I was very nervous about having to replace it because the original procedure had been SO painful, and Dr. Leff said we didn't have to, that we could try without if I wanted to, and if I changed my mind it was easy enough to put one in. Long story short, after many months I chose to have a new tube replaced. He made sure to get a numbing solution he knew would work, was very sympathetic to my nervousness about the procedure without any condescension, and talked me though the procedure, which this time was not a big deal. I feel completely comfortable recommending him to anyone looking for an ENT. Another nice touch is the staff had decorated the outer office for Halloween and were painting pumpkins in the back. I work in the medical field myself and it's always nice to see a medical space that's well run but still takes the time to add a sparkle to the day : )
