This particular tour was a musical one with "Moon Dog" singalong type music that was a bit cheesy but fun. They pointed out some cool things-we saw some bighorn sheep and 3 eagles, but it was mostly just enjoying the music and company. Drinks are available if you like. Great day on Saguaro Lake!

The musician was great, the staff was friendly and funny, and the scenery was lovely. We live in Arizona and are familiar with the flora and fauna of the Sonoran Desert, and it was such as pleasure to see bighorn sheep, herons, eagles, and more on a single sunset cruise. Great way to explore Saguaro Lake!

The scenery was absolutely gorgeous, and the whole experience felt so peaceful. The crew was friendly, welcoming, and made the experience even more enjoyable. I loved it so much that I'm already planning to bring my mom and aunts when they visit in September. If you have binoculars, definitely bring them! You'll be able to spot the bighorn sheep along the cliffs better! After the cruise, I'd recommend grabbing lunch at the Tortilla Flat Saloon and taking a drive along the Apache Trail. Just know that part of the trail is unpaved with switchbacks and steep grades, so take your time and make sure you're comfortable driving those kinds of roads. It's a really unique experience with incredible views, and you'll eventually end up at the Roosevelt Dam. It was the perfect Arizona day and a wonderful way to experience the beauty, and history, of the desert.

The food was really good with smoke portions, Dr. Sky finished the evening with a discussion on the Blue Moon, Venus, Jupiter and the elusive Space Station. A very enjoyable trip snd memories. I highly recommend this for a family, romantic evening or just an evening out.

Todd also included a few very interesting views that are not on other tour routes, which added a great deal of excitement to our day. I went on the bike tour which included the visit to Hole in the Rock. First time on an e-bike and I…read moreloved it! It's literally not strenuous at all despite "bike riding" for many miles. Bill was a great tour guide - very conscious of safety - he uses hand signals to lead the group safely through turns, and when to slow down or speed up. He gave us a tutorial of the bikes and let us practice the handling and controls in the parking lot making sure everyone was comfortable before taking off. The bikes themselves are bulky and very heavy compared to a regular bike, but you'd never know it once the pedal assist kicks on, they ride nice and smooth. (Use that throttle button when trying to accelerate from a stopped position! ). Bill was also super friendly and is native to the area and is very passionate about all there is to see and do in Arizona. I was a solo rider that joined a group of 3, and everyone was friendly and nice- we took pictures for each other and went to the local brewery for an appetizer after our ride. The tri-city area of Tempe, Phoenix, and Scottsdale is very bike friendly and we mostly rode on sidewalks and pedestrian paths, going minimal distance in a bike lane in the street. The scenery is not beautiful like you'd see while in the mountains, but the ride is through parks and along a river walk, so it is scenic, just not the same as what you'd see on a desert hike for instance. Hole in the Rock was a cool spot to take pictures. We rode right to the base, and Bill watched the bikes while the rest of us climbed up for photos. Todd the manager was accommodating to switch my reservation when my inbound flight was delayed and I made a last minute booking on a new day.

Reservations -easy, communication - great, value - outstanding. If you read my reviews you know I don't give five stars, that must be earned. We met at their shop and discovered we will be riding RAD Powerbikes. They were in great shape and we just did a couple adjustments. We ride bikes almost everyday day so we just took a couple laps of the parking lot to get comfortable and then we were off. On our 27 mile journey we went all over town, parks, golf courses, art installations and more. Bill was very good to explain what to expect and how to navigate each segment. We stopped a number of times for photos and Bill shared interesting tidbits about things we were seeing. Just the right balance of riding, talking, photos, etc. We even got a short hike in when we stopped at hole in the rock. On our ride, Bill led the way and we safely navigated trails and bike paths all over town, perhaps multiple towns. So glad we took a tour with a guide, lots of trails and lots to see and we never got lost. The sights are the sights and the trails are the trails. What made this a five star experience was the service and especially our guide. If you are looking for a great ride, give them a call and even ask for Bill...you won't be disappointed...

If you want to go for a ride in the dessert to see pretty views, I recommend it. The negatives were that they shoved as many people into a side by side as they could. There was no need to have 5 people per machine. We met at someone's house (relative of the owner). It was just a weird "facility". For a tour, there wasn't much information provided during the ride, the person in the front was the only one who could hear, and the info provided wasn't all that interesting. There was no wow factor to this trip. Now that I think of it, we didn't even stop at the pretty spots, we stopped under the power lines. Others in the group took pictures and mine weren't very good so there's no need for me to post them...it was pretty though.
