The first place we ended up had sent in an estimate that instantly deemed the car totaled, and they were about to have it sent to salvage. I posted in a local FB group for help because I was certain the car should have been fixable, but in calling around I hadn't found anyone who was willing to try. Chuck Bobinger responded to me and became the savior of this situation! He walked me through everything I needed to do. They fixed and replaced just what was needed mechanically and aesthetically, for a reasonable cost that ended up less than the settlement. The car was restored beautifully, quite literally "like it never happened." (One advantage of this terribly late review is I can attest that the car has been golden ever since and makes regular road trips.) I was told the price would be $300 for 2 hours of work (minimum charge). I agreed and said I would pay cash. (Receipt attached). When the crew arrived, we successfully moved the 2 motorcycles. However, the safe needed to be emptied first, which would take 15-20 minutes, and it was physically blocked by the motorcycles, so it couldn't have been moved beforehand. As soon as I told the guys to wait a little, their manager began calling me nonstop from different numbers, insulting me, threatening me, and demanding more money, saying they couldn't wait. At that point, they had only been at my address for 20 minutes total (screenshot of the repeated calls attached). I reminded him that I had already agreed to pay for 2 hours of work. Instead of honoring the agreement, he continued to threaten me personally, saying he would come and "deal with me." In the end, I even offered to pay the workers right away so they would see I am an honest customer. But after taking my money, they simply drove away, refusing to move the safe. I was forced to hire other helpers to finish the job myself. Avoid this company at all costs. They are racketeers and scammers.

My only complaints are they don't take credit cards, I was told the flush would be $250. My grand total was $900. They over charge women. I went to fix a flat on my tires and the bolts broke off. So that tells me they over tightened my lugs with an impact gun. Instead of tightening them to specs. I've called them to help resolve my issue. Did not return any of my calls. Both tires cannot be removed because of the bolts one broken and the other lug will not come off. So not only do they lack in CS they over charge, and they will strip your lug down and bolts will be broken. The one day turn around service isn't so great when the overall of your cars care is just ruined. Don't go here if you don't have a man to take the lead on not being taken advantage of. Women have no place or voice here in the south. Go some place else.

They explained the $600 increase saying they had to find and fix a short. I don't know what their hourly rate is but let's say it's $100/hour...does it take 6 hours to find a short???
