The job I had on this day was a rather large commercial job and by the middle of the job the bushing and bearing failed on me causing me to drive on damaged wheels back to the truck. While driving my rig the 3.5 miles back on pavement with bad bushing and bearings it caused the tires to wear pretty bad, So when I made it home that afternoon I took the wheels and tires back to my local harbor freight store nearest to my home to exchange defective merchandise! I presented my receipt to Joana the teller in which she advised me to go ahead and grab a new set to complete the exchange. So l did so, When I came back to the check out counter (TONY) the manager! Told me he will not except my return and when I asked why he told me that the damage to the wheels and tires did not happen that day and that the wear in the tires happened over a period of time which was not the case! I explained to him that I am a small business owner and the bushings and bearing were defective and he blatantly called me a liar and refused my exchange even though I was clearly with-in my 90 day return policy. (TONY) was very unprofessional at handling this situation. He showed no empathy nor did he show any proper communication skills, This boy needs to put in her place by her superiors before somebody else puts her in her place for talking like an ignorant animal to customers! They're also A+ rated by the BBB and for good reasons...professionalism, quality, and reasonable pricing. SCL had to redo our outdoor lighting and bring it up to industry standards. Five months ago, a company installed our lighting system which began to fail within 30 days. Each time the owner would come out and do something to rectify the problem. Not until the circuit breaker began tripping and shutting off immediately, did we call an electrician. (The guy who did the initial install buried a household extension cord over 100 feet and left the receptacle end and plugs to the transformer and lights in the open and rain.) We're happy our house didn't burn down. I can't recommend SCL enough. We are very satisfied with the excellent workers who came out and the quality of their work as well as neatness of the job.
