I ordered a 48x48 poster board and a 20x20 satin print of some art photos. Loading the images and ordering via their website was quick and easy. I made a mistake with my address info annd customer service took care of it immediately. Items were printed and shipped within a couple days and arrived a few days after that even though estimated production and delivery was for a week later. Looked great and customer service followed up just to make sure I was happy - and I was. The prints were 1/3 of the price I was quoted at the local print shop, better quality and a faster turnaround, so I highly recommend Posterjack. read more

Bought a large canvas print expecting premium quality for this premium price. Got shitty sawtooth mounts that aren't affixed to the frame properly so they can't even be used (despite their own Youtube saying it would be wire framed), colour that's off so the picture went from bright and cheery to dark and gloomy, canvas wraps on the edges that aren't attached properly so they float off the frame, and support who's response to these concerns is more or less "sorry lol *shrug emoji*". Go use someone else for 1/2 the price since you'll get the same thing anyway. read more

We received our framed art in loft frame/onyx black yesterday in the mail. It arrived within a week. Packaging was terrific. However, we were extremely dissapointed to find the corner of the frame to be poorly finished. When I brought this matter to the company and advised that this was missed as part of their quality control checks, the response from Nat was that "this would not have been seen as a flaw or error" as "when frames are received from our partners, the backs of these frames are generally untouched". I'm not sure what that even means and it's irrelevant. I was offered a 10% credit but I don't think its expecting a lot for a properly finished frame - front, sides AND back. I have requested the frame be replaced. I have not heard back. If anything changes on how they choose to handle this, I will update my review. I was contemplating whether or not to leave a 1-star review but after reading other negatives reviews on several other review platforms I can definitely see a pattern of their customer service, and I think 1-star is fair. If you happen to be the unfortunate recipient of a bad print, I'm sure you'll feel the exact same way. Let me explain. Everything I say below is the truth and I take full responsibility of everything I say and have evidence to back it up. I ordered two frame gallery prints, the print quality of image#1 was great, but it wasn't framed properly and the print was warped resulting a gap between the mat. They sent me a reprint in a tube, no questions asked, although I had to replace the print by myself. Fine, not the best solution but totally acceptable. If things end here, this will be a 4-star review. The second image however, was a nightmare. It came out blurry, even though the image resolutions (PPI on paper) is HIGHER than image#1, if look closely, I can see pixelated jagged edges all over the print, resulting a very blurry print overall. After reading some of the negative comments I noticed that I'm not the only one to receive a blurry print, and I'm pretty sure the pixelation was caused by some software issues (just like their buggy upload interface showing the wrong mat sizes in preview). After spending a few days having lots of correspondences and providing them with clear evidence showing the pixelation issue, what did they say? Basically they just keep saying: "Our equipment are perfectly calibrated" "Everything is automated so nothing could've gone wrong" (verbal) "The blurriness was caused by the editing of your original image" "We have thousands of satisfied customers" (verbal) They did offer me a reprint. Even though I wanted them to reprint the very same image to prove that something did go wrong, they strictly asked for an edited image so I obliged. I only modified the image ever so slightly so they would print it for me; however, the results were different as day and night. I'm 100% sure the first print was screwed up so I took pictures of reprint & the bad print, and sent the comparison to them, just trying to find out what happen, in case I need to order more prints in the future. Even with all the clear evidence, they still insisted that there is no pixelation, and the blurriness was caused by not having enough contrast? Really? What about the jagged square pixelation between the edge of black areas? There is not enough contrast between black & white? Please see attached image comparing the two prints with the original & the edited image, or follow this link: http://bit.ly/2cUVUbd After all, their customer service is very responsive and fairly polite, but that's not necessarily "good" service. It's their attitude that drives me nuts; they are very defensive and would not own up to any of their mistakes. I would give them a 4-star review if in the beginning they simply owned up to their mistake and simply just reprinted the image without a bunch of non-sense. Instead, they insisted there was nothing wrong with the print, and they've made an exception for me already, what else