After Hurricane Wilma passed, he then went out of his way to make sure the new roof took no damage. We are ready for a replacement roof very soon and I have been shopping all around for the best offers. So we called John again after getting some astronomical prices and he STILL has the BEST pricing in town (by far)! John from Apex Roofing did an excellent job on my roof back in 2016. I thought I had left a review but couldn't locate it. My husband and I had gotten about 6 different estimates only because 2 of the companies never scheduled a time to meet with us. They just came by whenever we weren't around and then emailed the estimate. John was one of the 3 people that scheduled a time to come, meet with us, and he was beyond thorough. His prices were also the best. At one time as we were awaiting city's approval so he could finish the roof the shingles looked black and not white to me. He drove all the way to my home and walked me across the street so I could see it was just the angle I was looking at them from. But he said he would be happy to redo that portion and change the shingles if I wanted to do so. He wanted me to be happy. I was so impressed and appreciated that. No change was necessary. It's 4 years later and the roof is still in excellent shape. No leaks, all is good. I highly recommend John. This company was paid $2625.00 on May 11 2018 to complete repairs for deficiencies found by an inspection company. I called the roofing company on July 18 2018 and spoke with the owner, I told him that upon a contractor inspecting the roof in order to paint it, the deficiencies pointed out originally by the inspection company and which they claim in the receipt that were all repaired were actually not completed. I asked him to take responsibility and fix them because they were paid for an incomplete service. The owner was very rude on the phone, he questioned what I was telling him including having a legal receipt indicating the repairs that they supposedly did. The company's owner hanged off the phone and did not take any other calls from me. He had of of his employees call me later to set up an appointment at the property to check the issues with the roof. The employee sent was "mike", same person that originally did the repairs. I went to the roof with my contractor and "mike" which sarcastically and very rudely denied what we showed him. He turned his back on us without offering any resolution and left me on the roof completely ignored. This company should be denied from having business, they are not professional, they don't know how to treat customers, and certainly don't know to treat a woman.
