They told me they can send someone out for an assessment the same afternoon. The assessment will be free of charge and even if I decide not to go ahead with their services, they will not charge me. Many companies will promise a free assessment but when you decide not to go ahead with the repair, they charge you a fee. That is why I always clarify that first. I got a call a few hours later that the technician has been called for an emergency repair and they can come the next morning. I didn't end up using their services because my husband was able to do the fix that evening. Lucky me! But I so appreciated their timeliness in communication, reliability and politeness. Recommend! Hope you don't need their services but if you do, you will be happy!

I will never use another plumbing company again--Discount Plumbing has earned my business for life. Another plumbing company came to my home and told me I needed a $20,000 sewer line replacement that had to be done immediately. Thankfully, before making such a huge investment, I decided to get a second opinion. Jason came out, thoroughly inspected everything the previous company claimed was wrong, and discovered that none of it was true. He showed me that my sewer line had already been updated and was in great working condition. I didn't need the work at all. I still can't believe I was nearly scammed out of $20,000. As a younger single woman, I've always worried about being taken advantage of when it comes to home repairs. Jason and the entire Discount Plumbing team completely restored my faith. They were honest, professional, transparent, and put my best interests first instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need. If you're in a similar position and want a company you can truly trust, I cannot recommend Discount Plumbing enough. It's such a relief knowing there are still businesses that operate with integrity. I've already told my dad, his friends, and all of my friends about my experience, and we're all switching to Discount Plumbing going forward. Thank you, Jason, for your honesty and professionalism. You saved me $20,000, and you've gained a lifelong customer!

The staff was very patient in explaining the work that needed to be done, and all the paperwork was done digitally and clearly documented. They also performed an extra sweep in the crawl space and found another small leak on a different pipe. They immediately scheduled another visit for a deeper inspection. My husband loves getting to know the details, and Ross explained everything including why the pipe broke, tips on water restoration, etc Overall a great experience!
