My review is eerily similar to the previous 1-star, and only review.
I scheduled a deep home cleaning a week out using Amazon's Home Services offering as I had a few home service credits available from not choosing Prime shipping. It seemed worthwhile to give it a shot, so I chose a window from 8-11am.
Received an email from Amazon letting me know who my provider was, and confirming the date and time.
Morning of I receive an SMS from Cleatis letting my know they will be there at 12, and not between 8-11am as originally agreed upon. I bring that to his attention and also the timing since I wasn't sure if the owner would be staying to help as they often only come by to receive direction from the client and discuss the expectations and let the others complete the work.
I didn't hear anything for 45m and then receive the following (Attached) SMS messages within 10 minutes of each other.

(Paraphrased)
-Something about estimates being estimates? I know length and condition of the house can affect the time it takes, but a window of 8-11am is not an estimate, but exactly that, a window for which you are expected to arrive.
-Not a good fit for me? I guess expecting people to do what they say is beyond them, and not a good fit for those who expect common courtesy?
-Cancel my review as you dont want a bad review? It's not like I had anything else to do today and ensured I was available, which is now wasted. Thanks? Here's my answer to your bad review concern.
-Oh thanks, you canceled my appointment for me without a response as to if that was acceptable? @$*&!*)@(#
After reading the other reviews this morning waiting for them I am glad they didn't show up. I'm sure that would have only led to further disappointment.
Anyone know a cleaning service that shows up when they say they will? read more
