Do NOT go! They are the most unprofessional people. They kept patients, yes patients, not Clients, although perhaps we would have been treated better, waiting for over an hour. Then when placed in a room to wait, the aide never spoke directly to me. My blood pressure was high from low blood sugar and no help was offered. I was never seen after being there almost 2 hours so I left with the staff laughing as they just watched me leave. Now I'm trying to get the co-pay back since I was never seen. There is no care, concern or "honor" in this Honor Health facility. They were rude, abusive and unprofessional. I never recieved an apology or explanation as to why I wasn't seen by any medical professional for over an hour and a half past my appointment time. If you don't want to be ignored or disrespected, don't go to this facility. read more

Dr. Adam Kravietz quite literally saved my sister's life. For over a year and a half, she had been struggling to breathe. We saw multiple doctors, ENTs, urgent cares, and even had prior scans done that completely missed what was actually happening. It was frustrating, exhausting, and honestly terrifying not having answers while watching her continue to struggle. Within seconds of meeting Dr. Kravietz, everything changed. It takes three months to get on schedule only to be cancelled TWICE by text withhin days of appointment with zero followup and no explanation. The call back phone number provided only rings with no pick or message recorder. The staff is very rude with a lot of excuses. This is opposite of healthcare. read more

My daughter was referred to this office. She saw Dr. Rothman. First of all, he has terrible bedside manner. Chomped his gum as he talked to us. Was very unprofessional. It took them over 2 weeks to send her information to the surgery center. The times I called to see if things could move along I was bounced around to different places where no one could help me. Finally an appointment was made. Fast forward now to billing. I called the billing department and spoke to Melinda. Melinda is not there to help patients, that is certain. My insurance has realized they have made some mistakes, so there is an audit currently. Melinda was not helpful or sympathetic at all. She threatened to send my daughter's account to collections and then proceeded to yell at me and call ME rude. I would highly discourage anyone from going to this office. I was a current patient. I had a problem with my hearing device and an infection. Once I finally got through the main number to make an appointment, I was transferred to the doctor's asst to try to get an earlier appt. based on the infection. Got VM of course. I didn't receive a call back so filled out their form with my issue to try a different means to get an appointment. Weeks later...I'm still waiting for a call back. I found a different doctor. Had the same issue of having to call them multiple times after leaving messages on my initial round. Horrible customer service. read more

Had a number of appts. with the DR. AND hearing aid office. It's almost impossible to get through to schedule the appts. I drove over at some point because I couldn't get anyone to call me back. Today I tried for a follow up appt. and same thing. Left a call back #. Phone rang an hour later, was recorded music and no one ever came on the line. Then hung up on me. Family members having same issues. Don't want to switch providers as we're too far into this with insurance, etc. Hope the co. sees this and adjusts. Yes, I have let the office know and their answer is always-we've been shorthanded. I'd think twice before I'd start with them if I knew then what I know now. read more

Dr. Kravietz has saved me after a year of misery with a chronic, delibatating, exhausting dry cough - one that would leave me gagging, drooling and trying to catch my breath at times. It was difficult to just get through daily activities much less participate in any social activities. I had been to multiple drs in multiple field with potential diagnoses - GERD, asthma, post nasal drip, allergies, etc. I got a new allergist who referred me to him. He's one of very few ENT's that does laryngeal nerve blocks for chronic coughs and he thought it might help for my case. First shot - painless, quick, miraculous and almost immediate improvement. It's not an understatement to say it's turned my life around. I've had 2 followup shots and now know if needed, I now have a doctor who can help. His assistant Sonia is also fantastic - friendly and helpful. Folks at the front desk have are also very pleasant. Thanks to everyone as AOC! read more

You do NOT want to go to this place. I'm questioning if these people are actually Doctors. What they did would take too many words and explaining but the short version is they gave me a prescription for over the counter nose spray and MADE SURE I scheduled a follow up appointment. The problem is in my throat and I can feel it but they said everything is fine. The receptionists had more fun laughing and talking to each other than working and it took 3 days for them to "find out" if they excepted medicare, something they should know right away but they do if you need to know. It will save you the time if I tell you instead of them but other ent places do also. Care quality.... that doesn't exist there. read more

Tympanoplasty and implant last summer. Ear still drains clearish yellow fluid. Doc told me to check in at six months, but he left the practice. Had to learn this by calling for an appointment when I got ear infection. Asked why his patients didn't get notified or assigned to another doctor, was told I could find the doc on google/az med board and follow him. I'm sorry... are we too busy for a small courtesy like notifications? read more

I cannot rate highly enough Dr. Adam Kravietz, MD, MPH whom I went to see about my voice issues. It been years since I've experienced a doctor so willing to take the time and listen to you intently, answer all your questions without being offended (as male doctors can be), exhibit extreme patience when performing a not-so-pleasant procedure, and delve into the results making sure you have an accurate understanding. I never felt rushed during my appointment and I felt valued. Such a pleasant medical visit for once. The technician, Joy, was equally as customer service oriented and always had a smile for you. I would highly recommend AOC Physicians for any ENT needs. I do think the office lobby is a bit austere and their office is a long, long way from the office building front door. Seniors with mobility issues would definitely need a wheel chair. read more

Wow, I really wish I would have read the reviews before we proceeded with an appointment. It has been a nightmare from the start (doctors excluded). terrible communication, terrible compassion, terrible information. It is Impossible to get ahold of anyone and everyone just passes blame on to someone else, no one has the full story, and the woman I spoke with repeatedly laughed when I asked questions and made me feel so stupid. This is my first time with an ENT and first time having a procedure on My toddler, I understand this is mundane work for them but it is important to me. Still waiting on a refund from a surgery 4 months ago when the office overcharged me. Accounting wouldn't answer my phone calls and won't call back my insurance. They called me days later saying they can't help since by the time they decided to call me back, their accountant left for a 3 week vacation and nobody else in the office has authorization. When I called to follow up after 3 weeks when I was told the accountant would be back to take care of the refund, Tammy said - they just didn't get to my refund and were too busy with year end and maybe they'll refund me next week...I worked in accounting and am familiar with medical billing, refunds of this amount do NOT take this long, even with COVID causing potential staffing issues. You still have a business to run and customers to take care of in a timely, efficient, and attentive manner. read more

Had what went from being a great experience to one of my worst medical experiences ever here. Do not recommend. Never felt so uncared for and cast aside before. Cancelled my follow up after hospitalization they told me to not to go to but by the time I was decided to go on my own after calling and being ignored two days in a row was in hemovolemic shock and needed a blood transfusion. Did they notice I cancelled follow up or reach out after. No. Surgery went well, for most part. Staff was good for most part but would recommend looking elsewhere if you want a doctor who cares about you. read more
