I am stunned at what I just experienced. I went in for an oil change and I wanted to see if the…read morepower steering fluid was normal as the wheel has been harder to turn. After the technician completed the oil change and handed me my receipt, I asked how the power steering fluid looked. He said he hadn't checked. Then he had another technician look, and this man explained they couldn't access it and I had to go to mechanic. I asked why my printout reads that the power steering fluid was at "safe level" if they hadn't checked it. Then he along with another technician (I think his name was Korei) started become verbally aggressive with me telling me to get the hell out. Korei told me to "be a man" and check it myself. I highly recommend somewhere else to get your car serviced where you're berated.
