The damage happened in front of me, and I was told an insurance claim would be filed immediately. What made this even more heartbreaking is that the TVs belonged to my mother, who has recently passed away. I was already dealing with deep grief and trying to manage everything during an emotional time. Instead of receiving professionalism, compassion, and timely communication, I was left constantly following up myself after being told I would hear from the insurance company within a couple of days. In addition, after the move and installation, my 85-inch TV began flickering on and off with blue screens and lines appearing across the screen, issues it was not having beforehand. When I raised concerns about it, I was told he was not responsible for that television. Accidents can happen, but accountability, communication, and professionalism matter. The lack of urgency, concern, and follow through added unnecessary stress during one of the most difficult moments of my life. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company for transporting or handling expensive electronics.

I told him of my plaster walls and he said he could still hang my surround speakers. When he arrived I asked him what he thought about the placement for sound quality etc. he said "oh I thought you sent an email last night saying not to worry about it. Plaster is really hard to work with. I don't feel like I can do that. Who knows what's behind that wall" Truthfully that was the only reason I chose him. Because he can work with plaster. While hanging the pictured tv, he fell off his ladder and used the tv power cord to brace himself. Thankfully, the tv still works. He also chose not to hook up the sound bar correctly nor make an attempt to manage the wires. The upstairs tv is on plaster. Sure enough, he also said he can't work with plaster to his the wires. So he only hung the tv. While doing so, he dented (pictured) our nicest piece of furniture. More importantly, it's the closest to our hearts. I know it's small, but it breaks my heart looking at it. Brain also mad no attempt to clean up ANYTHING. I texted him afterwards as I was just in shock. His responses was argumentative, petty and not something I expected from an adult in a professional setting. Consider this a warning.

This year, on one of the few nice days we had, I decided to sit on the patio and listen to some music. Unfortunately one of the speakers blew out and it was unlistenable. I called the Theater People to service the speakers knowing that it was well beyond the warranty. They came and found a chipmunk chewed threw one of the wires. They also found that the speakers had a lifetime warranty. They ordered the replacement speaker and came about a week later to install it.
