They will not only treat me but pray for me. Dr. Tan is very thorough. She discovered I had prostrate cancer with an early diagnosis. I am now cancer free for 9 years. Dr. Tan herself was a cancer survivor and has the empathy you want in a Dr. when your really sick. I don't like fast food I like quality restaurants. Any great restaurant you have to wait to get in. If people want a fast appointment go to urgent care. But for me I want quality medical care and that's what you will get here.

I started with my One Medical Seniors practice in 2016, when it was an Iora practice. It was…read morewonderful. Then One Medical Seniors bought Iora, after the pandemic. They pretend to have the same care model, but they don't. No physician, just a nurse practitioner. No lab tech for months. Then when they hire one she goes on maternity leave and they don't replace her, just bring somebody in once a week, some weeks. You can't call the office directly. You get a nationwide call center. It's going downhill at an increasing rate. One Medical doesn't give a rip about people, just money. As someone who has to depend on Uber to go anywhere they are placing a $40 round trip burden on me just to get labs done at the nearest office with a lab tech. It is seriously making me rethink staying with this company. Oak Street is a little farther away, but switching is looking more attractive every day.
