined and asked for something very basic--a written summary of what diagnostic work had actually been performed--the technician refused and said he would not write one because he was "having a bad day." Paying for diagnostics and leaving without any documentation of what was actually tested is unacceptable. STAY AWAY from Euromotion for any serious work on an Alfa Romeo or other European cars.

I knew there would likely be other issues with the car besides the idle since it's used and I hadn't had it inspected yet, so I wasn't surprised by the other items they quoted me for. They did complete the work quickly, I'll admit that, but they told me the issue was a broken gas cap and charged me $128 for one that costs about $7 on eBay. This morning, on my way to work, the car was still idling and running the same way. Keep in mind, they also charged me $198 just for the diagnostic. To make matters worse, I found oil on my leather interior seats. In total, they charged me over $300 for an issue that wasn't fixed and left my interior in worse condition than when I brought it in. I would not recommend this place at all--save your money and your time

The option was to buy a new SUV wheel and rim for $500 or fix the wheel for a little over $100. Charles met us onsite at Discount Tire and fixed the wheel. He was prompt, courteous and professional. We then learned we still needed a new tire due to the damage and the shop helped us out with a great deal. I have always relied on Discount Tire for tire and wheel needs and will continue to do do.
