    As I have not heard back from your company at all I will continue to post on social media…read moreplatforms/leave reviews and reach out to any individual I can until this issue is resolved.  I waited a few months before posting this review to give myself time to process and decide whether or not I need to post a review, but after careful consideration, I decided that it is necessary to share my unacceptable, poor customer service experience from this company. I used this company and this specific store (#530) to ship out a package (this was on September 18th, 2020). I had paid a whopping $378 for all the shipping and duty fees.. which I had expected. The worker, Ben had said that everything is paid for and no additional shipping or duties would be charged as it was all paid in full on that day. Furthermore, Ben said that the recipient of the package would receive it on September 26th, 2020. To my surprise not only was the recipient charged additional duties, but the package arrived 3 months late. I understand that shipping may be delayed due to the pandemic, however it would have been nice to be informed of the changes. I had paid for expedited shipping for the recipient to receive this 3 months late. This package was full of essential non-perishable food, PPE, and clothing for a third world country. They needed these items asap which is why I expedited this order. After the 26th, I had contact UPS customer service to follow up with the status of my order as the tracking number was not providing me with any updates at all, it kept saying that it was shipped out but that the receiver and sender had "abandoned the package". When I contacted customer service all they had told me was that they cannot find my package or the invoice for the package and that they can give me a credit of $100..... a credit for $100 after 1. My package filled with over $1000 worth of items is nowhere to be found and 2. I paid almost $400 for expedited shipping. When the package finally arrived 3 months later I was shocked and embarrassed to hear from the recipient that they were asked to pay a few different fees (totalling 500 Canadian dollars). In addition, the package was first delivered to another part of the country because the postal code that Ben had inputted was incorrect - even though I provided the correct postal code at the store and the address is clearly labelled on the package. I am absolutely DISGUSTED at the courier service, customer service, and communication that this company provided. To this day I still have not heard back from the company about my concerns. I would NEVER recommend this company.. even for local deliveries, you get cheated out of your money and charged additional fees with no accountability from the company.

    I had a disappointing experience at this Staples location. The staff used my USB to print my…read moredocuments, and I accidentally forgot to take it when I left. When I went back the next day to ask about it, I was told it wasn't there. I was hoping for a little help checking around or confirming, but the manager was not very willing to assist and even stopped the team from helping me look. I'm sharing this so others remember to double-check their belongings before leaving. I really hope the customer service improves, because a little understanding and support would have made a big difference.

They were very prompt in answering questions, the repair work and the time it took to repair. I would like to commend the manager Leo Mia and his team of experts. Brandon Hempel, Tim Lister and Steve Koves, for their professionalism, customer service and knowledge. It makes wanting to go back there for any of my needs a pleasure. Even while I was waiting for last minute changes, other asscociates approached me to make sure I was taken care of. If your company has not yet or plan on going on Undercover Boss, i recommend going to Milton Ont for the episode. I'm sure those gentleman will be able to show you the ropes with no problem.