do I what? Imagine in a restaurant, you found a roach in your salad, and the manager said to you: "that's impossible! What do you know about running a restaurant? Our restaurant is clean and well kept with the highest standards, and we have a lot of happy customers, there's simply no way that could've happened, no way! Although we've already served you a perfectly fine salad, hey, if you're still so hungry, I'll do you a favour, keep in mind that I'm making an exception for you, take this fresh lattice home so you can make some salad yourself. Now you've got your fresh lattice, what else do you want?" People who don't know better may get fooled by them, thinking that pixelation was caused by not having enough contrast and they did receive a favour and the reprint was so much better, without knowing that the first print was a dud. Luckily I only ordered products with a lower price tag and they were willing to reprint for me, (although I have to flatten the papers, buy adhesive and re-frame by myself). People who order expensive products may not be so lucky if something did go wrong. Just search for other negative reviews. Bottom line, the quality is hit or miss, keep your fingers crossed that your order will be printed and crafted properly, think twice if the product you're about to order may not be easily replaced. If it's an important project, look elsewhere, seriously. Don't be fooled by their positive images on the social media and blog etc. ----- Posterjack: if you're reading this, would you accept my challenge to print the original & edited images side-by-side on the same sheet, and see if there is any pixelation on the original image? Excellent product! I used their website to order but the phone support was great regarding print resolution, etc... prior to finishing an order. They offer a large variety of print jobs on different media. I was looking for a good quality wrapped canvas but found the prices from the photographer to be too steep. Posterjack to the rescue! Tons of different sizes to choose from and prices are very reasonable (spent $180ish for three 12x28 wrapped canvases). Free Canadian shipping for orders $150 and up. Well packed. About 10 days from order to delivery. My only small complaint is that the tension is not identical on the canvases so we had to make some adjustments to keep the spacing even between canvases as we were hanging the set in a series, Print quality is excellent with accurate color reproduction. With poor communication, long wait times for products to be produced, and a self serving cancellation policy that won't give you your refund within 4-6 days of them processing your order. To expand: No confirmations given when the order is place. No reply's from the help desk if the order was received. And then at the last minute as its to late to cancel the order, finally receive notification that they are producing your order and won't cancel the order. Posterjack made a 30x40 canvas print of a photo and it looked really great -- except for a 4mm blank spot on the canvas where a piece of fuzz was caught during the printing process. A very small white spot to be sure, but the vivid colors on the rest of the canvas make the white spot of blank canvas stand out. It was so obvious that I can't believe it wasn't noticed during the framing or packing processes. Yet they sent it to me "as botched." Posterjack was cool to the idea of correcting the issue. The only solutions they would agree to were: (a) I can color in the blank spot myself, or (b) pay another $80 dollars to "cover our costs" to have Posterjack print a replacement. So I get to pay twice for one good print? No thank you. Rather than pay again and rely on hope that they'd get this one right I had an artist touch up the canvas. However, the texture and sheen of the touch up is different than the sheen of the inkjet ink. So I needed to fix that. It did not come out well. Now I'm trying a different fix. You get the picture. I ordered two more 30x40 prints of two other photos -- but I went with a different company this time. I cannot recommend Posterjack. read more

I wanted a decoration for a bare spot in my living room, so I sent them a colourful photo of falled autumn leaves I had taken to make into a three part canvas print. I ordered a print (16 x 20 inch) online and the website informed me that the order was being processed already and that no changes could be done. It also informed me that to save time and money I could pick it up within two-business days at their office on Cawthra Avenue. I didn't hear back from them and after two business days drove across town to pick up my order and they just simply told me that my order hadn't even been processed and I should have waited for an email telling me when it would be ready! This is very unprofessional - if you claim a two-day service then it has to be a two-day service! If for unforeseen reasons you can't make it, then inform the customer! I had to cancel my order as I needed it before I flew out the following day and it has disrupted my plans considerably. My advice - go for another more professional company that actually keep their word and deliver on time. read more

