Their website was easy to navigate and when I looked at the pricing, I couldn't believe they offered 50% off their prints, if customers pick them up at their downtown TO office. Lucky for me, I live quite close by! I sent an email asking for a quote, with the image I wanted printed and asked if it would be high enough quality for the size I was considering. I received a prompt reply a few hours later with a proof and answers to my questions. I confirmed my purchase and asked for it to be ready in a week and a half when I would be available to pick up. The process was almost too easy! I received an email only 3 days later letting me know that my print was already completed. Yowza that's fast!! When I picked up, the office space was really interesting and had a creative vibe. They had my print right up front and I was in and out within 5 minutes. Customer service was great throughout the entire experience. I surprised my boyfriend with a canvas of an online painting of the two of us and it looks incredible up on the wall. The photo is also tighter to the frame -- I don't think it will morph or get loose as my other photos have. I was impressed with the quick and knowledgeable responses I received. I was worried the low-medium resolution of my photo would result in a pixelated photo. Mr. Photo Canvas convinced me otherwise and I'm glad I trusted them. My print is stunning. It was one of those days and I just threw my arms up in defeat and told them I'd be back. Right away, they told me that the company i was returning to uses a QR code, and that I would have the code on my phone from initiating the return. Then they waited patiently and calmly while I searched my phone for the email from the company. As if taking the initiative with their suggestion was not great enough, they also explained that the QR code let them print out the label, and which they did, and then they taped it to the box for me. My stressful day was turned around by the excellent customer service at Adfactor, and I am so grateful for their consistently efficient and kind service. I cannot thank them enough.