This company has terrible customer service and produces the worst quality products. After receiving my initial prints from them, I noticed the dark areas were pixelated and grainy. They reviewed my complaint, blamed me for the issue, but sent new prints. Not surprisingly they arrived again in poor quality. I then ordered the same prints, in the same material from another company and they came in beautifully. When I approached Posterjack with a side by side comparison, they still denied they had printing issues and blamed me. The customer service I received was awful. There are far superior companies, that offer the same products at a lower cost. I would suggest taking your business elsewhere! read more

Disappointed. I had to wait several days to get a standard order that should have taken one day, MAX two. When I phoned, the person on the phone said I would be able to get my order that day.. that day turned into another day and then another one.. and another day. It's great that they are endorsed by some television shows and customers, however, I will think twice before using this company again. I have worked in both print and photography industries and I am not satisfied at the length of time it took to complete and ship my order. Website looked great but the company only accepts Paypal which I had not signed up for yet and credit card which I would not use for a website I have not heard of before. I had a friend recently pass away. We are having a party and benefit auction with all proceeds going to the family so they can actually afford to bury their son. Suffice it say time is of the essence. We're looking to order a canvas print of which the turnaround time is stated as 5-7 business days. Doesn't quite work for us though so I phone to inquire. I asked if there was a way to bump it up to 4 days as opposed to 5 considering the circumstances, to which I got the hard no. No haggling, no additional questions asked on their part. We would be added to the queue like everyone else. I certainly don't want to bump anyone in the same situation, but come on. Now that's cold. I will never use Posterjack again. I had 3 pictures made on canvas. One is a photo of Greek ruins I took and I requested sepia coloring but it came in moss green. I complained and requested a new sepia colored picture and they argued about it telling me the lighting may make a difference. I have full daylight lighting with floor to ceiling windows. Also, the other two photos had problems. A dark red which was a prominent part of another photo came in bright red. Also, all of the photos were reportedly in excellent resolution according to their online system, but the third landscape photo is blurry and looks impressionist. Only the one with the red colour problem will stay on my walls. The others will go in the trash. The price for these pictures was $338.97! I do not recommend that you trust this service. You are wasting your money and your time. read more

Didn't like the quality of prints. My photos were rated as excellent resolution quality by them but the prints they produced were not good at all. And they used very cheap paper. Ordered 11x14 prints and they delivered 11x13. Like it's only one off but how hard is it to print pictures. 11x13 isn't even a common size. The prints themselves were darker than the image originally was. I only spent $30 so I can't be bothered with returning and reordering new ones. I had a bad experience with Poster Jack and I'm waiting for them to rectify it. I bought a Dealfind voucher for $50 (the voucher itself had a $100 value) back in August 2010 which on the coupon itself it stated there was NO EXPIRY. I just tried to use my voucher and Poster Jack is claiming that all their vouchers have a 1 year expiry, and that instead of reimbursing me the $50 cash I paid up, they would reimburse me $50 in a voucher to their store and essentially force me to pay 100% of whatever product I would get from them, which why wouldn't I just get that from somewhere local and not worry about shipping .... I think they should have returned $50 in cash, or given me the full $100 voucher value, or even if it's $75 it's better than nothing!!! At first I tried ordering online, then found out the voucher doesn't work. Then I emailed Poster Jack about the issue and waited for them to respond but didn't hear back from them for over a week. So I called them about it and the guy said everything I have stated above, and so I asked him to look into addressing this issue with Dealfind so I'm waiting on that. I will not be changing this review unless I hear back from them with a satisfactory solution to this problem. **** UPDATE **** This is an update to the post I just made. Poster Jack got back to me and stated that they would give me the full value of the voucher that I paid for so I'm giving them a 5 star rating for doing so. I haven't actually used my voucher yet so unless they end up not keeping their word, I'll be keeping this rating as is. read more
